This place is incredible. The amount/quantity of merchandise for resale is amazing!My girlfriend, Sandy, and I went together to browse.... OMGosh! That was my 1st time there and Sandy was almost done with her browsing and I hadn't even made it past the entrance items. I was lost in just looking at the display cases.The old items, the modern items, the Variety is outstanding.This is also a drop-off site for charitable stuff. Stuff of all kinds, all colors, all sizes. Simply all, wakes of life....I will go back. When I find hours of time. LOL

ZERO stars for allowing a new hire in the past few months, to raise prices IGNORANTLY! Example: Why are there 4 different prices for the 1000 piece puzzles?? $1.99 and your shelf will clear, now I won't return. LDS at Thornydale and Orange Grove RESPECTS THEIR CUSTOMERS. $2.00 all puzzles...easy😁

BEWARE! This used to be my favorite thrift store in Tucson. Reasonable prices, great stuff. Simply a great store! Now the prices have almost doubled. Why??? All items are donations. Shame! Money, money, money😖

All the staff at this place are really helpful. Especially, Chris who was the first employee I met.Chris was AMAZING. He was very professional,polite, courteous, and caring. He went above and beyond to help me. Not only with a furniture purchase, but also to help me with my elderly mother with making sure I was able to get her with her wheelchair and my purchases safely to my car .As long as they have employees like him working there I'll be a customer for life. Thank you for all your help Chris. It was greatly appreciated. God Bless!!! 😊

Really love this new location. The interior is really clean, and very large so it’s easy to walk around and find what you want. Super nice and helpful staff. When you come in the parking lot you’ll need to follow the purple arrows on the side of the building to the back, where the main door is.

***NOTE*** This review is primarily a 1-star because the lack of professionalism exhibited by one of the older female workers that responded in a completely rude and inappropriate way. I was kindly asking what the price was on one of their gray loveseats when she rudely interrupted and over exaggerated her stepping back and drew an unnecessary amount of attention loudly toward someone not wearing a mask. She didn’t even allow me to finish my sentence. That’s NOT how you handle that situation and she should be relieved of her position within that store if she proceeds to treat customers in that type of manner no matter the circumstance. I can’t express my disappointment enough.On another note, Anthony was quite the opposite and was extremely helpful with actually getting me what I needed. My first time visiting and it was a great experience, the staff were so nice and all the items were organized very well and priced fairly. The space felt clean, no bad smells that I picked up. Will absolutely be going back again! They have everything from clothes, to a large selection of books, art work, furniture, home appliances, jewelry and games. There are also dressing rooms which is a bonus.

Vile and pure evil. The CEO and CPO sold around 300 bunnies and other small animals to a reptile breeder! Humane?? This place is the opposite of humane. These soulless "people" will torture and kill for a buck.

It's an ok store. For me they never have my size jeans if they ever have any. I gotta say that the overall selection of men's clothing is minimal at best. Lots of women's clothing and accessories. Plenty of glassware too. We collect shot glasses and they always have a good selection. They also have a nice selection of used furniture like couches, tables and chairs. The prices are fair throughout the store so no big surprises at the cash register.

I really like this place. There are so many different things to choose from, it's for a great cause and the customer service is amazing. Even though over the years the look of the place has changed on the inside, the prices are still great and you definitely feel welcomed. I found this really cool mask there.

I recently moved and had many items to donate. I can think of no better place to take my donations! I had furniture, clothing and lots of kitchen items. I'm glad the proceeds go to helping out furry friends. It's a great place to shop, too!!!! I've found many treasures in their store!

This place started out cool but it has declined quickly. The only thing hitting the floor these days are yardsale leftovers and the stale stuff you see in antique malls. If you want anything quality, volunteer. They do have to pay for it, but they are also pricing it. Is that fair to the dogs? I, and others I believe, donate here because it is supposed to help dogs. I asked about the price that will be on that, he said there is a lady that does the pricing on lego and that they get them all the time. Like a crackhead to the rock or the classic moth to a flame, for the past few months I have been on the lookout for my precious. Daily, sometimes twice, don't even get greeted anymore, and not even one little baggy of real lego. And the stuff of resale value over that time, withe exception of books, has declined to near nil. I was happily racking up $100 early on in their existence and would probably continue to do so, but I guess some of these employees and volunteers are saving me from myself. So thanks for that. I've donated a lot of items of resale value and I've never seen the good stuff on the floor with exception being books. Yesterday I saw a lady buying some books I donated, Matisse coffee table caught my eye, and it made my happy. I saw that the dogs were going to get some money as intended. There are some really good people that work there. The young man who works the counter is a gem that the ladies love. And the girl who everyone thinks is his sister is a baller as well. The manager who takes in donations, calls randoms like me boss, is top notch. Very thankful for the day he came out to grab my cart after a haul, when it was hot and I was holding my kid in the heat, making it easy for us to leave. The point of this review is to point out that many of our donations are not helping the dogs as intended and are going out the side door by selfish people that I identify with and loath. I hope this post also embarrasses me to the point of never donating or shopping there again. If you all care about dogs, this will be fixed.

I am a local artist and pretty much weekly shopper at Humane Society Thrift store since they opened. I've loved the craft and jewelry sections and except for some dried out inks or pens that ended up being wasted purchases have gotten some great deals. I understand that may happen with older items in unopened packages and it's a chance you take, but I was quite upset with my last purchase. I have purchased multiple jewelry jars for repurposing and it's one of my favorite items. This last jar had a gooey substance on the whole lower half and I tried to wash everything but it wouldn't come off and had to be thrown away. $8.99 may not be a big deal to some people but I'm not sure how it went unnoticed and it was pretty infuriating to me. Whoever does the jars please be more aware and I think a free or discounted jar for the inconvenience is warranted.

Lots of things to choose from! Designer clothing new and used furniture! Very handsome dogs for adoption! I loved Blue, beautiful large black and white dog one blue eye one black eye. But I already have three dogs one being a male.Senior day is Thursdays and they always offer military discount! All sales go to a great cause!Must go, shop, buy!

What is not to love about this thrift store? They have everything from jewelry to furniture and a boutique. Plus proceeds go towards helping to adopt shelter animals, so dont be surprised if you hear a dog or two barking. It just might be an adoption day! Take a look at this great store and appreciate their prices. Tou wont be disappointed and I bet you might just find something you cant live without!6/17 There is so much furniture now and the store has been rearranged to accommodate so many more items. Fun trip today. Can't wait to go back.

The staff here are a pleasure to deal with. The store is always clean, and well organized, with a really fun variety of items ( especially for my pets ). The prices are super reasonable, and I LOVE that my money goes to feed shelter animals around Tucson! One of my favorite thrift shops in town to donate my unused belongings to- to help raise money for shelter animals!
