Bad Place In general,They claim to be a non profit organization But then waste tons of money and product on stupid DecisionsAs a Ex - employee. The management Was Trash. Absolutely Ridiculous Rules. There was One Awesome Manager there (I won't say her name)No flexibility, and no matter how hard you work. None of it is or was worth the effort. Almost every customer Here is greedy , annoying and messy. And even smelly. And On top of that. They like to hire felons or people that Aren't On the straight and narrow, I got fired over a Transportation Issue. Absolutely ridiculous place. But, y'all can be the judges yourself.

This place has a little bit of everything. I've even found some Tread-Safe work shoes on occasion. Everything is extremely discounted, but not the easiest to find. Most of the items are stacked in bins, so be ready to put in some work when you arrive.There's more than just clothes and shoes. This Goodwill has all kinds of decorations and 'home-goods', some electronics, and even the occasional piece of furniture.All the employees are very considerate, friendly, and always willing to help. I never realized this was a store; as I explained to the gal at the register, "I thought it was just a donation center."To my surprise it is also a retail store and a very interesting one at that.

Will give 0 if it's a choice. I spent over $100 on this CherryBell outlet today. A heavy set African American cashier/Mgr is the RUDEST, DISRESPECTFUL, INCONSIDERATE, TACTLESS and BULLIES her way with coworkers and customers. Long line and perusing on stuff like others, she asked me to go to back to line because I wasn't in the right spot which is to start somewhere when she called. God knows where that line is. I asked should I go to back of line after waiting 30 min to get to pay. Then she said fine...she has not time for this where everybody cab hear...and so I said I don't have time for it as well. One cashier how is it my fault? We are adults and pay alot of money to buy from your store. We are not getting it for free. Even if we are, she should treat us customers and people who support this agency like human beings....like civilized, educated dignified human beings. Then she tried to charge me all $1.79 a lb for all including non textile so I called her on that. I would have stayed fie another half hour until she get that charge corrected. That is plain CHEATING and DISHONEST!!! Please treat us like you want our business and you appreciate oir support. Send this woman back to customer service training. Next time she does this I will go straight to Better Business Bureau to report your purposeful overcharge on customers. Even Goodwill should do and know better.

Everything in here is in huge bins. Next to impossible to find anything. Seems likes things are just tossed into any bin.Kind of a waste of time unless u are just browsing and have time to really dig around... Literally.

-Do Not Work Here-Toxicity is ignored, backbiting and gossip are promoted. As a manager I made a dollar over minimum. PTO and bonuses are withheld without justification. Forklift drivers only make minimum wage, skill/experience makes no difference. Leadership is dismissive and diminishing of very real issues, while enforcing an unrealistic and hollow optimism on their managers. Their turnover is 3 quit for every 1 hired, often worse. They expect senior citizens to do manual labor in the summer in a desert. As an employee, you do not, and never will, matter. Don't let people you care about work here.-Do Not Work Here-

I have been there several times attempting to retrieve something mistakenly brought there. Every person who works there was thoughtful and helpful to me and pleasant and friendly to the people shopping. It’s not often you see an organization where everyone is kind.

Place is dirty as hell. The shoppers don't bother picking up after themselves, which is pretty typical of the customer base here.You can't test electronic items, so you probably shouldn't buy anything heavy since there's a very good chance it won't work.Prices are pretty good though and you can occasionally find good stuff, as long as the greedy company hasn't pulled all the valuable items to sell online.

Was a little hot. The cashier seemed to be irritated n not very happy but I told her "busy busy, huh"? She said"having to babysit and make sure everyone gets checked out is a little difficult" but after that she was talking, laughing and smiling. I hope the employees get some a/c at least they are working very hard in this heat.

Went in to get a portable computer desk. The one that they had had a broken leg on it. I know buying a laptop carrying case and couple of portfolio binders. I was expecting to pay like $15 for everything. Only spending $4 and change.

Terrible place, one Mexican woman hit me in the eye with her pants, to which the manager replied. Well, we have such a mess here, we can’t do anything, you didn’t lose your eye. There are no rules, everyone does what they want.

You never know..you might find treasure there. You might want to take gloves, it can get dirty. You pick items out of big bins but wait untill they say "go". They bring out bins through out the day.They do have restrooms there too.

They dont have titles for the vehicles and always say they are getting the titles, then the second they finally have the title its sold to someone else. Waste of time they are possibly doing insider trading because they wont tell you when they are going to have the title and then its gone the second they have it.

Goodwill takes advantage of a depression era law allowing them to pay their disabled far below minimum wage, as little as .22 cents an hour under the label of "job training." They train/work the disabled to work in the most profitable part of the store which is hanging clothes for sale. Do the math, research the facts and exercise your rights as a valued customer and confront them on this uncomfortable question. Finally, search your soul to decide if your hard earned money and donations is going to what they proclaim is their "mission"...or going into the pockets of Goodwill's 1%.
