I was at this store today. I was charged for an extra item I didn't have. When I was sent to customer service, there were 7 people in line and only one person working. The young lady Karma was trying really hard to take care of everyone as quickly as possible. She was pleasant and apologized to everyone for the wait. If this store had a decent manager, he or she eould have been back there helping her. They should be ashamed for their lack of professionalism. One lousy manager!!!

This is a pretty nice Fry's to shop at everybody was friendly the floors are clean there was plenty of parking. I was new to me so there was a lot for me to look at and I couldn't find anything but that's only my fault. The self-checkout as horrible as usual that every Fry's I have no idea why they don't update their systems. I'm too fast for their computer their computers always glitching on me LOL. Their fruits and vegetables look fresh well-stocked cleaned there was plenty of workers walking around but it's a grocery store when you ever need customer service right. Dislocation does have one of the better floral departments they had actually I think I saw three workers and the floral department the Fry's by my house has a tiny floral department and has like one person working at and their flowers are always dead. The cool thing is there are other stores in there shopping center so if you need to do other shopping this is a good One stop shop I'm not the type to do that I like to go different places but it's all up to you how like it.

While going through the self checkout, we accidentally dropped a jar of pizza sauce. I asked the cashier if she could have someone go get a replacement. She said "You can". I went to go get the replacement. Leaving my adult daughter to finish checking out. When I came back, I saw the janitor tell my daughter "Get the he'll out of the way" while she was still finishing checking out. I looked at the cashier in self checkout and asked her if she heard that. She mumbled he wanted us out of the way so he could clean up the spill. Then I asked to talk to the manager , since I was getting nowhere. The cashier pointed to the customer service and said you can talk to him down there. The manager who appeared to be a nice guy, reassured us that he would talk to them. Evidently they don't need my business.

O stars if I could leave a review without it. Nichole at the self check out was yelling at a lady in front of a store full of people. She kept yelling for a manager and made a very unnecessary scene for the lady and yelling at her. AND Tracey at customer service really should look for a new job if she hates hers so much. She is down right rude and when I approached her she wouldn't even make eye contact with me and snatched the paper out of my hands and shoved the payment in my hand. Get nicer employees who appreciate their job! Who can smile and not be condescending to your customers!!

This employee Nicole was so nosy like mind your business. She was staring at our items that we are going to purchase like she was going to take it. it’s ok to look but why is you staring than she ask for are food like no go get your own food sorry not sorry.

This store is the best Fry's in Tucson. It's in the same league as Publix in Florida. It's almost too big. Fantastic sales and diversity of merchandise. The only thing I found unacceptable was the cooked food in the deli. Especially the Chinese food. It's awful. And they don't carry madrasala chicken any more...Last time I was at the deli there were no customers so I didn't take a number. It was very clear that no one was waiting in line, you can see my cart is the only one near by in the pictures below. The clerk reprimanded me for not having a number and stated that he would help me today but next time I better have a number or I wouldn't be helped. Sadly, he was serious. At this point the prepackaged pepperoni was looking good. But I gave him my request and he proceeded to fulfill it without a mask. I thought food service workers always had to wear a mask. Seems like he believes rules are for me but not for him .

Why is it every Sunday around 8pm they only have 1 register non-self checkout open. Then today only 3 of the self checkout registers are open with management knowing there are currently 14 people waiting in line to check out.

Why advertise and have things in your weekly ad that you guys do not have in stock. Went for the blueberries on sale and ended up wasting 30 minutes of my time trying to get blueberries for the same sale price. If you guys do not have the exact item in stock that is on your weekly ad for sale then you should honor the price with what you do have in stock. Thank god we still have safeway for now and it sure is gonna suck if it is bought out by frys who doesnt care or wont go the extra mile for the customers you still do have. What a disappointing company.

A very typical Fry's as far as customer service goes, they tiptoe razor thin margins and loss leaders to appeal to bargain hunters, and the customer loses that battle because the employee's seem to harbor nothing but contempt for the clientele. They didn't even have what I came in for, likely due to it being on sale this week, the sales run from Wednesday to Tuesday and it's lucky to find a sale item in stock by Sunday. If I would have known my item was on sale this week I wouldn't have bothered stopping by, Safeway is, after all, only 3/4 of a mile further on.

Worst Fry’s I’ve get been to. Let’s start with the fact that the app never works and the digital coupons are a pain. Today, my husband and I attempted to use a digital coupon that did not work. The front end manager, Christina, was called over to help. She was incredibly rude from the start, immediately stating she could not help. She instructed us to go to customer service instead. When I indicated we would leave (sometimes it's just too much and we don't have time to wait in another line because the app is not working), she became very snotty, stating she would help us this one time as a "courtesy". While she did so, I asked what we needed to do to ensure the app worked, because it rarely does. Her answer was to take it up with Customer Service. Although she ultimately honored the sale price, she called me a pinche pendeja as she turned to walk away. When I called her on it she became very defensive, getting louder and louder, claiming she hardly speaks Spanish, and threatening to call her manager. I believe she took one look at me and assumed I don't speak Spanish. When I finally spoke to manager she had already been briefed by Christina. The manager, again, claimed the Christina doesn’t speak Spanish and that was that. She also stated she had to believe her employee's side of the story before entertaining mine. If you prefer an non-confrontational experience and decent customer service, shop elsewhere.

Deli salads are dynamite as well as their fried chicken. Monica, my favorite deli employee is "fast and furious" she really cares about us customers. And boy, can she plus sell! Every time she recommends something in the deli I try it and love it.

You know it’s not a bad store, just very short handed with cashiers, but trying to get a job here you might as well try the little ceasers first before applying for fry’s. Was told I was hired but just needed a background check, mine is all clear, tried following up but either no one picked up the phone or I was on hold for a good while just for them to give me a yes or no answer and still was not given an answer. Like I said not a bad store just needs I guess you can say “more customer service”.

This Frys on Golf links and Kolb has some of the m ok at rudest Managers I have ever delt with. I purchased a gift card and nothing but problems and issues and no one at this store would even attempt to help me but one manager, Sean. But still no solutions. However the manager Christina , she was the most rudest person and talk to me in a very demeaning way for a customer offering no help. Never again to this store.

I recently had an experience at this particular Fry's and have to give kudos to the assistant manager that helped me.I was attempting to get to shopping carts apart outside of the store and struggling a bit with getting them apart. At that point the assistant manager Rob came up to where I was with several more shopping carts.This kind gentleman helped me with getting the shopping carts apart, was extremely professional and courteous. Honestly it was very impressive to see an assistant manager out there helping bring carts in from the parking lot!I highly recommend this Fry's based on their staff and supervisor's eagerness and capability to help customers when they need it. Excellent work!

To the new front end manager named "Rainee" that just got transfered from the 9401 E 22nd Frys. Your vendetta with Instacart shoppers is very confusing. I overheard a conversation between him and a self checkout employee about how "often" they see me shopping at their store and "asked them to have their back" which I can only assume is an alliance to get me cancelled?? Which will not happen because I have a perfect shopper rating and have never had one issue with a store associate or employee.He tried to file multiple complaints on my peers and other Instacart shoppers at his previous store which is the only reason I know the games he plays and to not engage him in conversation. For me, once I mentioned how much money I made doing Instacart (which was a mistake ) he completely changed his tune and his attitude toward me became incredibly toxic.

I was at the Fry's at around 10:30 AM on Saturday, August 15, 2020. Some of the employees currently working the floor at that time were extremely rude. The lady at Money Services gave me attitude and wasn't polite or respectful at all. A young gentleman who had curly brown hair kept on cutting in front of me while I was shopping around and didn't apologize for almost hitting me twice. Finally, at self check out, this woman with long hair just stood at the checkout besides me and sat on the machine and watched me intensely. She didn't even so much as say hello or goodbye. She just stared at me as if she was judging me or scrutinizing me. Needless to say, worst experience I have ever had at this location. Normally my experiences are no where near this awful. Hope things change and their rude behavior towards customers is reevaluated.

The staff is friendly and helpful and deliver great customer service! I had accidently left a bag of groceries at the self checkout and didn't realize it until I had arrived home unfortunately. Upon calling to see if anyone had found it, they said they would replace it. I was beyond happy as it was a good amount of groceries, frys will always be my go to grocery store!

Blah! Here we go again. I asked THOMAS for a lil help at the kiosk. I went to pay for for my products and apparently my debit card info froze in the system. I went to ask THOMAS for help. I expressed I hoped to not be charged twice and he lectures me that that was impossible in the system. (Apparently not). About time someone teaches these people a little customer service skills. Then again, his shirt was buttoned to the top. Maybe he was having a brain fart😂😂😂

They have good friend chicken. In the mornings reduced produce for 99c. Nice to have a self check out line. You need the app to get digital coupons which can be a little tedious to redeem through the app.

Good store that has competitive pricing. I especially like the "buy 5 (mix and match) and save $5" specials. This particular Fry's Food And Drug does not have a butcher counter. However, I always get exceptional service at this store's pharmacy. My biggest complaint - which is likely true to most every grocery store nowadays - is there are hardly any checkout lanes open. This store has several self-checkout lanes, but that isn't always convenient (as an example, when I have an abundance of groceries or when I am shopping with my 4 year old son and his patience is running thin). Overall, I prefer to shop at Fry's, and this store is usually well stocked, very clean and organized, and has a friendly staff.
