I litteraly just got these last night and half of them are molded, not even expired.I blindly ate two last night and fed one to my kid without checking because I didn’t think I needed to check something directly out of the grocery store

The store itself and staff are cool but the bank inside had my mother sign the back of my bank card and then refused to help her cause her name wasn't the same as on the card. The fact that u had her sign it before checking the card is downright stupid on the banks part. I tore the meniscus in my knee and had her run in for me to pull momey off so i could pay bills but we see how that went. Shame on every idiot that works there I hope you do better.

This store is never stocked! Employees are nice but I can never find everything I went for? It doesn't matter what time you go there it's always understocked. Poor variety of products also 😥

there is a young man (brunnete short hair) who works here and he puts away the carts. we were parked perfectly in the spot when he tried to go in between our car and the car next to us. he dragged the car against our car. his worker (long brunette haired chick) saw and they started laughing together and the dude began to start walking away because he did not see us.

Probably won't ever shop there or at any Fry's because of this experience. Your security guard has absolutely no people skills and needs to learn how to communicate with the public if he's going to be in a position like that. Luckily there are other options and at this point I'd rather go somewhere that trusts me to enough to let me shop without any harassment.

The cashier had a error on her behalf afterwards she straight it out she went in in the customer with a DARVO ATTACK customer always right the customer stayed silent until the DARVO attack kept coming the customer told his true opinion switch is the same treatment gaven upon

Wonderful experience here. Cashiers were friendly and helpful. As well as the people around the stores.Wonderful selection of fresh produce.Seafood selection should be smaller (the case should be) since it’s not as popular as the meat section.Selections of fresh breads and other staples.The freezer vegetable section should be expanded. But they have a lot of frozen dinner and other items.

I’ve had growing frustrations with this store. The first being that they seem to be closing their main entrance door earlier and earlier. The earliest I’ve seen being 6pm.. they close at 10pm. The second is how rude their employees can be. I’ve had a bakery associate tell me she was too busy to help me with a cake and to come back tomorrow. Today I had a cashier ignore me and another customer because it wasn’t her row of self checkouts to watch. She was 5 feet away and actively ignoring us. There was no one else around, my husband had to stand in-front of her and ask for her help. Her response was to sigh and roll her eyes at us. If helping a customer at the self checkout is to hard maybe you need to put cashiers back on the registers! It’s not our fault that every 5 seconds your machine has some type of issue that requires your cashier code. The way I see it is scanning your badge is a lot less labor intense than ringing up an order so maybe you shouldn’t complain.

They have a few cashiers that I absolutely adore. Michelle, Cristina, Terry, Norma, Vanessa, Molly, E (supervisor), and Tiana. All are extremely helpful, nice and have great customer service.

Frys is the only grocery store that I can find a particular ramen soup .33 each and La Estrellas tortillas $2.99. While I didn't buy meat, I love their meat.

I came here to do a return and offer some advice to one of the managers. She was very receiving of the information. Bathroom not so clean though. I've been a frequent shopper here ever since grand opening. Keep up the good work!

I've been a customer for more than 20 years at this store. I give the store a 5 star review but one star for customer service from a cashier named "Christine or Christina". She's an older Hispanic(or native American) woman, probably the oldest cashier there. When she was scanning/bagging my groceries she was kinda throwing them so I gave her the "look" so she would stop. There was no need to do that. The store was not busy. I could tell by her face that she was angry, annoyed and I didn't know why. I believe that as a paying customer, your groceries shouldn't be bagged with anger.

Horrible customer service in all departments of this store. Filthy, and far from fresh anything. They freeze their produce so you think it's fresh. Many times I have purchased items at this location only to find them more then a year expired. And the meat goes bad in 2 days. Horrible store, horrible staff. Update. After a couple years this location has only gotten worse.

I dont usually shop at this frys, which is why I still gave it 3 stars. I stopped by to get flowers for my wife and the flower departement is so small compared to other frys. I was very disappointed with the lack of flowers.

I have been shopping Fry's Food Store on Campbell Ave & Irvington Rd location for many, many years. I still see a few familiar faces (old timers) when I shop there & they are hard working employees; however, I can't say the same for the new generation. I went through a register who's Cashiers name is CAMILA. I noticed the Customer before me was bagging his own groceries while the cashier talked to her coworker next to her. When the cashier rang up my groceries, I paid then she commented that I could start bagging my groceries & put them in my cart. I said NO THAT IS NOT MY JOB. SHe got upset & told me that it wasn't her job either & that she didn't have a bagger because the other employees were taking care of other things. Camila probably should take a course on customer service.

Tonight all of us went in as a family. Three adults a ten year old and 1 year old. We had no issues getting the items we needed or the staff. The issue we had was there was no regular cash register's open just self checkout. We had a lot of items in the cart. We don't like that the self checkout doesn't like you to remove the bags once we rang the items up and we needed to because of the amount of stuff we had. Our 1 yr old was already getting cranky. We where all ready to go home and the way self check out is was taking forever the poor Fry employee was spread thin as well. Lots of customers and trying to help everyone. I think you would have had better reviews if you always have at least two regular cash registers open and update the self check where it doesn't stop you from putting bags in the cart. Kelsey Kucera

Terrible customer service. Prices are good when advertised correctly. Shopping here becomes a total hassle amplified by bad employees if something rings up incorrectly. Worth the extra drive to go to Walmart and avoid the constant sale BS turning a 5min stop into 20min of hassle.

This is a decent store. It's one of the smaller stores without the clothing send other household items but it's got a nice variety and a decent selection for the customers that frequent this store. The bakery is excellent and I personally prefer the 3 leches cake from this store over the other local grocery store brands. The staff at this location are also all very friendly and helpful.
