Up your game with restocking and produce- I used Instacart, ordered organic celery. Used a diamond shopper- don’t know specifically what was available but doubt this would have been their first choice. Have had problems shopping in person with good produce. Had to substitute other produce choices for commercial produce. Maybe Kroger is beating out sprouts in $$ with cutbacks in staff ,quality -

They're usually in stock. The groceries and stuff have gotten more expensive over the years but prices have come back down recently. What else is there to say? It's a grocery store. They have added store pickup as an option, which I suppose is a benefit if you're into that kind of thing.

It seems like I always have issues when I am in that store. With coupons, the digital app, and sometimes a certain employee there. I just want to get in and get out. But it never happens. That digital app is for the virus. Never works when I want it to.

Scams. Giant signs advertising sales “with card.” Trick being you don’t actually get the deal unless you download apps and coupons. And you don’t notice till they’ve rung you up. Then you have to go wait in line at the help desk with only 1 person helping 6 people in line wasting 15 minutes due to their deceptive signs.

As usual, the parking lot is full and I had to ride around a bit before finally parking 2/3rds of the way down, but no problem. Slightly crowded, not bad for a Saturday. Found all the items I needed. Had to ask an employee where to find tofu and she practically walked me there. Very nice. Lots of produce, found organics but not much there. Used my Fry's card and received a nice discount. Always a good place to go.

I now must update my post on Fry's groceries, over just the few last weeks Fry's has dropped its prices on important items like ☕☕ coffee, Don Francisco's has been reduced to $6.99 at one point and Kroger's Private Selection coffee has been reduced to as much as $7.99 also: this beats the heck out of $9.49 !! I must say, Fry's is trying harder to regulate their prices and it's worth updating and commenting on - the digital coupons could still stand some tweaking and improvement, but the regular paper coupons you get in the mail are often offering ¢80.00 cents and a $1.00 off on items, so that starts to add up, I am noticing improvements on prices, especially the all important coffee and bakery items. They have always carried the freshest products like the long defunct Corti Brothers formerly in Sacramento, CA.

This is my main grocery store and I enjoy the staff, but why can't they get decent carts? It's ridiculous. Also, while I'm complaining, the Frys App is ridiculously difficult to navigate. And finally, the manager seems completely ineffectual and unable to handle Senior Discount Days.

Frys is one of the best lower priced groceries stores in Tucson. You can find what you need and great quality at a price that is lower by comparison to the 5 grocery stores in my area. Food is high all over,but Frys is the lowest. THANKS FRYS. You are helping us poor senior customers.

There’s one good employee who I usually see at self checkout, he’s always friendly and chill. Everyone else I’ve encountered is rude or makes you feel uncomfortable. It’s worth shopping elsewhere for a better experience.

I enjoy that Frys in on Instacart.The shoppers do, mostly a good job.I had a delivery yesterday on Nov.1st and I didn’t catch it until today, but for some reason the graham cracker crust didn’t make it to my door. It was on the receipt so I’m not sure how this can happen?The shoppers are always pleasant.I’m sorry I didn’t catch it yesterday.When it’s discovered, it should be delivered anyway.

This is my second time at Fry's in the past two weeks with other people and the deals just aren't that great based on my needs. Fry's just doesn't do it for me. But the store associates seem very friendly and polite.

They displayed Boost mobile sim card on the website as well as in-store. However, the old female staff (Susan) there said there were no stock in their inventory, and Boost was not their product. If it wasn't, why did you guys display it on everywhere, both online and in-store? That staff was disrespectful, and the product info is not inaccurate. Waste of time.

Good (Kroger) quality but dated, crowded and often congested supermarket. Good variety and fresh produce, but often have to wait to check out. Albertsons/Safeway stores have better bakery.

Every time I go here there are nice employees that actually ask if you need help, and will take you to find something. That goes above and beyond customer service these days and makes for a nice atmosphere. They have a good selection as well. If someone is available to help bag groceries, then it’ll be a nice shopping experience. If not, just might take a little longer to get through the checkout. I also notice a security guard. Perhaps that’s why I’m not chased down for $$ in this particular location.

I go to the grocery store to get groceries not to get harassed. I paid for my groceries and pushing my cart out the door when one of your employees blond lady froze my cart so I am pushing and its not going out the door. Is Frys Anti-semetic?

This is a nice store. Not too fancy, but pleasant enough to enjoy the grocery run. Most importantly Fry's carries my wife's favorite coffee. That pretty well wraps it up, right? 😊Bring home the correct coffee, or get "the look" with each sip, until that coffee is gone. 😆

I've been going to this Fry's for over a decade now and in the last couple of years the meat department has gone to hell. I would by a cut of meat and when I get it home and start preparing it, it smells like it has gone off already. It is always a gamble with this store. Everything else about it is fine, but the meat department needs to get their act together.

Ok store, never any issues shopping, however new security guard is out of line. Appearantly, I did something wrong (reason never given) for him to turn me out the door. When I spoke to the manager, he said whatever his guard says, goes. So I took it is that the security guard is prejudice and discriminatory towards me it felt and seemed like and for his personal reasons (not professional in the least), he kicked me out as he looks to do the managing too as witnessed by the lack of action taken by the manager as appearantly also taking orders from his security gaurd. Security guard is heard from other side of parking lot laughing out loud saying rude things about me. Kroger should be ashamed if they condone this behavior in their staff.

Opening Starbucks kiosk Feb20. Has pharmacy. Has decent alcohol selection. This location is very inconsistent. Catch it on a good day and all looks great; a bad day and it looks like a disgrace. The customers and employees are the worst part. Both are rude and a bit "sketchy."

Would love to work here. I’ve been applied for months. I call and come into the store, I get told how you guys are hiring but I can’t get an interview. Really hoping to hear back.. when I call I normally get a rude lady who just hangs up making me have to spend more time calling and trying so, if I can’t get an interview can u guys say that? This is one of my favorite Fry's supermarkets. I absolutely love their import section. I was lucky enough to even find honey imported from Germany.The people working at the meat department deserve their own 5 star rating. Even though it's a bit of a drive for me, I'll definitely be back.

So far between FRYS, SAFEWAY AND ALBERTSONS. "Frys" always has the most on their shelves. They have more Variety of products and there's never been a time when I've gone in there and they were out of something. All their products are stocked nicely. And I've never encountered dust on their products...This Store is Well Maintained 👍

I love $5 Sushi day however I don't get off work till late so you need to make more varieties because they clearly sell! Philly rolls are five bucks please add more variety
