21 December 2023I was violently accosted by the manager.I did nothing to warrant such behavior. I walked in and asked a delivery drive at the front of the store if he worked there and if an employee was present as none were at the counter. I had a new bottle with me to compare to Family Dollars bottles and wanted to declare it to avoid confusion. The delivery person indicated they were there somewhere so I went about my business shopping. I was looking at a water bottle and checking if their water filter on the shelf fit my water bottle. Out of the blue the manager descended upon me and demanded to search me and did everything in his power to stop me from leaving the store. He reconsidered when he realized it wasn't going his way. He then insisted I leave HIS store.For safety's sake this person should not have a job working with the public unless his employer wants a lawsuit, innocent patrons of their establishment attacked, and a lawsuit. Do not shop here unless you want accusations leveled against you and an altercation.I am in the process of taking this incident further than a negative review.

I hate to say, but would it seems racism is forefront in the Manager's mind at this location. After returning the 1 item I dared to pick up back to the shelf, he comes flying at me demanding to see what's in my hoodie pocket. Happy to oblige another Ahole and watch the smugness melt off his face, in showed him m my phone and wallet. I guess this was the wrong answer. I was told to leave. I asked why, being I hadn't taken anything, complied with his request, and even said good morning to him when I entered(of course he ignored me.) He does not wear a name tag so unless his name is Getout, I don't know. Make sure you dress to the nines when shopping here. Else, you may be treated with zero dignity. Family dollar, shame on you again.

In the store shopping around for almost 30 minutes while 2 store employees were absent . They finally came in from outside and seemed to be under the influence of something. Very odd .

Never going back dude with pony tail and earrings thought I was stealing and asked if I was lost lol.the little mixed black Mexican girl was mad disrespectful also need to work on customer skills.will let management know I wish they would of put their hands on me check cameras.....management thanks

It’s 11;24 Wednesday dec 6th and the doors are locked , never been to this new location but will never come again , had to het my kids off the car seat and now they are crying because the store is closed during business hours .
