Never have I felt so humiliated, Jonathan “store manager” stereotyped me as soon as I walk through the door. Yes I made the mistake by putting stuff in a bag that I was going to buy my hands were full but it doesn’t give him the excuse to run up on me grab me by my shirt and throw me out the store while yelling at me in front of everybody humiliating me just because he thought I was gonna steal. I’ve worked since I was 16 years old and I pay my taxes. Never have I stole even a piece of bubblegum it really made me feel like trash.Someone definitely needs to talk to this guy because he cannot be doing this to paying customers.😓

The store itself is a typical Family Dollar. The homeless and theft can be a big deterrent though...

The place has gone down hill. Amy the location manager will blame other because she can't do her job right. And malkem is to busy smoking blues and paranoid to actually run tho location properly. So now it gets robbed constantly and they just judge everyone that walks through the door. I have no clue how these people still have jobs

I just tried to run in real quick to grab cat food and toilet paper at 9:45pm and the doors were locked even though the store is supposed to be open until 10pm. I went here specifically because I thought this store actually followed what there hours say they are unlike safeway but I guess not. Won't be coming back to family dollar again.

I've stoped by in twice in the past 2 wks. They have been closed both times. I shows up today. Doors are locked. Employee standing there yelling were closed. No sign up stating why. Poorly managed. Wasting people's time! Could definitely use upper management to pop in every now and then. Standards are low

UPDATEThey have been closed a lot since before christmas. They have a lot if new clerks who are rude and and the new policy of that if someone opens the door for you, and they steal. You Are no longer welcome in the store is way more than obnoxious. It haooenef ti me the ither day and i am in a walker.Its got a little of everything its next ti the house so i guess im going to have to plan trips to other places

Employees are friendly enough. However, the cleanliness of the store as well as organization is a little less the appealing. I think with some elbow grease and a different lay out is needed and would be welcoming.

Me and my boyfriend went in to buy a drink and I am brown was not being helped on purpose by the workers. A few moments later my little brother went in to get a drink and the manager there grabbed it right out of his hand and accused him of stealing. My brother said “no I’m paying for it” and he had money in hand. Manager says “you were in here this morning stealing too” he got profiled and falsely accused and yet it’s our first time being here in Tucson,Arizona we’re from Colorado. Does anyone know if he’s done this multiple times?? He did it to a minor

I'm sooo upset I waited 25 min for an uber I finally get there exactly at 9:30 and they were closed. Mind you there was someone shopping and both employees were just talking at the register. I was so upset not only had I waisted my money on am uber but I had to request another one that took 20 min to get there. So I was stuck waiting with my 4 year old.

This is the worst store I’ve ever been in. Go to somewhere else. Not worth the time, gas, or money. Spend more and get what you want and have a better and satisfying experience. Believe me, not worth the time!So I decided to go there today; 12/08/18. Even worse. The cashier told me the mans name is Alex, not sure they lie so much. I asked a question and he told me that he was busy. Go elsewhere, this store has had numerous personal changes. Still the worst store that I’ve ever been in.They don’t give a rats behind about customer service.

Went in before 8am near the back. Something smelt funny heard a lot of coughing and at least 2 were coming out. It smelt like weed when they open the door. Its one thing to do it at home maybe before your shift but not in a place of business and then the cashier wasn’t even wearing mask right didn’t have it above her nose. Just covering her mouth.Never coming back to this one again. Unprofessional to be smoking week in the employee area where customers can smell.

Do not treat everyone like criminals. I carry a work bag with my laptop in it worth over $1,000 and will not continue giving my hard earned money to a place that wants me to leave it up front. Never stolen from you, it was never a problem before. I don't personally condone profiling and you shouldn't either.

Always cluttered but that works for me because it has all this stuff I never knew I needed or even wanted and usually under $10. I went in this morning for a Type C phone charger that is traditionally the upward of $16 at a typical store but not here...only $5 for a 3ft one, they have the more expensive and longer ones too. Anyway, I left with a record breaking $21 purchase of some other items I couldn't pass up.The cashier is kind, they usually are. Their coupon app is great also because I saved $5 off my entire purchase.

Something about every Family Dollar, Dollar General, Dollar Tree is, I go in for what. I need get what I need but I'll end up spending a whole lot more money on other stuff that I didn't know I needed.

This store is extremely discriminatory. I walked in with a backpack and was immediately referred to as "you guys" and told to leave. I will never be back to shop at this prejudice store and I urge you not to shop there either.

The local Family Dollar is a sort of Walmart for us po' folk. I went to one today looking for a heating pad -- and there it was, for less than $15!!! Good deal!

This store is NEVER STOCKED. Always dirty, aisles full of boxes, shelves EMPTY, employees kidding around with each other. Would not recommend.

Store was dirty and in disarray. Employees were not directing or controlling traffic. Customers felt they could just block entire isles or cut in front at the the single line entry for cashing out since no signage of how to line up.

Dirty & they only have 2 shopping carts so they tell customers to get garbage cans from the shelves to place their items in while shopping. They deserve a zero.

I am 41 years old and got carded for my cigarettes. I have not been carded in 20 yrs so of course I didn't have my id and she did not sell me the cigarettes
