I just recently moved to Tucson, and this is the first DIY dog grooming that I found close to where I live. The staff member was very nice and explained everything to me and brought me a towel to dry Tinky, as I forgot my own. Tinky did very well in the tub. She doesn’t do well in the tub at home so this was extremely helpful. I used the ear cleaner that they provided and I appreciate how clean it was even though there were two VERY fluffy dogs that came in before me. Will be back!

I took my dog, Alaskan Malamute Mix roughly 75Lbs, to this place for a DIY dog wash and groom. This place was great and the owner was amazing at answering my questions and providing some advice!My dog, Finn, is a bit scared of showers and running water so it's extremely difficult to wash him at all. I was provided a slip lead( I hope that's the right terminology) and everything I needed from shampoo/conditioner, super absorbent towels, blow dryer (that blows cool air not hot for the safety of the dog's skin!), And more. The total DIY groom was only $18 and is first come first serve!!!! Absolutely insane how low the price is considering all the amenities INCLUDED in that price. There are two tubs with rubber liners on the bottom for safety, slip lead and hooking locations, brand new nozzles with adjustable temp for the water, a ram into the tubs, and closing doors for again the safety of the dogs.There was rainfall, oatmeal, or shedding control shampoo/conditioner options, blueberry facial, a variety of brushes and hair trimming tools, blow dryers (again room temp ones so that people don't burn their dogs on accident), and specific areas to groom/dry. Everything was extremely organized, well kept, clean, and overall emphasized on safety and comfort for your dog.I'll 100% be going back to this place and this place only for my bathing and grooming needs. ❤️ if you're not afraid of some dirty work and prefer to groom yourself, come here. It's worth the price and they do offer scheduled grooming appointments with the owner as well :) Please check out the website first to make appointments!!! DIY washes are walk ins! Nice DIY dog wash, clean and fairly well maintained. The price is a bit high for what you get, but it is up on Campbell in a higher end strip mall. The only negative is we took two dogs, and they wouldn't let us wash at the same time. Why because we were in a "group" together. That does not make sense. It would if they gave us a group discount, but they don't. So one dog got washed and then the other even though there was an empty tub next to us the entire time we were there. The money is the same $20 for each dog so making us wait does not make "cents"! Almost didn't do the 2nd dog, and if I had decided not to do the second dog they would have left $20 on the table. Next time we go I will wait 5 minutes to come in with the 2nd dog...just sayin'

I washed my dogs here before two years ago and had a great experience but today was much different. I came in with my two large dogs (65 lbs each) and a friend to help. There were no other customers in the store until the very end when there was one other that the employee was not helping either. The staff member working the dog wash was not friendly or helpful. It felt like we were inconveniencing them the moment we stepped in the business. Throughout the wash we felt rushed out even though we showed up over an hour before close and only stayed about 30 minutes. We were given two bottles of watered down, clumpy conditioner that simply did not get the job done. The directions on the bottle said to use it undiluted. When it came to drying, we were not allowed to put our big dogs on the tables due to a 50 lb weight limit so we had to blow dry them on the floor. The blow dryers were zip tied for the height of the tables so it was very challenging to even reach our dogs. The employee did kindly instruct me on how to use the kennel dryer but it was just not ideal. I will say that one of my dogs has a lot of anxiety and today was more challenging for him then others but for the most part they were well behaved. I understand that this is a "do it yourself" facility and we are at the tail end of a pandemic but they employee would not even help me put my card in the chip reader at the end of the wash when I was struggling to control my excited dogs. I hope the owner can be understanding and take into consideration the inconveniences I had today. Unfortunately, I left with wet dogs, feeling bitter and like I overpaid.

The staff was very friendly and the wash tubs are really helpful on your back but honestly that's about all the good things I can really say. I've always washed my dogs at home but recently moved into an apartment which is more difficult so I figured I'd give this place a try. I had high hopes based on reviews and amenities offered. I got a bottle of very diluted shampoo and conditioner to work with and because my dog is so large and hairy he went through it pretty quick. It's $10 for another bottle of diluted shampoo... so I passed. Then the dryers are actually zip tied to a shelving unit so I could only really reach the top portions of my dog to dry him off. Yes, there is a drying crate I could have used, but to be honest I was over it at that point and decided to just take my mostly wet dog home and finish drying him off where we could both be more comfortable. I think if you have a smaller dog, short haired dog or are willing to wait for the drying bed this place is great, especially for the price. But from now on I think I'll just struggle at home.

I absolutely love this place! It is nice to have a place to take my dog so I don't have to leave him with groomers. They have anything and everything you need to wash your dog and everyone is so friendly. The prices are also very reasonable. My only "complaint" is the hours of operation! I wish they were open more than 4 days a week and longer hours 😊 I also would like to see in the future, options to get small grooming cuts such as pads or sanitary trims.

A nice little find, though I found prices a bit high (others I have been to in Denver and other cities charge $10-$12 for large dogs, here it's $15). Owner was very nice and helpful, but her dog did growl at and follow around my dog upon entering the building. Washing stations are sturdy and easy to use and two organic shampoos are offered, though I will probably bring my own in the future as I didn't care for the smell of either. Overall, still a great and affordable alternative to washing my big furry dog at home!

I took my puppy, Luisa, for her first real grooming. Ronnie was excellent—she consulted with me about what kind of cut would work best, Luisa was calm with her, looks fantastic, and Ronnie even sent me an update and video of the grooming process midway through. She also took extra time with Luisa because she knew the experience was new to Luisa. Highly recommend.

This place rocks!! Perfect for when your dogs need a bath in between grooms (but they have options if you want to DIY groom too.) The owner was so great about helping me learn all of the equipment, she remembered my dogs names throughout the entire visit and even taught me a new technique on how to pick up my dog. I am never going back to bathing my dogs at home-it always ended with me in the bathtub and my bathroom a mess. Now I can go bath my dogs peacefully and leave with them clean and dry. I will easily be returning.

Have been taking my two dogs for 1.5 years now its great place for me not to have to clean up after easy use and the dryer is great. Just please have someone there that has a bit of personality and helpfulness. The gal that's there lately won't even answer me.she just stands there . other than that great

We love Dirty Dawgs! We started with mobile grooming and have now expanded to all of the other services. Our dog goes to daycare several times a week and we love that he comes home exhausted. We have also used their boarding service. The price is very reasonable and the owner is very professional, responsive and reliable. It's been a lifesaver for our busy house to have a place we trust to send our active dog.

This place is a game changer! Great facility with everything you need to clean your dog. We have a long haired dog with a thick undercoat and the hair is just miserable. The idea of washing her at our house is cringeworthy, but so was the price of having her professionally groomed. We were there for hours washing, using the high-velocity blow dryers, the kennel dryer, brushing her out, clipping her nails, and cutting her hair. All needed equipment was there for us to use. We brought our own shampoo and conditioner, but there was plenty of that for us to user there too. We will absolutely be frequenting this place! Oh! And the music that was playing was great too 😃

Great service. Took my dog in last minute Bath and haircut real quick turn around. Even set up a time to come to my home to cut my other dogs nails. Great price and Ronnie is excellent with my dogs. They will not be going back to PetSmart. Recommended to all my friends and family with dogs

The prices are reasonable and the people at the counter were nice. There are only a few stations so there may be a wait involved. The bays themselves are large and have good products and plenty of towels, but oh my goodness is there hair just everywhere. EDIT: the hair is the nature of the business, but it's still fair warning that there is quite a bit around in the store, in case of allergies.The crate dryer is a big hit for us since we have a St Bernard who doesn't like normal hair dryers, and it's included in the price.The plaza is a bit hard to navigate and it was complicated for us to park at the back of the plaza and walk to the entry door, but of course that's a design issue that the owner can't control.

Former owner specialized in self-serve only and the service was good. She was attentive and checked on us frequently to see if we needed anything. New owner has branched out with grooming services. Service not so good. When we were there she was instructing someone on how to trim a poodle and paid no attention to us. And forgot I paid her up front. She may be in over her head, apparently without anybody to assist her. I will try another self-serve next time.

This is SUCH a superb service. A peaceful, calm facility with literally EVERYTHING you need to bathe and groom your dog. Exceptionally reasonable prices. At Dirty Dawgs there are walk-up, waist high sinks with anti-skid mats in the base. Warm water, easy to handle shower hoses. All the shampoos and conditioners are top notch, non-toxic, and naturally scented. Super absorbent towels, blow driers, and all the grooming equipment you could ever need. I can't recommend Dirty Dawgs highly enough. Seriously, try this place once and I guarantee you will stop bathing your dog at home forever more!

We like thecdryer cage... Less stress for me and my dog. Twenty mins but worth it, bring a book.The new owner is very nice. They have added a walk in dryer cage. She does mobile serve too. Nice supplies and the layout makes the whole process easy. No bending over thanks to the raised sinks. I will never try to bath at home again.

I love the location, amenities, Sunday hours, and most of all the owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I bring my two larger dogs here since they are slightly too big for the sink. All the tools of dog grooming are available for wash, trim and blow dry. Prices are reasonable, too. So glad this place is in my neighborhood!

It's cool. $15 for a DIY wash is reasonable. The people seemed very friendly too. I brought 2 dogs and only washed 1. The young woman on duty was awesome. She entertained Lazarus the whole time while Grumpy got a bath.I'll definitely be a regular here.
