I was so impressed with the pharmacist. I looked all over Tucson, for my insulin. Was unable to find it until I was told there was one box left at this location. They had not received the prescription transfer so could not fill it. I really didn’t know what to do. About two hours later, the pharmacist called to let me know that he found the prescription on the fax machine. He said he made a mistake and the prescription was filled. I can’t t thank him enough.

extremely disgusted with the pharmacy it over over 24 hours to fill a prescription when I called to get an estimate on when it would be ready the guy that answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. It was a new prescription and I was never once asked if I wanted to talk to the pharmacist. the guy at the window had an attitude the whole time needless to say I will never return.

I am completely disgusted with this pharmacy. My mother went there to pick up a prescription and a male tech was rude and belittled her, she had to wait for over an hour and when she went up to ask about it that SAME male tech told her its been ready for the past 30minutes and couldn't understand why she didn't know that. I can't believe this even happened.
