I come in here a lot. There is a new employee and her name is Melissa and she was very helpful. Older store but well maintained and clean. The staff especially Melissa are very helpful and friendly. Update: I was looking for nausea relief and having a hard time finding what I was looking for. Melissa went out of her way to find it for me. Wonderful staff.

I am taking my business elsewhere, solely because of Megan in Pharmacy. Furthermore, whenever the subject of pharmacy or drugstores happens to arise, I am recommending to everyone I know to specifically avoid this CVS location and go to its direct competitor across the street, because of Megan’s maltreatment of me.

Like Hannah, I had the worst customer service experience in my life at the Sunrise and Swan location. The front clerk, for all practical purposes, refused to wait on me. She was rude, dismissive and condescending. It was bizarre. I asked to see a manager and she responded that he had the day off. So I asked to see the Pharmacy manager and she said he was at the back. As I headed back to the Pharmacy, I saw a man working in the aisle and asked him if he could direct me to a manager. He responded that HE was the manager. So she lied. Not surprising. I described the rude, disrespectful behavior she exhibited. I was not a happy camper. He seemed only mildly concerned at best and said he would discuss it with her. I will never do business at this location again, and in fact, will think twice before doing business with CVS at all. It just so happens that there is a Walgreens right across the street.

Here comes the difference between Walgreens and CVS (thank goodness we still have two to choose from)!I sent my manager to Walgreens to get an instant covid test. But he needed a prescription from CVS, so he got one there. When he asked them for the $10 instant test, they told him he needed the $130 PCR test. He didn't want to screw up during a covid emergency so he bought it.I later tried to return it, but the return was refused. Why? They told me it was too expensive and they don't do returns on expensive items.You can swear at them and threaten them, anything you like, but they can't give the return because corporate HQ farms out the return refusal policy to a third company that is unresponsive, oh, how shocking.Basically, CVS is a big FU to customers. Don't even get em started about the time they sold a used pack of suppositories, and when confronted about it, they accused me of lying and refused to take it back because it was used.

Got back from CA and probably ate too much of raw fishes. Checked CVS on line and saw they have pinworms medicine. Went the cvs at swan and sunrise yesterday and asked the pharmacist politely if she can give me a direction of which isle I can find it. She said you need prescription to get it. I told her I found it otc on CVS website. I guess her arrogant personality blocks her mind and she refuses to even check. The nurse was right next to her said CVS does have it and she knows where to locate it. Then the pharmacist said, she says we have it then just ignored me. Aren’t you supposed to know it if you are pharmacist on site? If you do not know, can you at least try to learn how to do your job better?? I am taking all my prescriptions out from CVS. Bye

I love CVS, the care pass pays for itself and the discounts really payoff I buy alot of what I use regularly when I get the big discount, This store pharmacy people are wonderful.

Customer service was the worst I had ever experienced at CVS. I was standing in line at self checkout this afternoon and no one was working the front, finally a woman came out and opened a register. She was so rude and inconvenienced by customers. I will never go back to this CVS.

Greatly reduced pharmacy hours not advertised here as nobody cares; I made again an extra trip for nothing. During the week they seem to be now closing 4h early and opening late, in essence pharmacy is open during my office hours only allowing for driving time.

They lost my photos! I have three children and submitted a roll of film (disposable camera) for each to be developed. CVS sent all three out for development and lost one of the three during processing. Now I have to tell my child that everyone received their vacation pictures but him. I suggest going anywhere other than CVS on Sunrise.
