The pharmacist is awful. It’s clear he hates his job/himself and instead of taking his anger out on other customers he should find another job. I understand it’s a stressful job but tons of people work stressful jobs and decent humans. The other pharmacy staff are nice but the way he belittles and talks down to customers makes me never what to go to this CVS ever again. Plus it’s clear that no one cares as there are tons of comments that say the same thing as mine and nothing has changed!

Worst pharmacy in town I will be taking my business to Walgreens! They never have my son perception ready when they say they will . 2 years of this and I'm over it wait in line just to be told it's not ready when I was told it would be ready two days before. Now my son is out of his meds again.

The pharmacist working at CVS Silverbell at 3:30 PM on Thursday 12/14/23 refused to fill my Doctor's prescription saying he new better then my Doctor. They just lost another customer....They need to get that guy out of there...

My dr sent my daughter’s prescription to this pharmacy as they have for years. The last 3 months they have been in short supply. Normally I get a call to say they do not have the prescription and transfer it to another pharmacy. This time I received no call to say they didn’t have it.. Now after complaining, Nathan the pharmacist says they can’t transfer my prescription because I might rob the pharmacy who has it!! What?? Better off using a different pharmacy in the future. I know I will.

Worst pharmacist I have ever dealt with carrying bigoted perspectives on people that take medications. Every interaction with him is a terrible time dealing with condescension and prejudice. Might cause you to need blood pressure meds.

Older lady at the front counter is incredibly rude and inconsiderate. I admit I was a bit of a pain as I had a decent amount of items then got my card declined. I asked if I could have everyone go in front of me so I could figure it out and they could get helped but she loudly said that she needed a manager for the void since my card was declined and told everyone behind me that because of me they have to wait. She stood there looking incredibly annoyed as I tried to apologize. As I walked out to check my bank account as my phone wouldn’t load, I heard her laughing and talking with the other customers about my situation. I get it was an inconvenience but I was left feeling incredibly embarrassed and ashamed. Have some kindness, it’s a hard time right now for a lot of people.

My dad, 72 years old, went to pick up his prescription after we were notified that his medication is ready. Since my dad's English is limited, he showed the pharmacy technician the email with the barcode for his already processed medication. Unfortunately, the scanner was not working properly and I was very disappointed to see that pharmacy staff did not try to help him. My dad left the pharmacy without his medication and I had to pick it up for him after I got off work. I was hoping to see the pharmacy staff show more compassion towards the elderly and take the initiative to help him. We were very disappointed with how my dad was treated.WAKE UP CVS! This store is costing you valuable costumers. It is no surprise that we are not the only ones with bad experience at this store.

I used to love this store. When they first opened, I was thrilled that I would now have a CVS near my house. They went out of their way to help, and even knew my name when I came in. It was amazing. Lately, though, I can't even tell if the store is going to be open much longer. They haven't restocked the drink refrigerators in months as far as I can tell. (I miss my Rock Star!) The employees still try their best to be friendly, but they just look tired. The pharmacy just sent me across town to pick up a very common med because they ran out. Maybe COVID has put too much stress on everyone, but they've gone from "best pharmacy ever" to barely adequate most of the time. I'm pulling for them, but lately they're just your average below-average pharmacy.

Why do you still have that horribly rude cashier in the front with grey hair and glasses?!!! This is the third time my pick up order wasn't complete!!!! She always has an attitude! She's working right now, don't know her name, but corporate needs to have a talk with her.

90 plus elderly here Trying to make an appointment for flu shot and last Covid booster. A night mare navigating their system. I want Silverbell, not Valencia. Pure and simple Guess I will have to try Safeway Might even transfer my other prescriptions as well

This new pharmacist pretends to be your Dr. also. If you dont pickup the script right away, the refill date is changed to when you pick it up. If you take pain medicine dont go here. My Dr. has no problem prescribing the medicine every month the same day, but the pharmacist interferes and causes all manor of delay. I have pulled my account and have gone else where.

I'd suggest you be very wary of poor reviews that contain no details. My actual experiences of this store have always been entirely positive, which is why I have shifted my business there and why I reward the staff with 5 stars. The store is new, clean and has good parking. It offers competitive prices on the usual goods, and you can usually find a deal on drinks and similar items. I have always found the pharmacy staff pleasant and knowledgeable, and unlike the staff at the Walgreens down the street, they do not move as though they were emerging from a long coma. And while it is not that important to me, I do appreciate being greeted when I enter--every time.

They’re the rudest people I’ve been with ! I had better experience with Walmart pharmacy, they lost my medication and saying they don’t have it in their system. I wouldn’t be with them anymore !

This is the absolute worst pharmacy in Tucson. My prescriptions are constantly incorrect and require correcting and resubmission over and over. The hold time for calls is ridiculous. I just waited on hold twice 1st for 10 minutes, 2nd for 25) only to be disconnected both times without an answer. This paramagnetic had zero respect for it's customers time it medical needs. I use them due to my insurance but will be switching to another CVS. Even if it is further it will certainly be more convenient.

Rudest and most racist pharmacist I've ever encountered. Couldn't answer simple questions about our prescription and was rude and condescending to cover up her ignorance. Avoid at all costs

This pharmacy does not respect your HIPAA privacy rights and has no problem announcing loudly which meds you are on when you pick them up - even when other customers are right there. I spoke to the Pharmacy Mgr, Nathan, who didn't care. I filed an official complaint today and we will see where it goes. Oh, I also transferred all my rx's to Walgreens.

This is a newer store. The staff are victims of Corporate deficiencies and they do their best to not make the customer feel the effects. When I go in I am always greeted. When I go out I am thanked for visiting. Cell signal inside is poor, at best. This is due to the building being made of aluminum.If there is a prescription communication issue with my Dr's office, they call me. I am given a thorough explanation of what has happened and it makes it easy for me to understand. If I have to call the Dr myself to rectify, I am well-informed. Their Drive-thru is very convenient. When my dog is with me she always gets a treat (usually Rachel Ray's Nutrish Burgers!). There is an entrance on the North and East. Easy access to Speedway and OK access to Grant (aka Iron Hills Rd) if you are travelling West after your visit.Two times out of ten CVS has a computer problem. The Staff does their best to work around them. The CVS app is very useful. I like that I don't have to say my name, address, or birth date when I use it. FYI, the music while on-hold is horrible (I pity the person who has to listen to it with a hearing aid!). The Staff cannot do anything about it as it is Corporately controlled.Their loyalty rewards program gives you $5 in-store bonus bucks for every 10 prescriptions you have filled with a $50 yearly cap. I take 22 prescriptions each month and have only received the bonus bucks once. I think they need to review their rules of the program.

I moved back to westside a few years ago. I didn’t need meds until a few years ago. I used to have to go to central Tucson and that store wasn’t really on the ball, kind of made me sad to see what I might have to deal with. When this one opened, we were excited for it to be closer. I thought the service would be the same as the other store. It wasn’t. I have been thoroughly impressed on how they keep up on my meds, teach me on how to use them, let me know any issues with doctor refills, work around issues and are always courteous. I like to visit them. It was hard for me to change in my life, but this store and their employees have made my transitions so much easier. They are awesome. All the staff there is nice and willing to help. Not sure what is up with the mediocre reviews, but I don’t think that is deserved. Sounds to me like trolls with no other purpose.

I have been to this store several times and never had a bad experience. Always a cheerful greeting as you enter the store. They ask to let them know if you need any help. The pharmacy staff is super helpful - go out of their way to help.

The worst pharmacy customer service ever. They are rude and do not know how to treat customers. I will never shop here again nor will I fill my prescriptions here. I’m a patient person and I understand most things but being rude on the phone after waiting for 10min is crazy. Walmart here I come! CVS just lost a lifetime customer.

ive been to many cvs but this one made it very hard for me to get my medication that I need for my bronchitis that ive been dealing with for some time. pharmacist were very unhelpful.

This location is absolutely redundant I have worked diligently to receive my medication even after having my provider contact them they refuse to release medicine that I made arrangements to pay cash for unless my insurance contacts them mind you the insurance states they may not even cover the cost and would require a cash payment I am at a loss of your what to do at this point.

The CVS on Silverbell and grant rocks!!! The RX manager there tabitha is the best at her job, she is very professional, very personable, and tabitha is great at what she does, every employee there in the Rx was. Awesome give tabitha a raise and those hard working employees, good job guys keep up the great work way to go tabitha your the best at what you do !!!!!

There's been multiple times I've tried walking in 10 min to close and doors are closed. Should put a sign up stating they will be closing 10 min early. So inconvenience for being a convenience store.
