Solid Costco! Can never go wrong with costco. They got the quality with Kirkland brand making everything from granny panties to hot dogs. And their meal court is banging. Literally worth the membership just for the amazing quality food at a decent price. My one feedback is they need more staff on the actual floor to find stuff. It's huge it can be difficult.

What is wrong with the Tucson Costco's food courts? This is the second visit to a different Costco in less than a week. This time I got a slice of pizza. This has to be the smallest slice I have ever seen. If I had a scale I would have weighed it because I'm positive it was under 5 ounces! The tin foil had more bulk to it than the pizza!I am OVER IT! In N Out from now on!

While shopping 3 days before Thanksgiving, this place was packed. The lines were 7 aisles long. I needed a rest, so I found an amazing xl beanbag chair in a hidden spot and rested. P.s. I found everything I needed. I hope you get a little chuckle!

Costco is now putting their previously yummy rotisserie chickens in bags instead of a plastic covered roasting pan. Ugh! They are not nearly as juicy anymore. What gives? We always recycled the plastic pans! Please bring them back!

OK, place to shop customers at food court was great including member service and checkout line. Need better service for individuals especially the elderly who cannot carry those bulky boxes. Costco need to hire more people that is willing to help the shopping customers.

Despite being packed full, it didn't feel like cattle, getting thru the store. As always a great selection of nearly everything you want. The only downside is the bumps on the edges of the sidewalk "entrance and exits" makes it very hard to push the carts over them.

The aisles are so crowded you can't get to the products you want. The products are now more expensive than just buying at a normal store. They keep removing products and replacing them with something inferior. The staff is too busy chatting with each other to acknowledge customers. I've been going to Costco for 30 years. I won't be going back.

By far my favorite Costco location. Staff is always exceptionally helpful in the electronics section and during check-out. We find ourselves visiting with other customers and discussing our favorite Costco finds! Parking has plenty of shade and we always find a spot. We love the assistants that help box and check us out…great marketing strategy and helps speed up the check out process. All in all a friendly place to mosey around and spend more than you planned as you are having a pleasant experience!

I have been a member since Costco was the Price Club. Awesome service n prices. I have missed their everything pizza. I have used their car service n gas prices are very very affordable n the best price on premium. The staff members are very helpful n friendly. They do lack a cleaning crew over by the snack bar. I love the system of ordering n paying on their check out stations. N when u self check out an attendant is right there assisting you in every way. N did I mention their bakery. Out of this world. Whether u buy their already baked goods or u order ur own cake, they will bake n decorate it to ur expectations. Costco is my favorite place to shop n snack.

This store is absolutely filthy. This is the only Costco in Tucson that is this way. Customers open packages and just leave a mess. Went into the Tucson Marketplace location to get some clothing items and blankets for gifts and Donations. Left the store and went to the Thornydale location due to the mess. There is absolutely no reason this should be allowed to happen.

Costco is one of my favorite places good service but today I was getting a sample and I was trying to get a spoon and the person who has passing them out yelled Hey! You can't be back here and I was trying to reach for a spoon it was like right next to the napkins he could've said something nice like hey you can't grab a spoon I have to hand it to you he was very rude but all the other workers are super nice

As a rule , the staff here are very pleasant and customer oriented and will assist with any request. The leadership team, however, seems to not have the same customer service orientation. It almost feels as if their dealing with customers directly is an annoyance, especially Matt.This location seems well stocked, and the products are well displayed and cared for.

Costco has some pretty good discounts on many products I like. Drawback...always crowded in the store and in the parking lot. Sometimes, it's just easier to go to down the road and pay a little more to avoid the dumb crowds and bad drivers.

First time in over 30 years of Costco Membership that my cart is audited. All because the cashier did not scanned one of two packs of butter ( as per receipt checker. It looks like he was under the inoresion the two packs were bind together). My recommendation is to have a register or some type of Point of sale mechanism at the exit instead of having to wait for someone to come down to the exit to figure out their store error. No time to wait in a crowded store so just take your pack of butter as I am heading out. Also the lady was kind of rude.not sure is because no one was comming or because I told my wife twice to go ro the car with our children and wait as I knew this was going to take a while.

Costco is a very impressive place to shop. Large inventory, with great selection. Very clean well-organized. Staff is extremely helpful. With a large parking lot. Easy to get in and out of. 👍 Had a very good visit. Got several food items for future meals. Got a pizza for lunch before we left. 😎 12/16 another great visit. Was able to get my membership card. Bought a few things we needed. Tried to get fuel, just way too busy. 👍12/28 Got three large Pizzas. Delicious!

I'm unhappy with their hearing aid dept. I had such a good experience with them a few years ago . But the aids I received this time leave a lot to be desire.

Everything on the floor was very nice. When it came time to check out our cashier Keith C was rude and rushing me and my elderly mother to pay. I wouldn't want anyone else to be treated like we were on this holiday season.

Too busy, all the time. Can’t stop, won’t stop. You’d think they were giving away gas the lines are so long. Brutal. Wouldn’t dream of going near this place on weekend. So busy makes the rest of the area busy. The hours of operation are too short, therefore it’s a shopping frenzy during those 8 hours. Costco seems more about prices than service. And prices aren’t always that great.

It's costco it has crazy busy days. On this particular day, we went around 7pm it was nice and not too busy. The girl (forgot her name will update later) she just got my Hamburg buns (bought 3 for a family gathering) and toss two of the like nothing on top of other things. She was so rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.

I drove 20 miles to the nearest Costco just off Kino Highway in Tucson AZ only to learn that the Hearing Center only operates by appointment on Sunday. I didn't have an appointment, but fortunately a hearing technician named Christian, had an appointment that ended early and he was kind enough to assist me. Thanks to Christian, I didn't have to make a second trip. He fixed my hearing aid that I thought, going in, might have to be replaced at considerable expense. Christian saved the day. It's true what they say about the quality of Costco employees who are people and service oriented. Hats off to Costco and to Christian in the Costco Hearing Center.

This is a rating for Costco in general, not this specific storeThese people are incompetent and it does not matter how much money you spend with them, they will waste your time and treat you like absolute garbageClosed out my credit card with them while I was waiting for their support team to return a call about my account, 7 months later they still never called and now have me on hold for over an hour trying to get my costco rewards which they essentially stole from me, truly this company deserves to go underAwful slimy management who will do everything in their power to screw you ofer for Costcos bottom line,use Amazon!!!

If the guy making the pizzas would stop screaming the #'s & names of abandoned orders & focus on the 50 people waiting, it wouldn't take 40 minutes for 1 stupid pizza!!! He's very rude as well. ...probably because he doesn't manage his time well 🙄

This is a COSTCO!! It is filled with about everything the young couple, the large family, the retired folks and even the college students need for everyday life in suburban America. Lots of food, drink, electronics, appliances, clothes and other things too many to list.This Costco is very clean, well organized and staffed with helpful and friendly people. Also, great cafe and gas station. Worth the membership.
