The sales team is good, especially the manager who tries very hard to make customers happy post-sale.The parts team is close to absolutely horrible. They installed a new couch with screws that were too long and put a very long scratch in the floor of our 2021 Grand Design. Although they agreed to fix it, they could not figure how. We fixed it ourselves and asked for a small fee to compensate (which was not enough after we started it), and we have to live with this poor decision.The service team that fixed the black water pipe from sticking out too far missed installing the 'no surprise' waste valve. This is very necessary to not get sprayed with poop water when emptying the tanks. We have it coming from Amazon after my husband dumped the tank to get it ready for our trip.You will also be charged an extra $2000 dollars for their team to go through the rig thoroughly and test everything as well as do a 'great' cleaning. Nope, I had to shampoo the carpets to get rid of the prior owner's dirt and my husband had to clean the refrigerator and freezer. This fee should be no more than $500, period.

Bought a camper here a few years ago. Super fast and easy. This was my first stop for a new RV. Plenty of camper, little low on big toy haulers but still my first stop. People are nice and not gonna waste your time with what you don't want. Frank Martinez was the salesman and was straight to the point and honest. The store inside store pretty much has what you need and I've meant some of the mechanic. Nice guys. This place would be my first stop to check inventory and the store had what you need. Pretty good for a place in Tucson. Lots of options

If I could give a negative 100 I would!This is the worst company and establishment my partner and I have ever dealt with.Selling a travel trailer that is over the weight limit for a vehicle is illegal. That’s only the beginning.We came in excited and looking forward to a great experience buying our first trailer together, we had nothing but problems.The sales guy during the walkthrough literally pulled the table out of the wall. Screws were flying in front of us, then her turned on the stove letting the gas spew out and asked us to come over to smell it so we knew it worked because he didn’t have a lighter to show us it lit😳!The accounting person was so rude, and the finance person was even worse. The General Mgr didn’t care about any of it. There is so much more.In order to get my deposit and payment back, I had to escalate it to corporate.It took 3 weeks to get over $25,000 back.CAUTION- don’t ever go there if you want to work with an ethical, caring and professional company.

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I purchased a brand new heartland travel trailer. After the first use, the top of the trailer came off. I took it back to Camping World to be repaired. They repaired the roof and the 2nd time I used it the same thing happened again. I returned again to Camping World to have it repaired, but they refused to repair it-even though it was still under warranty. I am heartbroken because my family was looking forward to enjoying time together camping but with its current state we are unable to use it. I do not recommend buying from Camping World.

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Camping World that compelled me to share my feedback. My encounter with Camping World was marked by persistent, borderline harassing behavior. Despite expressing very clearly to Juan, our sales rep, that we wanted to talk privately with my husband, he kept pushing us and rebutting every single reason as to why my husband and I wanted to discuss privately. *Mind you, we came in to look, and I expressed to Juan in the initial introduction we were there to look at our options, nothing more and nothing less* After our initial visit, they continued to pursue me aggressively through multiple channels.Their relentless approach included repeated phone calls from different numbers, emails with subject headings like "can we cut to the chase," and unsolicited texts. It felt invasive and disrespectful of my boundaries.Feeling overwhelmed and frustrated by their inability to respect my decision, I eventually had to resort to threatening them with legal action if they did not cease their relentless hounding. This level of persistence was unacceptable and left me with a negative impression of Camping World's customer service practices.In summary, my experience with Camping World was marred by pushy and harassing behavior, which ultimately led me to take action to protect my peace of mind. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to their approach in dealing with potential customers in the future.

Parts and service department aren't worth standing in line to talk to. Have been there 3 different times for parts or questions. 3x too many in my opinion. Bought a roof coating for my rv that was bad, took it back to get a refund and was told they couldn't refund it because it had been opened. Not sure how you're supposed to check it without opening the container.

I called ahead of time to make sure I didn’t drive 40 minutes for nothing. They valued my trailer at 12-16K. I got their offer at less than half of what other dealers were offering. They came up with 8K cash / 9K consignment when I showed up (after 3 HOURS of inspection). They tried to nickel and dime my inspection saying that I needed $1,100 in repairs. They put “shades will not go up” $185/each! They are just standard RV pull up blinds which require a little effort, nothing difficult or broken. The trailer is a 2022. I signed up through their website which said best offer guaranteed or $1,000 cash. Of course they said they never heard of it. I showed them the offer straight on the CampingWorld website and they said they don’t do that. Juliana was rude and didn’t even try to help. She didn’t even have the audacity to come out and tell me no. She wanted to relay everything through the secretary when I asked to speak to her. I dropped it off at another dealership for $14,500 consignment. This experience ruined all camping worlds for me. Even their pricing is outrageous in store. Hope everyone else has a better experience.

I travel full time all over America for my job. After 15 yrs of “Hoteling” I decided to buy a camper about a year ago. (True novice here) I was in Tucson AZ, when I first camp across “Camping World” and am I glad I ever did. They are super helpful and very knowledgeable! I have gone in there many times and each time there was always someone ready to help, answer any questions, it was great and left me with a great impression!I am now in San Antonio TX building another store, and couldn’t find anyone as helpful as they were. I have to travel to CT very soon for my next project, and just need to know information about “wintering” my coach from someone I trust and know they are just here to sincerely help, I called and left a message.And Johnathan called me back, wow 🤩 thanks man! You were incredibly knowledgeable walking me through step by step what I have to do, and even went online to help me find a place close to my current location where I can go buy the RV antifreeze! That was truly awesome! You just can’t get service and honest answers you can trust like this from anywhere else!Thanks Johnathan for all your help!

Purchased a dual propane gas valve, it didn't work and would only put out 2 lbs of pressure. Returned it after wasting 2 or 3 gallons of propane. They took us back but before I left, I opened the new dual propane valve, it had broken parts. We managed to put together 1 good dual valve from 2 broken ones. It works but not after driving 102 miles for the return. Sad they put used broken stuff back on the shelf.

We stopped here as part of a 4200 mile road trip to replace our toilet in our Class A motor home. The staff were helpful and prioritized our installation so we could be on our way faster, which was very much appreciated. HOWEVER, we have one big beef about the available RV parking spaces. The lines for the diagonal pull through spaces are faded and almost invisible, not clearly marked and small cars and trucks occupied each and everyone of them forcing us to try and park on the sides. It would be nice if the lines were brightly painted and clearly marked for RV PARKING ONLY and if the staff would monitor the spaces. Thank you.

Having worked in an RV shop the last three years, having been basically responsible for the retail segment sales, floor sales, stocking and inventory… the shop I was in by the way very small mom and Pop type place compared to a major company like camping world…camping world should be ashamed of itself for calling this an RV store.Minimal selection, staff had zero knowledge on product or an RVer’s needs…ridiculous.

By far the Best camping world ever ! ! Even better than the actual camping world in Portland Oregon that I purchased this RV at. As I am disabled the hurricane wiped out my house I'm on my way back to Oregon I had an appointment on a Friday they offered me to stay in the parking lot for 2 days after getting there I wasn't too keen on staying in the front parking lot, and was willing to go back to a spot I found on the freeway and they insisted I pull it around to the side and have it worked on ASAP and they got it done. They fixed the recall and sent me on my way within a couple of hours. Unheard of never had that kind of experience with any company. 10 stars out of five good job guys and girls. I would send everybody a million dollars but that don't have that much laying around. So thanks again and I'm on my way back to Oregon. Coco&Tracy

We brought in our Solitude for a sale evaluation. Said it was perfect but found a small leak in our grey tank. Thought that was crazy. We were always very meticulous about maintaining our RV. We lived Full Time. The roads going into Tucson are extremely bad so our thought was it happened on the way over.We had two different insurance policies to cover almost a 2500 expense but no luck from either company!!! Found this highly unusual also. We had no choice after finding this out after leaving it for over 3 months! BTW this tank is made out of hard plastic! Our bracket holding it up pierced a small hole in it. Thought it was stainless steel!Thinking they would buy our Solitude but another shock…. Weren’t interested. This whole experience was a nightmare. We’ve read over the years this is an RV nightmare getting your rig worked on. We’ll it happened to us.We could’ve had a master technician work on it for half the cost but waited on the decision of our insurances to pay for it.To all of our RV comrades do yourself a favor and avoid taking it here.Safe and happy travels! 😊

We are touring for a few months, had questions about a new issue, and Jonathan in the service department assisted us. He even realized that our vin number was not correct on our insurance card through research on prior invoices. Climbed on our roof with me to identify damage to our roof and advised us how to proceed with the insurance company. We have never had such a great experience with any of the Camping World locations, even those that have repaired things. Such an asset to this store. Thank you!

Went in for replacement parts, one which they had, the other they didn't. But went here when we were towing our 5th wheel. There is zero parking for rv's or trailers. There could be one or two places at the end of the parking lot but it's filled up with display trailers for sale. Which is a violation of their conditional use permit. I to park down the street.

I don't know if it's this location or Camping World as a whole. But they have 0 customer service skills. Bought a 2023 Keystone and was not told the whole inside had heat damage until we arrived. Also told us we could take it to Mesa Camp World to get the fixes done and Mesa branch said we could not do that. Then I left my Weight Distribution hookups on the trailer I traded in and when I called to ask if they could grab them for me they said they would. I drove up to Tucson from Queen Creek and they did not take them off for me on Thursday and delivered the trailer to the customer on Friday. Did not call to tell us not to come because they were gone they just let us drive up there to grab them. I will NEVER buy anything from camping world ever again!

The salesman Mike was very good to work with and seemed to be much easier to talk too, than the finance manager, and in fact could understand much better than the finance manager. Initially the finance manager was going to charge me an extra 6,000 because he couldn’t understand when telling him I had roughly 5,000 for down and 6,000 to pay off my trade in trailer. Mike understood and said I could just apply the payoff to the down payment amount, and they would pay off my trade in. Instead Jeremy just continued to argue and even just rudely yawning loudly as I talked to him on phone. Finally with the help of Brandon and Mike, he understood. So simple, why couldn’t a finance manager understand??? It was also agreed upon that if I submitted the info in time he would give me an extra 1/4% off. I told him I’d have to cancel all my important pre arranged appts for the day, and he asked what appointments I had. 1st that was none of his business, but I did get him the info in time, but never got the extra 1/4% off the interest rate.As far as the Coleman rubicon 1400bh trailer goes, I knew it didn’t have a back bumper, so already had pre arranged to have that added on after the deal was made. But why wouldn’t the manufacture have a bumper on the trailer, everyone should be aware if that. What I didn’t know, is even though the place to put the spare tire is underneath, the spare tire is not included, so if you get a flat on the road, your out of luck. just be aware of that, other than that, love the trailer much easier to tow than I expected.I hate to give such a bad rating, because Mike the salesman deserves a 5 star rating, and could understand when talking financing, more than the finance manager could…

No help from anyone. Tried buying an rv. Couldn’t get any deal on a used one. Bought a brand new travel trailer from another company and saved $5000 over the used one they had that was priced for less but with all the add one made it $5k higher. I’m not going to pay for all those add on fees especially for a used unit. I tried to negotiate but they didn’t give me a single dollar off. Save time and go elsewhere so you don’t get fleeced by camping world.

Fresh water pump starting leaking in my big-bunk semi. Called Carlos in the parts department mid afternoon on a Sunday. The pump was in stock so I stopped by to get it. Carlos was kind enough to provide a discount on the pump...HOW NICE!! Installed the pump easily, problem resolved! Thank you Camping World and Carlos! You saved the day!

Ron and Darrin were absolutely fantastic. The weld on my Jayco travel trailer leaf spring hanger broke and I needed to get back to Colorado. I tried three dealerships all with poor or no service. I went in on a Saturday to Camping World and Darrin got me scheduled immediately. They did a master level weld on it, took care of the warranty paperwork, and got me on my way. I highly recommend this dealership. Thanks Darrin and Ron!!!
