Just had an amazing experience with Janet at this store. It was busy, but she helped us find the sofa we wanted to purchase, took the time out to make sure we got any promotional discounts. She is funny, very professional and helpful! A real jewel!

Great big, organized clean store, but hardly anyone in it. I enjoyed browsing the snack aisles and decor. Very nice seasonal items at a good value.

Janet was amazing - she helped us at checkout, and then found the furniture we were looking for in the warehouse, and then held it for us after we paid and realized we needed to go home and get a bigger vehicle. She was on the lookout when we returned and she and Jeremy put it in the truck so easy and quick. She was personable and wonderful and truly made our day.

This is a great store. It is bigger than the other stores. It is ADA compliant. Masks are optional. Offers a wide variety of products, but inventory changes a lot. But it an adventure. They have a loyalty program.

Bought furniture there, and it was on back order. I was okay with that. Three months went by, and there was still no call from Big Lots on any information, so I walked in and inquired. The furniture I ordered was on display!! I rented a Uhaul for $50.00 and went to pick it up. Robert, the furniture sales guy, and Janet, the manager, said they would have to load it. There really wasn't a personality between them. Robert put the couch on a very small dolly without securing it, and when he went to load it, the couch fell off and damaged it!!!! I was very surprised nobody was hurt. He was still going to load it, and I was like, excuse me, it's damaged! And it still wasn't secure!. Robert said, we could order you a new one and wait another three months (they didn't call me when it came in, I wasn't going through that again) or give you a discount or your money back. Bingo! Give me my money back. Janet said nothing! No apology, no responsibility, no nothing. She gave me my money back, and I was on my way back to Uhaul out $50.00 and no furniture I waited three months for! I was so disappointed in this entire process Big Lot's put me and my daughter through. Damn I loved that set of furniture, so beautiful. Maybe I'll see if it's at Ashley's. 🤔😿💔

Absolutely the worst customer service of any business I have recently engaged with and after this, I am done with this joke of an establishment and company entirely. Even with security, you could run out with the entire store as there are no workers anywhere to be found. One person at checkout for a line of half a dozen and the cashiers attitude is if they don't want to be there let alone exist. When using a rewards / other coupon (this was the second time) newly issued and has not been used or expired, they state it's already been used in an accusatory manner with no resolution. Then they have the audacity to have you call customer service which is another joke; You go through a multiple step verification process just to have them reissue the same discount so you later purchase more after inconveniencing you for another 15 minutes. Don't waste your time calling customer service as it's outsourced and you will receive a mediocre result as well. There is a reason Big Lots as a whole is failing against their competitors, and eventually they will go out of business; this location being one of the first to close in Tucson hopefully.

My husband and I went to buy a queen mattress I had previously spoken to Robert but it was his day off. We were attended by Monica, she was very efficient and courteous. She helped my husband open an account. Thanks to her we got a good mattress.

This is a store with mean workers with attitude problems and a security officer that's thinks he's top flight security. Charging thru thr store yelling trying to intimidate customers.

I asked a woman in the store about the price on an item on the shelf. She said they could scan it at the front as it was not posted in front of the product. As I was shopping I came across a section of items on the clearance rack. I picked up a pair of Mickey Mouse lounging pants thinking they were on sale. As she was ringing me up ( same woman I asked earlier) she said they were not on clearance. I made sure the Christmas items were 50% off as advertised. I went to pay with my credit card and she said that we chip didn't work, then I tried the swipe. She again told me it wasn't valid. She asked me to try the tap...still nothing, she said. I argued with her as I had just used it and it will tell me when I use it. She said, okay, try the chip again. Okay, now it worked?? There was a long line forming behind us. No apology, no excuses, all attitude...I don't know if she was trained to use the cash register. But she surely had no clue about customer service. Anyone else might have been embarrassed that the card was not working and they would have lost the sale and may never have gone back to the store...they need to train their employees if they want to succeed.

Went shopping here today and the cashier was EXTREMELY rude and stand offish. My 5 year old tried talking to her and she just ignored her. Also we kept getting followed around the store and getting weird looks every time the associate would walk past us. Mind you we spent over 200$. It made the experience really uncomfortable and definitely made me not want to go back. Customer service here is a 2/10 and that's pushing it. Would not recommend this location.

I absolutely love this place for shopping though prices are often on the high side. But the great customer service at checkout is always wonderful and makes it worth it. The ladies should get a raise often!! 5 stars location.

Bought a daybed (last one the had) they I really wanted. Most of the staff where helpful and checkout was amazing considering the size of my purchase. I really love their new location and how much more they have at an affordable price.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered a $1400 couch from here with the same day delivery option. After 2 days of my couch not showing up I took time out of my day to rent a U-Haul to go pick it up myself. I pick up the couch, get it home and I ended up with two of the exact same right chase pieces BUT one of the two was the complete wrong color. Contacted Carlos (the furniture manager) and he told me he would figure it out and have it delivered to us. The next day I reach back out to Carlos and he kept blowing me off and telling me to wait for a call from a different store manager who was handling the delivery who I never received a call from and later find out that she wasn’t even the person who was delivering it to me. Finally today (Saturday June 10th) I get a call from the big lots on ina road saying that they are picking my couch up and delivering it to me, so I thought. An employee from the ina store showed up with the EXACT SAME PIECE that I have, not the piece I was in need of. So the employee from the ina road location loaded the 2 pieces I had and took them back to the Oracle location to get me the pieces I needed. Long story short, Do not shop at this location especially for furniture, make the drive to the Ina road location or a different location if you don’t want to run into all of these issues I ran into.

Not as nice as the one that used to be in Oro Valley, but I do admit that their store is cleaner, and theiy have quite a bit of nice furniture also.

If you are looking not for name brand furniture, and a better price than Sam Levis or Curacao. The place is Big Lots on Oracle. The people are not pushy, and they do not treat you as a $ signal. I promise you will love the people, the place and the price. Go shop away and may God be with you.

Had two bad experiences back to back. Long story short, they advertised stuff for a price, and upon checking out - the price was higher for most items in my cart that were advertised on numerous places to be lesser than what I paid. Cashier employees were not helping at all, and I’m not gonna make a scene with 20 people in line waiting because employees are slow. I paid what you wanted me to and just left. I’m just never going back 👍 tried you/ terrible/ bye
