From the first interaction to the latest, our experience with Aztec Blinds & Shutters was amazing. I was able to schedule an appointment online (very easy to do) and they responded right away with a follow up. When Leo came out, he was very knowledgeable and very attentive to my issues. He brought samples and made up the estimate right there on the spot. Once I placed the order, I was updated regularly on the delivery date of the blinds. When the installation date arrived, Fernando showed up and got straight to work. He installed the blinds with expertise and efficiency. He went over the operation of the blinds and made sure that I understood all the workings and care before he left. I wish everything with running a business went as smoothly as this experience. I will definitely use and recommend Aztec Blinds and Shutters in the future.

Leo was right on-time for the initial meeting. He provided his knowledge of their product capabilities and coupled that with their large amount samples allowed us to purchase with confidence. Smooth-sailing experience with Aztec Blinds from start to finish. We had another blinds company show us some samples and give us a quote. However, Aztec Blinds had better sample choices and quality, in our opinion, and their quoted price was way lower than that of the competition. They were clear from the start about the 3-week waiting period. The office staff called me as the 3-week deadline was getting closer to set up the installation schedule. I also got email reminders about the upcoming installation. Their installer was polite and efficient. He was able to install 8 window blinds and the vertical blinds for our sliding door in about an hour. Great experience overall with Aztec Blinds!

I can't recommend Aztec Blinds & Shutters enough. It was easy to set up the initial consultation, everything can be done online. I received a confirmation email and a courtesy call when Leo, the gentleman that gave me the estimate was on his way. Leo is kind, personable, and extremely professional. He went over all the options with me and explained how the entire process would work, answered all my questions, and measured my windows. I got 4 different estimates and Aztec Blinds won out due not only to being reasonably priced, but their professional and amazing team.Fernando came out and did the install and he was also professional, friendly, and quick with the install! My blinds were installed beautifully, he showed me how the remote worked, and cleaned up the entire work area. I love my honeycomb automated blinds and am so glad I used Aztec Blinds & Shutters!

I purchased blinds for 5 windows in kitchen/eating area and 1 blind for piano room. They came to house and brought their samples. Just enough samples to pick what i needed. Fernando came to installhe was quick thorough and cleaned up nicely. They look really nice and price wise didnt break my bank! I recommend them for sure!

We've had great quality products installed at great prices. More importantly, you are not a one and done with this group. Competent, Friendly, Efficient, and Reasonably priced - Aztec Blinds is an excellent company. The initial assessment, making the blinds, and the installation were all completed within a short period of time. They worked with my schedule & answered all my questions. Oscar, the person who did the installation, was careful and clearly an expert. Best of all, the honeycomb blackout blinds are amazing!

Good consultations with Leo, patient with deciding on the blinds details. Removal and installation of all home blinds (9) was phenomenal! They were in and out in 40 min! The sample blinds provided during the consultation are good, but I think the only suggestion I would have is for the reps to have sample pictures showing each color shade of blinds in a window to get a better idea as to how it might look in your home. We found Aztec Blinds & Shutters through a word-of-mouth recommendation from a trusted tradesman. We scheduled an appointment online (easy and convenient) and they promptly responded. It's a family-owned company, which we prefer doing business with. Leo came out, gave us suggestions on what he thought we were looking for, and then was able to adapt easily when learning our preferences. We saw samples and placed the order that day, and less than three weeks later Fernando came to install the shades. We thought it would be an all-day project, but he was done with 11 shades in about an hour. Just a little bit of vacuuming, and no paint touch-ups needed. Great job at a fair price.

Starting with my phone call, Crystal answered my questions and made an appointment for a quote she is very friendly easy to talk to and very professional . Leo was punctual on our appointment he is very professional and personable, I gave him a description of what I wanted on my windows he pulled out this little black suitcase with some samples and knew exactly what I wanted. My order has been placed and can’t wait for step two which is receiving and getting my window shutters installed.

17 years ago I had wood shutters and a patio cellular shade installed by Aztec. Last week the cord on my shade snapped in half as I was pulling it up. I called Aztec to see if by chance that could be repaired or if I had to replace the shade. They ordered me a new cord and came out yesterday to install it. In quick order. Leo the superhero was able to extract the battery pack wand from behind our closed *stuck in place* overhead skylight bedroom motorized shade. It was *really* difficult and he cheerfully stayed with it until we replaced the 8 batteries and were able to open and close the shade with the remote control. What superb customer service. I appreciated that they were easy to reach with questions. Staff are friendly, professional and quick to resolve an issues with roll down blinds. Downside was extensive time from ordering to arrival and install of shutters. They estimated 6 weeks at most and it took 9 weeks, but the wait was worth it.

Loved reading the postive reviews for Aztec on Google and gave Oscar a call. Being a retired Gen Engineering Contractor and use to all kinds of fast talking salesman/subcontractors, I could soon tell Oscar was a straight shooter. Next came Leo, Aztec partner to measure our windows and Leo presented as straight and as truthful as Oscar...my wife and I felt very comfortable giving Leo our order. 2 weeks later our new wood blinds are installed and they are substantially made and beautiful.
