I’ve been taking my dog Rex here for 6 years, and my other two dogs many years before that. I’ve never noticed a nick, the cut is always great, and the staff are easy to work with. Price is reasonable considering the time and care spent. I don’t see going anywhere else as long as they are around.

I would give this place less than zero stars. If I could I took my Burna doodle and told them pacifically to not balled her. She had a couple matted places. I do admit that, but the people that I used to take her to on the other side of town always was able to cut that out with no problem. I got there and they had balded her completely. I am so upset. Please do not take your dog to this place. They’re horrible rude nasty, unprofessional people I have ever dealt with if they couldn’t cut her hair right they should have called me and let me know. I could’ve taken her across town to the people that used to do her and they could’ve done what they always done cut the couple matted places out and gave her a haircut. My poor for baby doesn’t even look like the same baby. I’m even thinking as far as going as suing them I talk to the people that used to do her and they said that they shouldn’t have done that without my permission. But they just took the lazy way out shaved her all off. She didn’t even smell good I called them back to ask if they gave her a bath and they said yes but she smelt bad really if you have a dog that you don’t want shaved don’t take them here.

My dog is Traumatizedshe’s was completely chopped and cut her paws, stomach and arms are full of abrasions. She won’t even eat, now she’s developed a blister only after 2 days i have to take her to the vet and when i spoke with them they were stunned to hear about this poor grooming experience.

I love And Toto Too! Been taking my dog here for 6 years. I actually drive from the opposite side of town just to have him groomed here! They're fabulous and my baby always looks wonderful and he's treated wonderfully!

I just got home with my little Dorkie and she looks great. My wife and I both commented that it was the best cut she’s ever had. The women at the shop were professional and gentle. The cost was on the low/fair end and they had available appts within a day of my first phone call. We will definitely be back.

Patti was so wonderful! She treated my Zhuchon puppy so well. Her calming presence ,attention to detail, and how adorable my pup looked when she was done proves she is a true professional. Her reputation and reviews about her scissor work are true - she is excellent. I had a horrifying experience with another groomer in town and was so nervous handing my pup over. Patti listened, the customer service was great, and she took her time and didn't rush!! Make sure you bring cash for the tip!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I’m SO CONFUSED how this business has gotten such great reviews. The minute we walked in, we were not greeted by anybody. Stacey answered a customers call and was making irritated hand gestures as if the customer on the phone wasn’t talking fast enough. The other lady was looking at the computer while talking to us. Those are just the little things you can notice whether or not you are going to begin a relationship with a business. They took 3.5 hours to wash, nail cut, and teeth brush. My dog was NOT washed. She stunk. They also let her chew her leash apart. (Really upset because I just spent $30 on the leash the same day). Stacey didn’t apologize. She didn’t offer a discount or even offer a dang leash. She offered to rewash our baby girl which wasn’t an option, we already waited 3.5 hours for her and have 4 kids. I will NEVER step foot in this business again. Our dog is also very Winey since we picked her up. I’m scared they were mean or hurt her.

I ended up taking my dog here thinking this was the place my ex had been taking him here. I dealt with Pat. Very nice woman, kind and very pleasant. Needless to say when I got Oliver back she did a better job then Posh Paws and a few others in town. Not only that much more affordable. They definitely won a new customer and will recommend to all my friends and employees

I have been taking our dog here for over 10 years and have always spoke highly of them but unfortunately not anymore. This is the second time they did a bad job grooming my dog. Her fur is all uneven, nails are just chopped off jagged, i asked for teeth to be brushed but i don't think that got done, she has little cuts from the clippers And my dog is usually so happy when we pick her up from the groomer but this time she literally was crying when I got her to the car and is super jumping like someone did something to her. My dog has been so sad since we picked her up. Something happened there.

You can get your dogs nails done for only $5. Quick and easy. They even do difficult dogs and still same price. Fantastic!

They do great work, care and like all the dogs, are caring and careful with all 5 of my dogs. Have gone to others but they are by far the best. I would never go anywhere else. I also take my cat on to have his claws trimmed,😺🐕

We have tried several groomers all over town and me and my wife like this one best! Our schedule is hectic and always changing and they go out of their way to accommodate us... above and beyond! They do it all and for a great price. We have a standing appt every two weeks and our pups couldn't be happier! Other groomers would cut unevenly or too short but these gals know what they're doing. Give them a try and you wont regret it.

I used to highly recommend this business but after 10 years of taking my dog to this groomer, I no longer will recommend. My dog developed a skin issue and because of her long hair I was not aware. The day after she was groomed I noticed her skin issues and called to question why no one had mentioned the condition of her skin to me, skin I didn't see until she was shaved. After 10 yrs they should be familiar with my dog. I spoke with Stacy and after being told that she was sorry that I didn't know my dog had skin issues she hung up on me!!! Because of the groomers response to my concern, I wont be returning!

My vet told me about this groomer. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. They are the best I have found in a lifetime of pet care. They accommodate you and your pet and make you feel very comfortable. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

How in the world are these ladies able to take three very messy dogs, a Schnoodle, a Maltipoo, & a Shipoo who havent had haircuts in months & in 2 1/2 hours later I got a call they’re ready! Not only are they ready they’re happy and they look fantastic, everything exactly like I ask for it to be! I highly highly recommend them I will be taking my standard goldendoodle to the next week!

They did a great job of grooming our dog bruce and the charge was reasonable. You can even stop by no appt needed to have your dogs nails trimmed at your car for only 5$!
