Fast, reliable service. I broke the hinge on my glasses, Mark was able to fix in a day. It was done well, however, there were minor things that could be better: the color of the new hinge is different from the old one, the side protruded out a bit. For the price that was charged, I expect the final product to be better.

Mark at All American Eyeglass Repair was recommended to us by another eyeglass repair shop. My husband broke the arm off of his new glasses. We thought we'd have to get a new pair. I was impressed with AAER's prices and how quickly the repair was completed. Located near Grant and Campbell, convenient with ample parking and a wizard on the workbench, a great conversation and very kind. Great prices, Excellent customer service.Highly recommended

Super friendly, and it was an amazing value. They repaired titanium frames for a fraction of what it would have cost to replace them. The glasses are now like new again, and they even replaced and straightened the nose pieces. AMAZING JOB!!

I popped a lens out of my glasses while visiting family in Tucson. Of course it happened on a Friday evening. We brought them in Saturday morning and they were repaired within an hour.The building might not look like much but obviously the person who works here knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend!

Best place in Tucson for eye glass repair. Frame on my glasses broke. The owner said it would take about an hour to have it done since he had a couple of repairs ahead of mine. 40 minutes later it was done. Only place I will go

Came here on the recommendation of my eyeglass store. The bridge on my glasses has snapped and was barely able to be held together by duct tape. They did an EXCELLENT job in explaining why they couldn't just solder to the two ends back together. Was quoted about three hours to replace the bridge. Was done in about an hour and a half, two hours tops. A little pricey, however, it is still MUCH cheaper than all new glasses. 👍👍

first time visit. came in 30 minutes before close on a friday, right before a heavily active weekend for myself. i was helped and my glasses were fixed in a jiff. the level of customer service cannot be matched. i would send anyone here if they live midtown and need eyeglass repair. 5/5 easily

The frame on my prescription sunglasses broke when I accidentally dropped them yesterday. Today, I took them to JC Penney Optical, where I had purchased them15 months earlier. The woman there could not fix the frame but gave me an All American Eyeglass Repair business card. I immediately drove over there, and my glasses were repaired in under an hour at a very fair price.

I needed a repair done today. Though I did not fully explain my situation, I did express a need for a quick solution, and suggested a poor quality repair. The repairman explained that his reputation was very important to him and that he would not do subpar work. His reputation is extremely well deserved.Excellent work done and efficient as well. I highly recommend this shop if you want top quality repairs. Thank you sir I will rave about you to all who will listen!

One of the lenses came off and I tried to glue it back into the frame. Since my glasses are trim less, I had a hard time. I stopped by at the shop. I was skeptical at the moment but staff was courteous and knowledgeable about what they do, obviously. They told glasses would be ready within an hour an ten minutes. I had made a mess with the glue, sure thing my glasses look better than before. I don't think there's anyone more qualified than the guys at all American eyeglass repair!!!

Although owner is very friendly, found the price excessive. What would have been free at an optometrist to adjust the nose bridge and replace pads was $40.

After trying so many places in tucson, I would say that this is the best in fixing frames. The guy was so informative. He told me everything he is going to before doing it so I know what to expect. Honestly, I was expecting something really ugly. But I was amazed. I am glad that my wife got to fix her eyeglasses after losing hope of fixing them. I gave 4 stars because I found it a bit pricey.

I've been going here for years. The customer service is wonderful. The repairs are well done and hardly, if at all, noticeable. Considering the time and money to replace a broken pair of glasses, the pricing is reasonable.

This is a 5-star repair resource. I was referred to Mark by Costco's optical department when I asked them to adjust an old pair of expensive wrap-around prescription sunglasses. I drove across town from Thornydale to the repair shop. He noted almost immediately that the sunglasses did not sit on my face properly and in less than 10 minutes Mark had devised a solution by adjusting the ear pieces. If I have an eyeglass problem, this is where I am going to go for help!

REFRESHING to encounter a business owner that actually cares about their business and the client. I really liked an old pair of glasses that a side broke on. The repair made was beautifully done. He replaced both sides and selected replacement pieces that were quite pretty. The quality of the repair was great. A bit challenging parking and not the nicest interior. Worth it for sure.
