My favorite store love the employees .The Women managers are amazing and always trying to help customers,the Men managers could use some work ,they act like their customers don't matter or their too busy, especially when you tell them something marked wrong. Would like to see dog products on the rewards ,for us dog owners.

I love this Albertsons! It’s never crowded like other grocery stores so it’s a lot more comfortable to shop around. They have one of the best produce sections I’ve seen in Tucson.. I did want to let the owner know that I buy organic produce but the cashier never charges me for organic. I’m always charged for non-organic. I purchased organic cilantro yesterday but noticed on my receipt that I was charged for non-organic cilantro. Even though I’m being charged less - I still want to be charged for the organic I’m buying so those credits go back to organic farmers who deserve it!!!

This store is great. Always clean. The employees are friendly and helpful. Today, Dec 24rd, the store was super busy. But Albertsons stepped up with several cashiers, plus 3 self serve aisles with an employee to assist if needed. As always, excellent customer service. Well done Albertsons team. Thank you.

I just had to make note of the cashier I had today at the store. His name was Tomas and he made made my day. This was the first time in a very long time that I've had a cashier actually make conversation, be super friendly and helpful. What a refreshing experience. Good on you!

Astronomically high prices for goods which are the same quality or much better at Frys and for much less price at Frys. The only reason to shop at Albertsons over Frys or Costco is because you are too lazy to drive to either.

DO NOT go to this location #1 it is so dirty and stinks #2 the employees are extremely rude I went into the store to pick up a couple of things that you needed a digital coupon for and I didn’t have it installed on my phone so they would not work with me and try and Help instead they told me that I could not get the discounted price So I left all my stuff at the cashier and walked out Once again DO NOT GO THERE

There's a produce associate there that yells at the baristas. Management doesn't seem to care at all about this issue. Pricing not competitive at all and the store always seems dirty.

I love going to this store, and have been doing so since 2003. In fact, I drive out of my way to go here. It's typically very clean and well-stocked. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

Worst bakery ever. I will never go back here again. I orderd a birthday cake for my husband 42nd on Aug 20 around 340pm, for the following day pickup at 12pm. When I got to the bakery the lady told me she had no clue what I was talking about. But could make one in the colors I wanted. I said ok, but when she wrote my husband name it looked like a 5yr old wrote it. I asked her to rewrite it please and she told me she couldn't. I did take the cake but never again. Beware if you order a cake 🎂 Added pic of the cake you tell me if that looks professional? 🤔

New to the area and have been to several different grocery stores trying to find the one. I was greeted when I entered by a gentleman that offered to disinfect my cart for me.The fresh food section was great and had a wide selection. The cheese section was one of the best I've seen in the local area. Produce looked good , I just walked through. This store had lots of the items that I am familiar with from my home state of Texas that others do not carry. The liquor store also had a nice variety of items, it's not a huge liquor store but it was the basics.The self checkout clerk was friendly and very helpful to keep the lines moving. Overall, I will most definitely be back!!

I placed an online order yesterday and several items were missing. I called customer service who told me I could get the missing items delivered the next day. I did not hear from them all day so I called customer service. They called the store and said the manager there wasn't very helpful and more or less told her I WAS LYING ABOUT THE MISSING ITEMS! I am getting a refund now but how dare that incompetent manager try to cover her lack of management skills and ineptness by saying I was lying. That "Bunny In The Carrot House" needs to be replaced. I will NEVER order delivery from this or any Albertsons or shop them again.

I recommend this store if you want a well stocked store and friendly environment. My favorite employees here are Donna, Vidal Jasmine, Melissa and many others. Donna treats my four year old so well. My daughter usually just wants to go get spoiled by Donna. All of the employees are very sweet and always helpful.

This store has changed managers several times, but it has never sacrificed quality and cleanliness. Their associates are friendly and helpful. Produce is fresh. Deli is awesome and bakery, well, above and beyond in delicious calories. One of their best cashiers speaks ASL, and I appreciate how she makes me and other customers feel valued every time we go through her register line. Caring and quality service sometimes is a nonverbal thing. I'm glad this Albertson's is aware of that.

Went to this Albertsons three times in a week, each visit was at different times. At every visit, the store was fully stocked and clean, and the checkout lines (staffed and self-service) were all moving smoothly. There didn't seem to be a lot of staff working the floor at the times I went, but it seems they're efficient enough to not be needed!

I will not be shopping at this ablertsons or any other albertsons until they treat their employees better. The bakery manager is the rudest most gossipy lady I have ever met in my many years of dealing with customer service. I expect a manager to have a better attitude and not power trip on her employees over scheduling or work hours. The gossiping I heard about another employee while the manager was on the clock is VERY unprofessional.

I use Albertsons delivery from this location. I order all my produce here because you would expect higher quality from Albertsons, and this was true for several years until recently. The produce delivered was either spoiled or on the verge of being spoiled. This last delivery was disappointing. All of the produce that was delivered wasn't even bagged in produce bags, it was all tossed in grocery bags together and delivered this way. Bananas were brown, tomatoes mushy and avocado rotten.With the price of food these days, that is completely un acceptable. I have to note I did contact Albertsons and I was refunded on those items with no problems but how disappointing to receive your order and have this problem..I will of course give Albertsons another shot because they have been stellar for years but honestly, one more incident like these last few and I'll take my dollar somewhere else.

Good store overall. Missing some items, probably supply delays, but still out. Prices are high like everywhere else. The addition of the doors at all refrigerated areas was smart and it looks nice.

I hunted around for a bakery that had confetti cake. I was pleased that the person behind the bakery counter pointed one out and told me it was. I ordered one for a birthday and changed the frosting on the outside. When we served the cake we were surprised to find out it was a rainbow swirl cake not at all what we asked for. Besides for that the cake was very dry. The filling was good and the whipped cream frosting was as well. Still disappointed because we were excited that we had found what we were looking for only to discover our using the words confetti and funfetti somehow translated to rainbow cake in the bakery girls mind. I was very clear about the sprinkles being in the cake batter not just the exterior. It wasn't expensive so I'm throwing a fit or demanding a refund but that's not a great experience.

Great customer service, cashiers are always friendly and it's not always packed with people. Vegetables and fruits are fresh. If we are lucky we get to buy thier devious homesite meatloaf- it's always a gamble. Like going here instead of Safeway by St. Mary's hospital.
