I have been in a lot of Ace Hardware stores, and this is the best. Always enough people working to help you and they all know the store very well and are knowledgeable. Not the biggest Ace store but has most everything you need for small projects.

Simple fact that they always have people ready to help and are very knowledgeable makes coming here fast and efficient when working on a project. Pricing can be a little higher for some items but the experience outweighs it!

Check your receipts! Young gal working register with lots of makeup overcharges customer's. She laughs at you with a smirk in guilt when confronted and doesn't deny it- knowingly we won't get our monies back regardless because its her word against ours. It's deceptive, evil, and guaranteed to come back at you 10 folds, mark my words! We wouldn't doubt she makes returns regularly or at end of each day or week just to pocket the monies from all those victims she falsely and/or intentionally overcharged.I researched online and learned Ace Hardware had the exact sander we were looking for. I was directed by same older guy whom got craftsman sander from locked cabinet. He insisted that the sander only uses 'stick on' pads and led me to isle they were at. I was a bit surprised and doubtful, although I bought 5 'stick on' packs anyways- trusting this employee of Ace whom insisted, and I wanted to believe he was highly educated when it came to their own line of craftsman tools.Well .. my insincts were right- It turned out after getting them home and taking one pack out of bag and opening it that they weren't the right sanding pads for craftsman sander I just purchased. My husband just returned from his day. He wasn't happy to learn that whomever assisted me was either a nincompoop, or had a seriousness lack of care, concern, respect and skills when assisting their elderly, vulnerable, or disabled customers, causing them unnecessary inconveniences. Not to mention- the fact we were treated like we were the thieves when Management refused to refund us for what this gal clearly overcharged us for. And .. we also lost our loyal customers earned money of $15 off during partial refund.We are NOT ONLY hard workers and honest folks whom fear the Lord, but also loyal customers of Ace Hardware for over 40 years (Ace Hardware club members)! We'll NEVER GO BACK Nor RETURN TO THIS LOCATION OR STORE AGAIN!! We are sharing our experience to help spare those whom are elderly, vulnerable, or disabled from intentional deceptive and fraudulent acts that bring you grief-stricken unnecessary stress and anxieties. "It just isn't worth it!!"Rest assured- there are ample ACE HARDWARE within vicinity that are honest, respectful, and reliable for your business. We are happy to say we've already experienced a couple.

The staff will walk you to the exact items you are looking for and give you professional options, which saves time and mo ey. So I went to my neighborhood Ace hardware last Tuesday dropped off measurements for a new window screen the clerk in the back told me it would be a few days to put the screen together, I said cool. Wednesday Thursday Friday no screen went in there Saturday they had no record of me dropping off the measurements. I had my receipt that was purchased on Tuesday, screen was never even made. In short this was not the helpful place.

The store greeter is so helpful. How do they know the location of all the stuff? I expected to find a helpful employee in the hardware section. He was not only helpful but cheerful too. I will gladly pay a little more to get the valuable advice from these knowledgeable people.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS ACE. THEY DON’T HONOR THE RETURN POLICY OR STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. Bought a pool brush. After 2 months the bristles are coming out of it. Manager Christine doesn’t want to spend the time to look in the system and do an exchange. Poor customer service from this Ace.If you look at response from owner, they flat lie. Yes no receipt because it was over a month ago. They wouldn’t spend the time to look it up in the system. I went to another Ace and they looked it up and did the exchange. I uploaded the picture. This Ace and the manager/owner are cheats. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. GO ELSEWHERE.

Too bad the lady at the register was super unhelpful. She was irritated when I asked her to input my ProCard. She "ran" 3 times supposedly. The young girl at the paint department and the key department were super nice.

Don't really come to this hardware store much even though it's much closer to me. It is super small everything seems jammed packed making it difficult to maneuver and find what your looking for. Employees here are okay. What this store needs is either downsize on what their selling and making it more appealing and more organized then what they got now or move to a much larger space where their able to organize by far better than what their currently doing.
