This place has no good customer service and the manager there is a not a good person in other words…. The woman there confirmed a price on a tool I was need after I asked if it was the price… we went to the counter and came out to be double the price. The store managwr was a prick and didn’t seem in wanting to help the situation and didn’t come up with nothing else but just sayingI can’t !!!

I love this place. This is my first choice when I go to an Ace! The people are great. Two suggestions; first, restock please; second, get some electrical wall covers that are rubberized plastic or indestructible the standard hard plastic you stock are junk. They shatter with the slightest bump. Missy is the best.

Went there on Christmas Eve. The guy that looks like Santa Claus helped me with what I needed, how to use and also recommend this one product. What a gamechanger. Yes.. neighborhood ACE are the best.

Associates are truly knowledgeable and helpful with do it yourself projects. It's amazing how such limited square footage can hold such a variety of items. In fact, I've never left without what I needed and advice or education about how to correctly use it. Returns are easy as well. Customers are valued here!

The staff is incredibly misogynistic. When we walked in to grab our supplies, the staff asked if we had questions and when we said no, a female staff member stated that she was surprised women didn’t have questions and her male coworkers laughed. Will not be giving you my business again.

Great service with lots of knowledge for any project. Bait for fishing/ hunting/ love stock feed/ chicks for sale too. Paint section has Amy items needing for home repair / car touch/ diy projects for stains as well.

This is the BEST ACE HARDWARE in Tucson! John Luke helped me this evening, just 10 minutes before closing he looked at my car and selected the correct size bolt, nut and washer I needed replaced for my car. Not only did he assist me finding the correct parts BUT he took the time to install it right then and there! You can everything you need in a hardware store. Staff know right where the products are located. In and out in 5 minutes, unless you are like me and enjoy browsing gadgets.

not like they need another five star review but they deserve it 100%. like any ace store there are always employees ready and jumping to help you. I dont think I've ever walked in this store and not had an employee ask me "can I help you find anything, sir?" right away, and even though its a smaller ace (maybe 1400sqft), it usually has what I need. they also have a key cutting place in the back, and do sell ammo when its available without any insane markup. they also have a live chick coup where you can buy chicks and ducklings, but its not full all the time.

I am a true fan of the mom & pop feel smaller hardware stores like this one. Greeted immediately upon entering the store & was offered help as soon as I got to the department I was looking for. Above & beyond is the level of customer service I received. Thanks for everything & the spray paint I got 1/2 off worked out perfectly!

First experience at this location. Was greeted immediately upon entering. I could hear the banter between clerks and patrons echoing through the aisles as I made my way to the plumbing display. I was maybe standing there two minutes when I was approached by a friendly Ace Associate asking if I needed help. A quick exchange and I had my part in hand and was headed towards the front. The cashier was attentive and professional. On the way out, I walked past the loading area out back and was greeted by a staff employee who was just being cordial and managed to brighten my day a little more. I don't know what they're feeding these employees but I need some of it. I was aghast at the level of polite and succinct service I received. It was refreshing. FWIW, all of the employees encountered were females. Refreshing!

Sure they watch you like a hawk but I get it, a lot of theft in this area. But telling a customer they need to hurry up while the customer is waiting on an employee to complete the order, inexcusable. In the future, if you want the customers to know you're closing in 15 minutes, you make a general announcement.

This place has everything. It's a bit cluttered but you only need to ask one of the employees to help you find what you're looking for and they can usually find it for you. The lady at the front counter is super nice and really knowledgeable. I'll be back to shop here for sure.

Another nice little ace, as a handyman I love that there is almost always an ace near by and they have most of the basics and then some that are needed, PS if you didn't know, they fix windows and screens at most aces as well!

Super convenient, and always seems to have just what I need. The commercials don't lie either! Everyone here is usually very friendly and willing to help you with whatever you need. Prices are comparable to the bigger box stores like Lowe's or Home Depot, sometimes only slightly higher. Again though, for the convenience factor and how easy it is to get in and out, it's worth the extra couple dollars.

Not a big Ace, but they are fairly well stocked. I've gone there probably at least once a month for years, and by far most of the time the staff are quite helpful and I find what I need. A few of the employees aren't as knowledgeable as I'd like, but, usually, at least they try. Overall, a 4-star experience.

Needed an Arduino modification that I had envisioned in my head. The associate was so patient while I scrambled to put this idea into something he could work with. He was awesome! I found some tiny copper tubing in the hobby section and it is exactly what I needed and the idea is now making our digital hobby so much nicer. He knows who he is...and I am thankful.

This store must have a lot of problems with shoplifters because they watch me like a hawk from the moment I stepped in that store to the moment I walked out of the door. I'm not saying that's a bad thing at all because you have to protect yourself I get that but I still think it's kind of rude. Other thmmm⁹3

Terrible customer service. I recently went here for a simple roof patch. One of the employees directed me to the roof materials section and proceeded to stand idly by while I tried to figure out what each material was used for. Since I don't know anything about roofing, I thought he might at least offer some suggestions. Instead he just grunted ya when I tried to explain what I needed and how I would accomplish it. He then walked away in the middle of me getting my materials.I usually go to ace hardware for the custom service. This location isn't just the worst Ace I've been to, it's worse than a big box store for customer service. I was so frustrated I was tempted to return all my items and buy them from the Ace a mile away, which has much better service.

I went in to get a key made and was helped quickly. I got home to try the newly made key and it didn't work. I went back to the store and they remade the key. The second key didn't work either. I returned the newly made keys and the employee helping me said that they are getting the machine fixed soon. I went back to Ace a couple months later thinking the issue was fixed so I had another key made. It was a mistake and a waste of time, the new key didn't work. I recommend never going here if you want a key made.

I love the staff here. Everyone is friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes they are out of stock on items but they gladly will order them for you. I shop here to support locally owned business's, but mostly because I love the people here!

This Ace is friendly, with experienced employees and they always seem to have what I need.. don't have to hunt somebody down to find something like you do at the big box stores.. Someone always available to help you
