Very large selection. They have added other items that are priced higher than the 99 cents I was always used to paying here. The cauliflower was $1.99, which I thought was great, especially since they also had purple and orange cauliflower. They also had fresh berries at a good price. They even carried Kent mangoes, which my husband swears are the best mangoes there are!

Everything is way over priced to be a 99cent store. And I understand completely the neighborhood and everything but some cashier's are just rude they don't even look at u , say hi , or have a nice night any of that. NOT ALL OF THEM THERE ARE SOME REALLY NICE CASHIER'S.

I walk inas soon as I do the last runs up behind me screaming leave that in the front I'm like why is she so mad. Because I had my cart with reusable bags?? Are you serious I went on the bus and was prepared. She was having a bad day and try to take it out on me. She at that was the store manager what a embarrassment. She got more sad when she finally got a look at me I look presentable but by then she had already embarrassed herself and called the cops so I left. Never again goin there.

This by far has to be one of the worst visits ever. I was waiting in line to be rang up, another customer shouts are you going to open another line. The line we were in had two people running the register a male and a female who had a wrap around her finger. Who she later identify herself as the Manager of the Store. She unprofessionally was engaging in conversation with male at her register, about how us customers shouldn't come into the store if they didn't want to wait and other rude comments as they proceeded to look at me, as if I was the one who shouted to open another lane. If she was the manager she should have taken appropriate action and open another lane not her mouth as she was talking as if you literally came into her personal store. She an her employee continued to talk and look at me. I then made the comment that if it wasn't for us customers coming into the store she wouldn't have a pay check and she continued to run her mouth even refusing to wait on myself and friend who came into the store. She stated she was the manager and it was her store for me to leave she wasn't going to wait on me. Also saying she got off soon and she could meet me outside and ok there was no threat because, this women was a joke and looked nothing like a manager. She looked as if she just rolled out of bed no shower and had on very dirty inappropriate tan tight pants super disgusting representing a Store she doesn't own speaking to customers like she was. Yet threw two paying customers out yet didn't throw the ones who where stealing??!!!! There where other customers walking out saying the same thing the attitude of these workers is insane... You don't like your job find a new one.. But, don't make threats to customers and place the entire store in danger not knowing what the outcome could possibly bring what kind of Management is that. How many paying customers has she done this to???? Very big inconvenient to have to drive to another Store over a so called manager who couldn't even manage herself control in this type of situation. I'm sure this isn't the first time and she has no business working this type of field she has absolutely no customer service skills...

It was a decent selection of produce, not too much deli to choose from though. However, the garlic I got were sprouting when I got home and my bag of brown rice tastes like cardboard. I got what I paid for. This place is good for budget meals since I spend $9 for produce that will hopefully last me a week, but it's not really the best tasting meal you'll get for the price. I couldn't find extra virgin olive oil but there are alternative oils like grapeseed and mixed oils.It was a bit busy when I came in so my first impression was how dirty it was. There was a kid that kept punching the chip bags, too. The staff was friendly but there were only two registers available.

the store is good. I only have a complaint about the cash register, those people who work do not behave well and are not pleasant. I hope that it will eventually change for the better in the future.I was there again and the person working at the cash register is behaving even worse. she is not pleasant nor does she ask how you are or have you found everything you need, I will say one thing and that is this. that's all permission from the manager of that shop's flair. and that person is upset and angry because he behaves disgustingly.

Probably my favorite 99 Cents stores in town but it shouldn't be called that anymore because about 50% of the merchandise is more than a dollar. I know things are rough but the prices are ridiculously expensive for the quality. Super disappointed.

I love the variety of their inventory and how beautiful their decorations are! This place is truly a hidden gem and there are so many great bargains here that I could literally spend forever browsing the aisles.

Eh, it's an ok store. Too many people thou. My only complaint is all the people in the store. Makes it hard to shop. I was buying produce like peaches and asparagus and different things like that and they were so hard and not ready to be eaten. I had to throw them out they were just it was very wasteful. Word to the wise do not buy produce or anything from them.

Produce section needs more attention. Rotten smells. Took a swig of a 1.49 bottle of orange juice from the refrigerator bottom rack that tasted like metal and very sour. The bathrooms are locked 🔒 so I had to leave very quickly and vomit. I was very sick all day and that night. Looks like you can get salmonella poisoning from inproperly refrigerated Orange juice. refrigerator was never cold last summer either. This product needs removed and trashed.

Missing products from packaging but cheap prices for some items. Others are a fair value, and others are marked like convenience store pricing. Do your due diligence and price check before you buy. Other than that the staff seemed nice enough and the store was clean on my trip.

If I was a corporate secret shopper, this location would get a fail upon my entry to the store. This is the second time I walked out without buying anything. When I came in tonight I was greeted with "you need to leave your bag at the front sir." NO "welcome", no "hello", just an order barked at me. I was going to comply until I saw women carrying open purses and shopping bags. She was indicating the place to put my bag. It was behind her in a place where someone could just grab it and walk out while her back was turned to it. No security anywhere (he was outside leaning against a wall talking on his phone). No eyes on the area where they want bags kept.This is the second time I have been asked to leave an item of value in an unsecured area with no eyes on it. The first was an expense electric scooter. This strike two, there is no strike three; this ain't baseball, it's business.I understand them wanting to reduce their shrink, but this only reduced their customers. I wonder how many they can afford to loose.

I am one of those loyal customers having a very hard time with the changes. They're calling it The 99 now because nothing is 99 cents only. They have a problem with shelved items matching the posted price. At least we don't have to put a quarter down on a grocery cart anymore; that was annoying.
