I was on my way to California from Colorado when I started noticing I was having Tire issues. So I looked up a spot and found this one in Tuba Arizona. It was a Sunday so I had to camp out overnight and get service Monday morning. I'm not sure if the guy was having a bad morning or what was going on but he was super rude. He just kept telling me to move my car and I told him I had a flat and then he told me to move my car again and I asked him is it okay to drive it on the rim like that. Then he finally figure it out I wasn't joking and I was a customer but after that he was still in a mood but trying to be professional. Overall I got my tire fixed and I enjoyed the rest of my trip back to California. The shop was clean and I had no issues with my tire ever since. I just didn't like the fact that he was rude but I wasn't going to argue with him cuz I needed my tire fixed. Just know that when you're in a jam this place is the only place on Highway 160 for quite a while. Needless to say if I have to go back I will

In and out less than 15 mins. Professional. They took a nail out of my tire. Fast. These tires weren't jus ordinary tires. They were 33x12.5 R20s. On custom rims. Thanks guys. 👍🏼 will share yall on the social media.

Ended up with a bulged tire about an hour out and and an hour before they closed for the day. Gave them a call and they took us in and worked extra quick after hours to get us back on the road! They even went above and beyond to check the pressures and made sure we were safe for the remainder of the trip. They saved our butts and we are grateful for them.Thanks

We blew a tire about 60 miles north of tuba city, and in a moment of panic, left the rim behind. El Gran didn't have a rim that would fit, but they filled up the tires and fixed the lug nuts we'd put on the donut (because we'd put them on backwards 🤦) for basically nothing. The service was so kind when they honestly didn't need to be. And for me, who had been staving off a panic attack, that truly meant so much. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Had to get air in low tires on RV .Great service. They checked all the tires and fixed them all to the right psi. We took off and went about 50 miles and discovered our tow vehicle had a nail in the tire. Went back and they fixed the tire and put it on the car. The price both times was very reasonable. They were friendly and very helpful. Thank you.

Had a great experience here. We broke down directly in front of the shop due to some errors from a previous mechanic. They were pretty busy this day but they squeezed us in since we were traveling and living out of our van and staying the night would have meant getting a hotel. The shop owner seemed a bit stressed and had a very abrasive personality type but he was genuinely very kind and helpful. He let us sit in the shop with our dog for hours while we tried to track down the parts that we needed. Everyone in the shop seemed to know their stuff and helped customers as best they could. Overall really thankful for this shop and for all their help!

We were on a family road trip and got TWO blown tires! We called ahead to make sure things were cool. These guys outfitted my rig with 4 new tires and it was a very competitive price. They didn't even make me detach my travel trailer. We were in and out in less than an hour. I have never left a review anywhere, good or bad. Thank you guys!

Well, if I could put no stars instead of 1, well that would be it. Very very rude employees at this garage. What happened was I had lost my coins to the air compressor to fill up my tire. My younger brother went in to ask about a small refund, even if it was just a dollar. Well i have lost quarters to air compressors at that place or even surrounding gas stations. However cashiers were always kind enough to give me my quarters back, but my goodness, I have never been or seen one of my family members treated so horrible by customer service in my life. Me and my brother were nice and polite and was just innocent motorists wanting air for my tires, i lost my coins, and asked for a small refund, use the remaining coins on another working compressor. A girl wearing glasses who I'm assuming works there came and asked which one, he told them and I could tell they were not being polite not being patient. My little brother told the girl I used the other compressor and if a small refund was possible. She didn't listen at all, and got the compressor working and with a mean glare and angry toned voice, told my brother "There! It's working now! Use it!" I was in shock and basically, upset. What did my brother do? And i told her I already used the other air compressor and I've filled the tire. I wouldn't have mind if she told me or my brother "I'm sorry sir, I can't" or anything politely, then I wouldn't have had a problem. But she just scoffed at us, and shook her head as she walked off with a muffled "whatever". It was just a bad bad experience overall. I'm sorry, but that was....just horrid and unprofessional and extremely rude. Never getting my business here ever again.

These guys were great. I got a flat on my way to Kingman AZ. Although they didn't have my exact tire in stock, they found a used one to hold me over until I was able to find the correct make and model. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

About 2 weeks ago, on our family vacation we had 3 tire blow-outs on our 5th wheel. We were over 20 miles from Tuba City and unable to unhook due to the soft shoulder. We were completely stuck and unsure what to do. However, Mike, the owner of El Gran was amazing! He knew exactly where we stranded by our description and came to the rescue. Him and his crew drove to us, removed our tires, drove back into town to replace them and then drove back out to us to install them. You would think that this kind of amazing road-side service would cost a fortune, but Mike's prices were not inflated or over-priced. Also, Mike and his family are incredibly nice people, that enjoy meeting new people. His customer service is top-of-the-line! I highly recommend El Gran for Tires and Service!

Came by yesterday for a leak in tire. Stood out there like a dum dum while the tech didn’t acknowledge me. Then he asked if I could move my truck out of the way. I asked if he could take a look at my truck for a leak. He said he was too busy. There were two cars there.I went somewhere else and ended up having sidewalk damage so it would have been good business. Thought y’all should know how I was treated there.

Not good service quotes one price acts brand new and tells me another when I arrive. Put a hole in my new tire. Just horrid service.
