Great stop pretty far from the city for snacks, drinks and gas. We spent the day out in Tonopah riding our razor and exploring the desert. This was a convenient stop to fill up on all we needed. The store was clean, organized and service was great.

Don't let the rough appearance fool you. Friendly staff. Huge variety of items to fill any need you may have (Walmart-lite). Good selection of fresh produce. Just about any snacks you might crave. Large selection of tobacco products, alcohol and other beverages. Propane and drinking water are also available. Prices are a little high but worth the convenience.

EXTREMELY OVERPRICED! Price signs are so faded and worn out or missing that i ended up paying close to $9 for 1 gallon of milk and 1 gallon of water. Plus they support and sell HICKMANS eggs. YUCK! I will only shop at dollar general from here on out. Wasted time and money here.

Always busy, always well stocked. They have a variety of items for eating, drinking, automotive, and RV. They used to have feed for livestock but stopped that a few years back. There's a board for posting personal notices in the back right corner of the store. Clint and Ronnie are my go-to guys, but all of the employees are great people. Haven't had a bad experience in the 11 years I've been frequenting this store.

They pack an amazing variety of goods in such a small space. Yes, they are more expensive than Walmart. They don't buy Walmart volume. They are also 25 miles closer. Driving 50 miles to save a buck on a gallon of milk makes no sense. I love our little store.

We have two stores in Tonopah. For whatever reason, when I don't feel like going all the way to town, I go in to the Dollar General, where I am greeted by unstocked shelves, carts full of merchandise waiting to be placed on the shelf, blocking the aisles, a long, long line at the register and employees chatting instead of helping costumers, so I head on over to Wintersburg General Store, which we all can the Red Quail, and get the items i need at a fair enough price in a clean store. I'm grateful it's there, it's a nice, little store.

it may not be a QT, but the amount of stuff they've got packed into this place would make any store manager proud. and it's the only show in town so you can't really complain about it. The one negative I could point out is that the gas pump I used was incredibly slow and would have taken half an hour to fill my tank. I don't know if all the pumps are slow like this, but if you get a slow one, definitely try another. nuclear plant dead ahead!

Location is good; staff is pleasant; there are a fair amount of fresh vegetables and fruits given the small size of the store (compared to a supermarket, for example). Prices are higher than supermarkets but they are a good 15 miles away. It's worth it for interim fresh produce runs.The air pump works well. It's $2 in quarters. I got change from the cashier.

This small little store, out here in the desert of Tonopah Az is clean, well supplied and has the kindest employees, our family shoppers there alot, almost Every day.

It's out here but it's what we have and they always seem to have what we need. The staff is always nice and will always go out of their way to help my mom and that's what is important. Thank you guys for helping her when she needs it :)

Quaint little convenience store, but really can't compete with Dollar General across the street. Rude manager lady is costing them business too, refusing to serve customers who are not dressed to her standards.

Cute little store. We don't have many options out here in Tonopah. But they have a generous assortment of groceries and paper products that help you avoid the trip into town.

Wintersburg General Store is a community staple... thank you WGS for always having what I need just when I need it. Also... huge thank you for finally carrying my favorite wine - Stella Rosa. I couldn't be happier with this merchandise addition. You seriously have the best selection of flavors. Even better than larger stores in Buckeye!

Love this place, they have things here you wouldn't think a small out of the store would... I go here often and will continue to do so, Gary and the others are all super sweet and genuinely nice people. I recommend to everyone in the area!

I initially drove towards the generating station in town, the great white plumes peeked my curiousity, I wanted to see this "forever cloud" up close and what caused it. As I approached the station, I came to a stop at the general store and gas station to take my photo shot. Is also intended to gas up but found the price of gas higher then I'd like to pay. I did purchase snacks though, and store attendant from friendly enough. I did enjoy my little side trip, I saw what I'd driven out to see and was satisfied enough.
