My brother especially loved the old 1800's house. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom clean and well stocked. The owner also has the hotel itself and the mercantile store. Kim was easy to talk with and invited us up to the hotel for pizza and pie homemade both. Loved the town of Tombstone and if you want to have pizza in the town go to the the saloon on the corner of 6th street. The best place to visit and immerse yourself and the kiddos is Tombstone. The house has a double bed, a single bed and a double fold out. It is a "shotgun" in the style of the era.

There is one thermostat for all of the rooms, so it was too warm the first night until we were able to get it turned down. The beds in the madam are crazy loud at the slightest movement. It woke me if i or my wife moved at all. Just don't book that room for your honeymoon unless you're showing off. The rooms are over the arcade, and they stay open late, so bring ear plugs or those sleeping headphones. Otherwise, it is nice with the private balcony overlooking Allen Street. The room is spacious and it has a nice common room with a full kitchen. (There are no fridges in the rooms, and someone ate my wife's cheese) so don't put any high dollar items in there. It has private parking as well, which is awesome, and the proprietor is great. Maybe she'll read this and update the mattresses. 🤞

The room could definitely use some updating.Better mattress and blankets, pillows.I will say the owner was really sweet and easy to talk with.I definitely experienced spirits, they did not harm me.But scared the daylight out of me.When I was talking to my sister on my phone. She heard whispering next to me while I had her on the phone.I was the only one in the room, I did not have the TV on either. The spirits aren't a fan of water bottles or chain locked doors. They'll let you know, real quick. If you like ghosts, spirits definitely book a night or two in this Hotel. You will get your fill.Definitely a great place to book a room, especially in number 4.Happy haunting

I had a reservation here and someone in my party got sick, even though I was past the cancellation date I called and let them know the situation and that I still was interested in staying but just wanted postpone my reservation. They ended up changing my reservation to the next day since it was still available, you cant beat great customer service and that is exactly what you get at Hotel Tombstone. When we finally arrived the Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Awesome location on Allen Street and the balcony was a great space to relax and enjoy the town while doing some people watching. Would stay again and highly recommend!

Awesome location right across from the Bird Cage! Private rooms with a large common area, tv, great balcony, awesome kitchen. It’s a must! Needs mattress it was super loud any time we moved and better drapes in room’s would be great just in case there are peeps on the balcony. Any great thing would be a little welcome note to know if there others staying there too. That way if you hear something it can be expected and you can respect others.

MICE!! We stayed in the “Little House” which is across the street from the hotel. We called the front desk to report the presence of mouse droppings. We never did hear back from anyone. We did report the mouse infestation to the local health officials. The bed was smaller than our queen size at home and the mattress sagged in the middle. The sheets looked like they had been slept in.The shower stall was so small there was no room to even bend over to shave my legs. The whole place felt dirty.

The location is great, everything is clean, but the rooms are very uncomfortable. I'm not sure about the other rooms, but we stayed in the Oriental, and the beds and pillows feel like they're straight out of a Motel 6, sitting on metal frames rolled up against the wall. We have no window, and the sheets smell so over fragranced that my eyes are itching as I lay awake here at 3am with my back and neck aching from the terrible mattress. Also, the walls are quite thin, so we clearly hear the other guests come and go.Very convenient spot, but some upgrades would go a long way towards making it comfortable.

I am sad to say I was disappointed with the hotel. On your website is says that there is coffee and tea in each room. There was an old dirty coffee maker in the room with no coffee pot and ,NO coffee no tea. It was quite cold in Tombstone during our stay and there was no heat on. Trying to watch T V. was a great challenge ad it just kept going out. My husband and I love Tombstone and are there often. We certainly didn't expect a modern room, and didn't want that as that would ruin the experience of the old west feeling that we love. Oh, and the floors inthe room were filthy as well. I am sorry that I couldn't give you a better review.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The care taker was sweet and very helpful. We stayed in the Oriental Room. It was charmingly decorated. Very clean. I can understand how some people wrote reviews that the room/hotel was dated but keep in mind…. this is the old west. Lol If you want modern amenities and shower fixtures then stay at a Hilton or something. This hotel is right across from the famous Birdcage Theater! It was cool to stay in a hotel with a common area for all the guest just like an old time guest house. The balcony gave awesome views of the street with all the action. We were worried about how thin the walls were, you could hear every step, but the guest were respectful/quiet so we had a restful night. Will be returning for sure!Nearby activities: Across from famous theater.Safety: Felt very safe! We pulled in later in the evening to park and the manager was quick to pop out to make sure we belonged there.Walkability: Perfect location to start you Tombstone vacation.

This is our 2nd time staying here. The rooms are clean and neat but are in desperate need of new/better mattresses. Because the rooms have windows and are facing the street there is a bit of noise. I would love to recommend this vintage hotel, but be sure to ask about the mattress. Also, might want to bring your own pillows. Bathroom is communal and very clean.Rooms: Desperately needs better mattresses. Ours was a double which sank in the middle. :( and seemed over worn. the room was clean. TV was Hulu and buffered.Safety: Felt safeWalkability: Close to everything.Noteworthy details: Parking in the back can be tight but is off the street and free. The host gave us a door code to get in the place. It is not handicapped accessible as there are stairs to get to the front door. Full kitchen with a living room and porch that overlooks main st.

Overall it's a nice hotel, it's charming and clean. A little too communal for my taste, but that's just me. The heating ducts connect all the rooms so you have to listen to the neighbors "extracurricular activity" all night (not the owners fault). A mini-split hvac unit so you could control the room temp individually would be a great addition. Control temp and not have to hear the others thru the vents would be a win/win. Great view of Allen St, and, again, charmingly decorated.

While the location was great, the room was very expensive and not very clean. The floors in the room were filthy. One of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had. We would not stay in this hotel again. The check in staff were friendly but they clearly had not checked anyone in before. Did not really know what they were doing but not their fault because they were not given training. They worked at the attached restaurant. Overall a bad experience.

Rooms are very clean. The hotel has 4 rooms with a shared living space and front porch that overlooks the Main Street in Tombstone. This porch is great for people watching and viewing the “going ons”of the town. There is a separate Little House within a minute walk from the hotel that is super cute and clean. Owner of the hotel makes fabulous pizzas as well as being accommodating and so friendly. The downstairs area has an arcade and several snacks available for purchase. Do yourself a favor and stay there if going to Tombstone. Best location in the area.

A great hotel right on historic Allen Street! The hotel is essentially a 4 bedroom house, with living room and full kitchen. Rooms 1 and 4 have private baths, while rooms 2 and 3 have private vanities and showers, but share a toilet. Very clean. The patio allows you to look down on the dirt street and wooden boardwalks, and look directly across at the historic Bird Cage Theater. The 1st floor has pool tables, an arcade, pies, pizza, and ice cream! They really take care of you!!Nearby activities: The only hotel on Historic Allen St., with s balcony view of the street and Bird Cage Theater directly across the street.

This is a fun and comfortable place to stay in Tombstone and the only place with a balcony to watch people and events happening below. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to cook your own meals. We love this place!Rooms: The rooms vary in size, good selection for what you want or need. Everything is clean and comfortable!Nearby activities: Many things to do and see in Tombstone. Always a good time!Walkability: You will park and not need a car for the entire stay. It's all walkable.Food & drinks: They sell pizza and pies on the bottom floor and deliver to your room if you want, too!

Beds had the cheapest frames possible. They rolled around whenever you got in or out of bed. The bed or frame was extremely noisy when moving in bed. The shower had a used bar of soap and hair in it. The floors looked like they had never seen a mop.Rooms: The beds definitely need a frame upgrade and the rooms need cleaning.

Popped in and ordered a Supreme pizza. It was fabulous. Small old world pepperoni, mild Italian sausage, black olives, mushrooms, diced ham...Large was enough to fed 3 big guys. Followed it up with ice cream cones for two of us, apple pie ala mode for another. Complete silence at the table except for 'Mmmmm'...'mmmmmm....mmmmm.Loved it.
