Very dirty store, on 10/23/23, at 2:15pm. I had to take my elderly mother in law to the restroom and very dirty. Diarrhea all over she said and the handicap restroom out of order and it’s not supposed to be. I wish you guys could make it a priority on keeping the restrooms clean.

Most ghetto new circle k you'll ever go to! From the first day they opened they've had equipment failures from the rollers to the soda machines to the toilets. I gave the benefit of the doubt to a new store, but things have not gotten any better. In fact I would say they got worse because now you have staff that are trained and are still providing lackluster service. Food is often either out, expired, overcooked, etc. Bathrooms are consistently disgusting and not stocked. Water to wash windows is not refilled. Very disappointing.

The store was clean enough, and the clerk was helpful.That said...The awful 'music' blaring through cheap speakers was tiring, and the house brand Spicy Chicken sandwich was utterly inedible. The rubber factor was off the scale! 😝

Unfortunately it's the only mini Mart in Tombstone half the time they're credit card machines are down and you can only pay for cash which makes it very hard for a lot of people. I went in there yesterday after A hard Day's painting in the Sun and was told after trying to buy a 12-pack of beer that now just giving them your date-of-birth verbally is not good enough you now have to provide proof with your license or ID which is absolute rubbish... I'm 59 years old for God's sake ...

I went in to buy some items and wanted two of something at the register that wrang up for more that the tag in front of items. I pointed it out that they wrang up for too much. The guy at register proceeded to swap places with it saying it was in wrong place. It was at register....no one moved it. Don't they have to honor prices as they are marked and displayed? He refused to honor it and charged a dollar more on each item. I told him to keep them and went across the street and bought same item without being robbed.

Good spot to grab something to eat and grab some refreshments and you can't beat their price on gas 1 of the cheapest gas stations in Tombstone.

A gentleman tried to pay for his fountain drink and a hot dog, the cashier said they were not accepting cards as their machine was down. The gentleman then said he only had a card to pay with. They said they could try, they tried and the machine didn’t work. The cashier then said he could pay for the man’s fountain drink and took the hot dog out of the gentleman’s hand and tossed it in the trash. SERIOUSLY!???? If they were going to take the loss for the hot dog, why not just let the man take it???? No, the cashier took it and tossed it in the trash. SMH. Management really needs to handle and train employees to handle things differently. For example, put a sign on the door, advise people as they walk in, put signs up by the hot foods… come on now.

Perfect location for travelers in southeast AZ with plenty of gas pumps. Water in men's room didn't work, women's room trashy. Prices on packaged food extremely high. Good deal on the hot dogs 2 for $3

One of the few chain stores in the area, so it was slammed, with a line nearly to the door. At the same time, the counter worker seemed to be taking time chatting with the locals, which is fine, but maybe not when the line is that long? When I finally got to the front of the line I asked “Wow is it always this busy?” “No,” they responded -“Usually the line is out the door.” But, a good location and the usual selection of everything you expect from Circle K.

This is the only convenience store in town. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting they need a power washer and a couple gallons of bleach! You're better off finding a private place in the desert!Do the employees actually use this bathroom this is absolutely a health violation

I want to put 0 stars!! Horrible customer service! dropped my phone in their filthy restroom taking my daughter on road trip and left. I told an employee bathrooms were disgusting and the employees were too lazy to clean after a complaint? not to mention because they didn't go handle the restroom right away, someone stole my phone! And all within 5 minutes!!! The employees there are probably in on all the theft!!!

Tried to call this store about a lost wallet and the phone number is a recording saying that the number is not valid! It would be nice to be updated if the stores number has been changed if that's the reason. Store should look into this issue for sure!

Very nice store but very sad to see how we have another Circle K with disgusting bathroom facilities. I just don’t understand the company’s lack of attention to have clean facilities. It’s not even a year old and I wouldn’t stop there again.

I am a local here and this store needs help. For the past 2 mo I jave been getting a refill soda for .75 today I came in like every morning filled my soda up went to the counter and to my surprise the price doubled. I only brought a doller with me.so the clerk makes me pour out my soda and embarrassed me infront of a store full of people..this place is going down hill fast..so sad

Circle k blows it again, builds brand new location huge facility. Put some medians and fences and poles all around it so you cannot access it with your RV to get diesel six diesel pumps and not one area for an RV or a trailer to get access. Waste of money and I will continue to change my shopping to qt.

Stopped in to get coffee, a snack and use restroom, only to find the restrooms closed. As it is basically the only place to use restroom between Benson and Douglas besides the roadside, very inconvenient. Needless to say no coffee or snacks bought either.
