I bought a Hose Reel that was broken. I tried to exchange it and the manager Linda was rude and obnoxious. She stated that since it was on sale it cannot be exchanged or returned. I even offered to pay the difference for a new one and she refused. They need to have a better exchange policy or quality control, And they need to hire a better manager. Very disappointed.

Rachel is absolutely AWESOME! What great customer service and knowledge about inventory! Above and beyond! Even though what I needed wasn’t in stock at this location, Rachel made it easy to find at one of their other stores! Thanks Rachel, it’s this kind of service that keeps me coming back!

There weren't enough associates to assist, and employees looked frustrated. I don't blame them; they were doing what they could. Multiple customers were waiting to be helped.Initially, I came to the store to for an item that was shown in stock at the store, couldn't physically find it, and no one was available to assist.

Don’t even bother with this location. Save yourself the hassle and go a few more miles to a different tractor supply. The staff is lazy and does not like to help anyone. I went in here trying to buy something and was lied to multiple times about the product, then was told an item was being recalled and they couldn’t sell it. That was a lie. I went to the surprise tractor supply where they told me there was no recall and happily helped me buy what I needed. This location lost out on thousands of dollars because they didn’t want to help me buy something then lied about their products just so I wouldn’t buy it. I’ll never go back to this location again or spend a dime here. Get better employees!!!

Nice clean place. Lot's of good quality items and it's also affordable. I buy my bunnies Timothy hay and my chicken's feed here. Great friendly customer service. Lonnie was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Garbage cashiers who would rather chat for twenty minutes while you wait in line than actually assist moving people along. Also do not abide by their sale signage.. even to price check an item within walking distance of the desk took way longer than necessary. Just read the signs in front of your display instead of relying on technology that doesn’t load. 🙄

Dog wash station has been closed for weeks. I call and ask every other day if it’s open yet and they always say no with a different answer every time. First it was they were out of shampoo, then the towels were out, now it’s the pumps that need to be replaced???? What’s going on, if it’s going to be closed indefinitely just say that so I can’t stop calling and find a new place to wash my dog.

Do not I repeat do not purchase an air compressor from Tractor Supply. No mention of not returning the product was made during the purchase of a $3,500 air compressor from Tractor Supply on Wednesday the 14th of june. I hooked up the compressor with correct power and it did not turn on and function I went to return the compressor back to Tractor Supply where I purchased it and was told that they do not return or accept any air compressors. And that I had to directly contact Ingersoll Rand to resolve the issue. This was not mentioned to me when I made the purchase however there was a discreet slightly faded paper taped to the wall of the register that states as shown in the photo here. No help from the manager told he couldn't help me at all and that that's just the way it is and that I had to contact and have the issue resolved directly with Ingersoll Rand

Me and my friend we just getting close to the door their was an employee driving the forklift he kept turning our direction more and more almost running me and my friend over as soon as I pushed my friend out way and I hurried out as well he said sorry but with a stupid chuckle and laugh as if me and my friend almost getting run over was funny to him and one other employee a male with one silver earing

I suggest you go somewhere else for any purchase. We bought a jack from tractor supply in Kingman because we trusted their products and service. The lip was too short to get under the trailer so we ended up using a different type of jack. We were on the road and the kingman store closed before we could get back. So we decided to return it to our local store. The supervisor told us he wouldn't take it back and that we would have to drive all the way back to Kngman to return it. Mind you, the purchase was two days ago, the jack is unused and we have the receipt. This is horrible customer service. I have spent a ton of money here but will now take my business elsewhere. Too bad, because we just bought a ranch and need lots of stuff.

Pretty bad customer service. I have purchased over 15k worth of stall mats for my gyms in the past from tractor supply and will no longer do so. Today I purchased some stall mats and when we went back to grab them the first 3 had some stains. These stains don’t come out (I’ve tried in the past and have been doing this for years) so management came out and said what’s the problem? I asked if there one of them would help me sort through the 1 pallet they had for the handful of a mats I purchased. I only needed 3 with out stains. Management said “no we won’t go through a pallet would rather just give you your money back” … time is money, I get that. But if you have a customer who spends good money with you constantly and is willing to do the dirty work himself (simply lift the mats off and back on the pallet) then there shouldn’t be an issue. Money is also money, and I paid for them. The least management could have done is allow the customer to try to find the ones I needed. If this was my establishment and my employees did that, I would be irate. Not only did they drive away a good paying customer, but they also hurt the bottom line by just giving me a refund instead of taking 5 min out of their day and helping the customer out. Won’t be back!

I go to this store for my dog food, it is always clean, I always get greeted, the associates are always pleasant.And they are more than willing to answer questions I may have or assist me with heavy items; they are knowledgeable and happy to help.The cashiers are always pleasant. This is my go-to store for all hardware and home needs. I love their selections and browsing, the store is enjoyable.

Lazy, rude, staff, especially management. I’ve had horrible experience both times shopping here. The manager, Bill, is disgusting and degrading to customers and staff alike, especially women. I will drive an extra 10 miles to not shop here. Unfortunate.

They had a worker there who was super condescending. He’s an older man, grey/white hair and he was super creepy. I told him I didn’t need his help loading an item but he refused to leave me alone and put his hands on my back at the end of me finishing putting items into my car. I told him not to touch me and he shook his head and gave a half apology. Idk how a business can allow that kind of behavior at their store unless nobody trained him.He called me “miss” “ma’am” and “little girl” as many times as he could manage which was creepy and uncomfortable. It’s not polite. It was creepy. I’m nowhere near a little girl and the use of those phrases with unwarranted physical contact seemed predatory. Not a fan - beware and don’t look like you need help loading anything.Stay safe out there.

My partner and I needed to use the restroom.It appeared blocked off.It appeared it was only being cleaned and was not out of order.I was scolded by the employee cleaning it, as I was walking back to my cart of $60 of product.As I walk to the register, I hear on the intercom, “psycho customers, the store will be closing in 30 minutes.”I can only assume it was the same guy, his name was D.J.I don’t care if the restroom floor is still drying, I shouldn’t be treated like that for using the restroom.

You know I really wish I could give this thing negative five stars! A while back it's been about 3 months now about a 4000 Watt generator from there 32 days after buying it it quit it froze up the motor locked up. It's two days after there in house warranty, well I thought that's good I bought the extended warranty for a year so when tractor supply company refuse to do anything for me I contacted the warranty they too refused to do anything for me long story short that was $600 down the drain I got 32 days worth of usage out of it $587 total I would never come back to the store again I didn't sure wouldn't buy their warranties. (I'm not trying to be mean but you say to call your customer service that care of it but I spent over 5 hours on customer service with your guys's company and just got the runaround I had to take and I just scrapped the generator out! it's too late to take care of its just one unsatisfied customer that will not be back!)

Even though Mark is no longer at this location, I still like it. This day I stopped in for some dog food and found some pretty good prices on tools. A lot of the seasonal tool (Christmas) is stuff you would need only once in a great while, so it’s nice to get on sale.
