My mom and I came in yesterday hoping to find a good puppy for our family. We came home with our precious girl Willow (cockapoo puppy). The facility was extremely clean and the puppies were clearly taken care of very well. The workers were so nice and friendly. The puppies seem to have great temperaments too! Prices were far more reasonable than most pet stores.

Little Lulu (a mini Schnauzer) came from Puppyland and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff, facility, ease of process for checking if qualified to finance your pup, and the selection of puppies to choose from as well. Everyone was welcoming and friendly every time I was in and out of the store. Dakota provided exceptional service from the beginning and never once pressured us into taking a puppy home, but would periodically check-in with us to make sure we were okay or see if we had any questions. I highly recommend Puppyland for anyone looking for a new puppy.

Titan was a huge help during the adoption process, that guy really is fantastic at what he does. We found our baby online and scheduled a play date - Titan allowed us to come in early and he walked us through every step of the adoption process. We now have the missing piece to our family of two, making us 3! Thanks for everything Titan and Puppyland. We aren’t sure how we ever lived without our lil girl!

I got a puppy recently and love the experience. There is a wide variety of puppies in the stores. It is also fun to be able to interact with the dogs, even if you won't adopt them. They requested an update, so I'll add some pictures later. *Update, our puppy (Lucia) ended up having a variety of issues (ear mites, gardia, and intestinal worms) this may not have been the store's fault, as the puppy was new and not fully vaccinated but still ended up costing a lot of money.

My experience with my wife and my friends were extraordinarily magnificent. Olivia and Titan were extremely patient with our indecisiveness and long decision process. The process was seamless other than the credit department closing while we were here. Other than that everything was very welcoming and open as well being super easy.

Dakota was very knowledgeable and helpful. No pressure to buy, even though I would love to have taken them all home. All the papers are provided that show both mom and dad of the pup / dog you are buying. Went over all the care instructions and provided websites and phone numbers for any questions.

I went to see the cane corso that they had and she’s a beautiful dog. I want to say thank you to Nicole for helping me out and kept trying to get me approved on the puppy payments unfortunately my credit wasn’t good enough but definitely would be back and let people know about this place. They are knowledgeable and have all paperwork for the puppy’s.

We just bought our puppy Cockapoo from here yesterday and it was a great experience. Very informative and all the paperwork that came with our little girl helped understand a lot. We took her to the vet today and she is perfectly healthy. The vet was surprised that they actually informed us on what to bring to our first visit and also that they actually take them to a vet for vaccinations instead of doing it themselves or by breeder. This way with the vet proof of health exam and vaccination record, you could just continue from there forward instead of starting over. So far everything is great and we love our new healthy little pup.

Got a puppy here and he’s definitely the cutest little dude. However, within the first few days of having him he was diagnosed with 2 parasites as well as parvo. We have gone back and forth for over 3 months now with puppyland and trying to get reimbursed for these expensive visits since it states that in the contract they will. However they are not taking responsibility and have been wasting our time as well as stalling the process and trying to make us make extra phone calls to the akc which is not relevant to our specific case. Extremely frustrating and would not buy from them again in the future because of this. They are good at selling dogs and then wanting nothing to do with you after that.**updated to add that they don’t actually cover the cost of your pet getting neutered. And we cost reimbursement less than a 3rd of the cost above and that was only after threatening to press legal action on them.
