I have a hard time finding a groomer that is patient and understanding with my older pup that isn’t so fond of grooming. Bias pet stop was a pleasant surprise! My dog made it through his groom because they took their time with him and communicated with me throughout the process. Very grateful I found them because getting himgroomed became stressful for us both. I now know my dog is in great hands at this facility. Highly recommend and will definitely bring him back here.

I took my dog today for a hair cut and wash. I told them so many times to not cut his hair on top. I said “almost nothing very little” and they cut it as short as his body.They had made this mistake another time before. I am not taking him here again.

Only place I trust to take my Goldendoodle and bichon Friese! Literally no joke this place pays attention to detail and the price is very fair for the work they do! Also my dogs love the staff, as soon as they see the ladies come get them they are wagging tails and exciting peeing lol! They treat the animals so nice!

Bia was so good with our cats, and one of her cat groomers was too. She really cared, gave us a brush for one of our cats who is a big shedder and just always did a reliable job and the girls seemed pretty happy after. We have moved so we don’t use her anymore, but we were grateful for her. Thank you Bia!

I went to Main street office, they forgot to trim my dogs nails. When i realized it, they kept saying it was 2 weeks. These are well grown past tip nail. It was an oversight but they insisted on not taking accountability. In addition right after she got home her ears were terribly dirty i didn't even try to address that aspect. Nails don't grown past the end of the nail in two weeks it's physically impossible. Rather then say get her in we can fix that. It's plausible deniability. Then they want to treat it as walk in and make me take off of work versus just get here before 6 not a problem. Disappointed in customer service....

The past time we brought our doggies in for grooming, they did a very choppy job. Uneven and cut our little girls pee area where it got sore and infected. Cost us $140 in vet bill and meds.

Found my new groomer!! Thank you so much for making my boy look so handsome. I came here after finding out it was only a few miles from my house and was lucky enough to get in next day. I have a very anxious pup and they did so great with him. Prices are affordable, plus everyone there is welcoming and so nice.

It's great to finally have a pet groomer in Tolleson! The moment I realized they had opened, I scheduled an appointment for my two Shar-peis. They left my two babies clean and smelled so good too. For a moment, I felt like I received two completely different babies since they were so clean. The ambiance was wonderful, the staff was very caring, and the facility was very professional. I would definitely recommend this place!

We have been customers of Bia ever since she started the business in her house. We have 2 dogs and 4 cats and we wouldn't consider going somewhere else. Bia and her staff are some of the most pet loving people that you will ever meet. This new location in Tolleson is five minutes away and though we had no problem going to Litchfield or Avondale to trust her with our furry family members.Today Bia groomed our newest cat who had never been to the beauty parlor before. They did their best to make Gypsy's experience a pleasant one.To add to that, Bia's prices are so good especially considering the quality of her service. This is her third salon and the West Valley is blessed to have them.
