I have been a customer of Safeway Pharmacy for a couple of decades. 😆I have stayed with them because I feel like they know me and greet me by name.They have been very helpful/supportive when I have had issues with my insurance company covering prescriptions.I would highly recommend Safeway Pharmacy!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. The wait in line is always to long. 300 people behind is ridiculous. Multiple people have been rude to me. Rude women got irritated when I asked how long ot would take. Switching to Walmart. Multiple regular Safeway employees have been Rude as well.

I have been going to Safeway Pharmacy for years. I was able to go in and get my prescription in an hour after bringing it in. I was treated nice and the service was great. I do not know what happened this last year.Now it takes hours and sometimes the next day. I have called and they said they had 200 prescriptions in front of me. The service is horrible! Or it could be just the one tech that is rude and makes the pharmacy look bad? The wait for transfers is days. Yesterday I waited with 8 people in front of me. We waited for 50 minutes!!!! I am transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. I miss the way Safeway use to be.

If I could give negative stars I would. Safeway in Thatcher, AZ literally used up my mother's refills, re-shelfed the medicine after 3 days and mom couldn't get a refill after switching pharmacies until she had been out of medicine for over a week. That's the least of the issues with this pharmacy. Small towns are known for their gossip but I expect more from healthcare professionals. Maybe Safeway should actually hire professionals instead of taking courtesy clerks and front-end cashiers and throwing them in the Pharmacy with little to no healthcare training. I vote with my dollars and today I vote Walmart.

The waiting time to pick up a prescription is crazy long. Last time there 5 people were ahead of me in line and I had to wait what seemed like a half hour to get served. There are two registers there. Both should be staffed when the line gets long. That does not happen. Otherwise the staff there are great....

So my new customers and I go in and try to get my prescriptions not ready I went back and I asked if they would be calling my pharmacy to have my switched over he said no would you do that for me I tried and was told they have to do it called left him a message 3 days later still not done

Always awesome they worked with us and we have a RX's down to very little compared to Walgreens they are just out to get as much as they can.....
