Wth, is it with the, digital coupons? Make people jump through hoops, to save a buck or two on certain items and, the people who don't want to, the heck with them?The Safeway members card, isn't enough? Why?What about this, what about instead of special prices for those whom you make search online for the digital coupons, you just make it so those specific items, are covered by the, Safeway card? Everything, with just the convenience of......one card!You know what? Those items that only have that special price? Are available at Walmart, no coupons, no card needed and.......at lower prices!

My day started out crazy! I went to Safeway to pick up my order ( 2 fruit trays) I placed two days ahead of time. Well, when I got there it was wrong, thankfully the ladies in the Deli were so nice and fixed my order. As I was leaving Safeway I decided to take the trays out of the cart and carry them to my car, well the lid was not on all the way and I dropped it. All the fruit was everywhere, my son was so sad because it was his Christmas party at school, we were already late and one tray down ( I wanted to cry). I told him it's okay we will just throw this away and take the one. A Safeway worker heard me tell my son this and he said no, let us replace it for you, I was already running late and I kid you not when I say 3 other workers came out to help me pick up. I asked them if it was okay that I pick the tray up later, we were late and needed to go. They took my name and 2 hours later I went for the tray. The man who helped me recognized me and took care of everything. I can't thank the workers enough for helping me !!! THANK YOU !

Great store for grocery shopping. Their made in store is amazing. From the fried chicken, good selection of donuts, and tortilla chips, I love getting food here. Checking out can can hit or miss. Sometimes you can check out quick, other times you wait forever and they don't open up another register.

Conveniently located on highway 70 eastbound. there are multiple entrances so hard to miss. Quick stop to buy snacks and water. Helpful staff.

First off, there’s ALWAYS lines in this store. Get some self-checkouts! Produce selection is also often iffy. Lastly, if I spend $40 on balloons and flowers I expect them to last more than 12 hours! This is a terrible Safeway… even the Willcox Safeway is better.

Safeway is my family’s preferred food store and pharmacy. I can not say enough good things about this store, other than check out their deli. There hot food for family’s or a quick lunch is not only tasty but convenient.

Generally all of the employees are super friendly and helpful, but every time I visit to purchase chicken or salads from the deli section, the same employee reluctantly approaches to serve but never has gloves on nor does he attempt to don any. I noticed it, the first time, AFTER I was served some pasta salad which he smashed the lid on the container barehanded. Realizing everything was served in this manner I was taken aback but paid for the food anyway. After leaving the store I threw out the food he'd served and regretted paying for it. But I absorbed the loss and gave them another shot today. AGAIN he begrudgingly approached and was "prepared" to serve me WITHOUT gloves. This was all in very close proximity to other employees that seemed to be supervisors or managers, of sorts. Clearly he wasn't concerned with any repercussions for blatantly disregarding health policies, as these "managers" were only feet away.Thankfully, another very friendly employee approached with purpose and professionalism, and appropriately attired, to help me with my simple order. Thank goodness for the true professionals in the store.

Had to get some emergency dog treats, commonly referred to as boneless chicken wings. Long drive calls for special treats for the minions. They were a bit low on choices, but the ones they did have were appreciated . As a concerned mother figure, I sampled them and approved of flavor and texture. Good choice. Store was clean, ample selection regarding goods, and quick checkout.

Awesome place for flowers. Love the Produce department. I’m often miss charged for sale items though. I feel like that’s the only major drawback here. Although if you catch the mistakes they make they will be happy to fix them. We just have to watch close. It’s kind of hard to remember the price of so many items when your cart is full. I don’t like the inconvenience.

Store is always clean and well organized. Employees are friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful selection of items you can’t find at other stores in town. They also have the best produce selection and deli in town. The bakery is also terrific. Whether you order a customized cake or buy one of their delicious pre-made creations. So many unique and hard-to-find items. They also have a lovely floral department. All in all it’s a great store and hands down my favorite grocery store.

I ordered a specialized birthday cake for my daughter’s 23rd birthday and Tia from bakery not only made it taste amazing but did a outstanding job on the decorating. Also whoever took my order over the phone struggled a little bit to understand what I needed so she passed the phone to somebody who could help me and between them both I had amazing customer service. Thank you all for the best birthday cake ever!

My mom was without her medication for almost two weeks due to Freeport's change in Worker's Comp insurance. As soon as my mom had the information she needed, the pharmacy did everything they could to fill her prescription quickly.I wish I would have been more prudent about getting the girl's name that helped me.I told her that we really needed the medication ... that my mom was really sick.I then told her that I bet she heard that all the time.She told me that she did hear that ... but she also has parents.That was not just customer service, but empathy and compassion for others.I just wanted to thank her for that. It meant alot to me.

I shop at Safeway because they keep everything in the same place, the sales are marked so they are easy to find. The little ts are short most ok f the time and all the workers are always nice and helpful.

I called b4 hand bank just closed and I called safeway talked to APRIL and I asked her if I can cash a check in which she said yeah. I get there and she says we don't cash signed checks. I already signed at bank...

I left my billfold in the shopping cart in the parking lot! I didn't realize it until I returned home. I called Safeway in a panic. Customer service said they had it! Whew! They were so nice and calmed me right down. The women behind the counter praised their customers and told me they were the best. I love this store. It is always so clean and all the employees are so nice and professional. They bend over backwards to help you.

Always a great shopping trip, costumers service is obviously a core value at this location. I love walking in and being able to ask a location of an item and get at least pointed in the right direction, if not walked over to it personally. I know doing that can be a pain, but it really shows the dedication to their customers. Always has plenty of cashier's and always has plenty of kind staff to help out. I also greatly appreciate seeing the employees rounding up the carts wiping the handles down individually before returning them to the corral during this time.

Only 2 checkout lines open on Memorial Day weekend? That is rediculous!...and since one of them was 15 items or less, the other line was crowded and had to snake around and into the isle. I watched several supervisors who would only walk by- looking something else to do, rather than open up another register. The Ice cream melted and the beer was warm by the time I left the store. This place is always slow and NEVER worth the price or the time.

The store is always clean! People are friendly and helpful. Pharamcy staff if amazing and knowledgeable. There are always good sales and Just for U offers the best deals on things that you buy the most! Also, with their app you are able to earn gas rewards or points to use for coupons on free items or cash off purchases in the store. Definitely the best store in the Gila valley!!!

This store is always nice. Good meat selection. The pharmacy is awesome. It buzzes like a hive they seem to have a sense of urgency to get the medicine to the customer. Yet they always have smile for the customer. There are other pharmacies in town that could take a few lessons from here.

Clean store with very friendly associates! Lots of products and shelves are full! I do have a suggestion.... Add stewed tomatoes to the hot bar next to the Mac and cheese in the deli. You will sell a lot!
