There’s not a lot of options in our small town for shoes so we frequent Hibbitts fairly regularly for shoes. On this occasion the 2 employees were too busy talking to each other and not paying attention to us (the only customers in the store). I had to speak loudly to get their attention and ask for assistance. Then they were very short with us and not very friendly. I was also disappointed in the lack of options for big kids shoes and women’s shoes. I prefer under armour and there were none in the women’s section.

The employees are awesome and I have no complaints there. Just the stock of shoes in different sizes they have was small. It was a bummer I really want the Reebok pumps lol

I like the costumer service the clothes are a lil pricey but I can get what I am looking for by ordering online and picking it up at store.

They carry a nice assortment of sports apparel, and all. But they only carry one shoe in men's of the brand I was looking for. It was out of my price range so I asked and their associate suggested another retailer here in town. I ended up following the suggestion and bought a pair of running shoes at another store

The cashier (Yanessa) was very helpful and had a very good attitude towards her customers she was also very fast! All the workers were very nice and greeted us when we came in!!!
