I dont get to Carter's as much as I would like to, due to distance. But when I am in the Safford area, and they are open, that is a stop. We had a great experience with wild game process when he first opened at this location. Five years later, I'm here buying steaks, burgers, and meat sticks a couple days ago. Everything was top shelf, 5 stars to Bryce and Staff! You will be there along time with the quality of meat you send out.

My wife and I live in the valley and everytime we come to visit Thatcher we bring a couple of ice chests to fill with meat from Carter's custom meats. We have never had a bad product. We love everything we have ever had. Thank you for your excellent products and outstanding customer service.

Bryce and his crew are the best! Little back story...The company I used to buy my beef from, that used to have Carter's process their cows, stopped selling it. So, I emailed Bryce to ask about an alternative place. I was beyond ecstatic to find out they also raise and process their own cows. He was super helpful and answered a ton of my questions. I then placed an order for a half beef with him and came down and got it all when they called to tell me it was ready. Super happy with the cuts and quality. This is now my go to place. Worth the 4 hr drive from Phoenix to get the best beef in town. Thanks you guys!

The meat is always packaged professionally and everything we have ever requested has been of utmost quality. They have excellent communication and keep their word. They have been willing to package and cut any way we have requested, including their specialty burger patty’s, summer sausage and carne picata.

Amazing service and food! Carter's is a great place for all your meat/BBQ needs! From seasonings, tortillas, sauce, steaks, bacon, hamburger, smoker accessories, and even fresh pet food! I would definitely recommend them over and over again. The butcher even took time to show our 4 year old a cow, and pig during the butcher process. Being able to engage with your customers like that is so important for our younger generation! Thank you Carter's!

My family & I went there for the first time on 09/29/18We purchased a 48oz bone in ribeye, liver, beef marrow, and hot sauces.EVERYTHING was amazingWe had one of the best dinners ever because of how fresh the quality is.We are now going to be returning customers. When people say the meat is fresh they mean it. The burgers are great and if you like green chili try the green chili burger. The teriyaki sticks were really good as well. I only gave it four stars because the burgers go so fast so go early if you want them.

I drove 2.5 hours ONE WAY from Silver City NM to have them make me some elk pepper flavored snack sticks and it was ABSOLUTELY worth the time and drive! The snack sticks are the best I’ve ever had made and have eaten. Nice clean building and professional service! Highly recommend them!!

We bought Brats from Carter’s Custom Cuts. Cook them up today out on the Charcoal grill.Better than any of the county fair or baseball stadium brats. They come in plain or Philly cheesesteak and they both were great
