I always take my dog here for her grooming sessions, and always make sure we book with Chelsea. She is amazing! My dog loves her and she's always coming out looking perfect. I highly recommend Chelsea, but you may have to book a bit in advanced because she's always requested!

If you have a standard poodle like me, you might think you need to go to a fancy groomer and pay an arm and a leg for a decent groom. Rebecca E will make you think again! I’ve been bringing my puppy to her since she was about 5 months old and have never been disappointed. She is kind, patient, attentive, and clearly loves the dogs she grooms. In addition to a beautiful groom exactly to my specifications every time, my dog LOVES Becca and gets sooo excited to go to the groomer. Now that’s priceless! I know when I was looking for a groomer I searched reviews for “poodle” to make sure they’d know how to handle poodle clips. I hope this helps someone else find an affordable and phenomenal groomer for their spoo!

Was waiting for my son to finish his shift so while I was killing time I shopped for things we don't usually need. I found a wet cat food claims to promote urinary health. Saw a treat puzzle I wanted to get for Churro's 2nd bday which is today so my son ran and got it.Store is clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Close to my house, and the curbside pickup is excellent. Quick alternative if you want to get dog food immediately vs waiting for PetSmart/Chewy delivery. Halloween stuff is out now too!

I e been to much friendlier locations. We moved to the area and this is the closest one to us. I wanted a normal item we purchase and inquired to if they have any. Very dismissive and "if we have it it's our there" ... Will drive farther to go to a different location from now on

I'm not coming here anymore because the prices online are cheaper and in stock. The one time I used the groomer I was given attitude. I started using a small business groomer & petco across the street because my dog deserves the best.

I’m really disappointed with the way this location and many others are neglecting their animals. I visited this location today and noticed a very malnourished and sad looking bearded dragon. The food they had left for it was dried and processed. It’s extremely important for juveniles to get the right balance of nutrition to develop into healthy adult. Treating the animal this way is going to lead to potential risks for future owners such as dealing with bacterial infections and metabolic bone disease. The need to have better requirements for the way these animals are cared for by management and employees.

Booked a grooming appointment and before the end of the call changed it because lady said dog needed "express" appointment and refused 3 times when asked what that even meant. Had to change the day and time. What a crock of .....

My fur baby was getting ready to have surgery, and I was stressing out. Im one of those weird people who's dog is their child.. lol. I wish I could remember the guys name who was so kind and spent so much time with me. I want to say his name was Josh. Tall guy with curley hair I believe... Anyway... I was super nervious about my fur baby being on bed rest for a good 4 to 5 weeks. And restricted activity for a full 14 weeks. She is a rescue and has a history with being put in a metal kennel.. and has worn down teeth from chewing trying to get out. He went into great depths about the different calming products, such are pheromone products, collars, sprays, toys ect... Also gave me ideas on things I can do to keep her mind occupied when she is created.. I was very impressed of his knowledge of all his products.. he also made a good point that a soft-sided kennel might be a better option for crating my dog ( he was right) , even though they didn't carry them there, he listed a few other locations that did..I was able to get what I needed and then go get my kennel, and I completed my shopping that day.. it was one less thing to stress about. And I really appreciated that. There was another nice gentelman that helped me prior to Josh, that was great to, he was running the register. Seemed to me all the staff I met was knowledgeable. I made one more trip the day before surgery, and was greeted by yet another kind and knowledgeable young blonde girl.. who though I'm sure it was annoying to talk about dog bowls that won't flip over and Kong toys at the lengths we did... Lol.. she helped me pick out bowls that my dog's ''anti lick'' cone could fit around, and that I felt comfortable putting in the kennel. She then took the time to help me find a Kong that was the right size and gave me ideas on how to use it to keep my girl stimulated while cooped up... I guess my experiences stood out to me because of how stressed out I was over my dogs serious surgery and they just made that part a bit easier.. I'm now finishing out day 2 of recovery with my dog.. and I'm glad I had the employees that helped prepare me. Thanks. I wish I had all of your names so you could get credit. If I get them I will update. 😀

Kat the dog trainer is amazing. After the first class, my Shepard puppy started to improve immediately. Jimmy is able to remain focused on me even with other dogs around and sits on command.

Clean for the most part. Some areas like the toy area and leash/harness area were a little tore up and trying to figure out the cost of things was hard bc nothing was in its right place. Staff was friendly. I guess there was dog training going on but like no one said anything and a customer got offended that my son and I said their dog was cute and snapped at us that the dog was in training. Other than that was ok.

The groomer antagonized my Brave during grooming check-in. I told her what things to say to comfort him and she did not say any of those words instead she inspected his feet and mouth and when he attempted to bite her she refused to groom him. I will never utilize this establishment again for grooming. My Brave is a Senior, (15 years) and can barely see, which I told her during check-in and she did not acknowledge this. I don’t recall her name but she had purple hair.

The groomers that worked on all 3 of my fur babies where incredible. Naomi and Danny where the most professional and caring groomers I have had the pleasure of working with. We just moved here from Albuquerque NM and were looking for a new groomer. I have been to Pet smart for grooming service before, and have never been impressed (not bad not great) . This time was a different story!! They exceed all my expectations!! My old husky looks like a show dog. In all the years of grooming her she has never looked this good. I also appreciate their concern with her coat. No one ever took the time to talk to us about impacted fur and the need to increase her appointments. Naomi impressed us from the start of our appointment. She gave us recommendations on the different grooming options for each dog after a thorough exam of each pup. There was no cookie cutter approach on what we should do. She really took her time to recommend what was best for each pup!! Both of them had a kind and gentle demeanor and our dogs all did great with them..In all honesty I never expected to find our “fur-ever groomers” so soon. We will not even be trying other groomers after these ladies😊Thank you so much for your exceptional care.

So we came in late tonight and Ava was super accommodating to us throughout the process and checkout. We are regular shoppers at the Petco and petsmart stores and this by far was the best experience we have had! Thanks Ava!
