I made an appointment to get my dog groomed- this was my first time getting my dog groomed here as our old groomer changed hours. I arrived at 5:50 for my 6 pm appt. I waited in the room for 15 min. The door was unlocked so I hung out with my pup and then at 6 I noticed a button on the wall so I pressed it to see if anyone would come- they did not. I waited in the long line at the front to speak to a representative who called a manager who told me that everyone called out today and all appt were notified of the cancellation today. I checked my voice mail and email and asked my boyfriend to do the same. Neither of us were notified of this cancellation.

Very refreshing and uplifting for my Baby-Luv .. and the groomers their were very supportive, and positive and professional.. i very happily surprised at what a truly wonderful job they did and what a positive and uplifting experience it was for my dog.

Super helpful staff and great prices. The manager helped me get a reptile for my son. They explained everything we needed to know about care, feeding, setup, etc. They made it super easy and my kid loves the bearded dragon we got.

The staff in the grooming dept. were nice enough to squeeze my two French Bulldog sisters in for a quick nail trim. I didn't get their names, but the two employees were great with my girls and did a much better than job than I've tried in the past...

This is our go-to pet smart. They have a good selection of stock. We brought our new puppy here once. She peed and pooped all over the cart, and the staff were very forgiving. Sometimes, they have shelter adoption events on the weekends, and I think that's really sweet.

We brought our dirty husky in for her birthday spa day, the staff was extremely friendly and took very good care of her. She came out clean, trimmed and smelling like apples, they did a beautiful job on her tail, even thou she wasn't happy about having her tail brushed but good job too the whole crew for taking care of her and making her so beautiful!

I just wanted to give a shout out to the amazing manager, Rosario, who went out of her way to make sure that my problem was resolved. It is rare to find someone who cares about customers as much as she does, and even rarer to find someone who is also great at their job. Thank you so much, Rosario.The story:I made an online order on Friday (11/24) and since I am disabled and can't drive, I asked for same-day delivery. The order didn't come on Friday, so I called on Saturday at noon and spoke to a man who said that DoorDash was going to send someone today. At 6:30 pm on Saturday, I was starting to worry that I would never get my order. When I called again, it was Rosario that answered. She suggested I call DoorDash and if I had any further issues to call her back. When I called DoorDash customer service, the person on the other end was pretty rude and ended up hanging up on me.So, I called Rosario back, and she assured me that she would call DoorDash and clear up the issue. I don't know how long it took her to resolve the issue but about half an hour later, she called me and had the DoorDash representative on speaker so I could hear them say that they were sending someone over to deliver my order. I couldn't believe how much she went out of her way to help a customer. She had no idea I was disabled. She just took time out of her incredibly busy schedule to make sure one customer was able to spoil her dogs with some toys and some bones.

Veronica in the grooming salon is amazing! My dog Marshall is definitely a special character when it comes to attending to him and she always has a lot of kindness and patience for him when he’s being sore difficult. She even checks in on him when it’s been a little bit of time since she’s last seen him. I will be going to her for his needs as long as she’s able to take care of him!

Awesome selection of cat products! We found everything we needed to keep Mochi happy! Kitty toys, running water fountain, catnip, treats. Good pricing, sale items avail. The staff members were helpful and nice. This may be our go to store for more kitty goodies.

I recommend pet smart grooming to any one. Veronica has been the best with our first dog lambeau and than we added lilo. She loves our dogs like if they were her own. It's hard to find trust worthy people but she makes it so easy and we appreciate everything she has done she is the reason we have not moved and keep coming back to get our dogs fresh and clean

I would highly recommend Veronica as a dog groomer!! Veronica is so amazing with our dog, Melly, who has always been a bit anxious around people. Even though Melly is generally wary of strangers, she LOVES Veronica and gets so excited to see her every time we schedule a bath and nail grinding. Melly won't even get into our bathtub at home so we schedule regular baths with Veronica who is always very flexible about scheduling.Veronica consistently goes above and beyond for Melly and I am truly so happy we found such an amazing groomer! It's so nice to have a groomer you can trust and depend on. Veronica has worked with Melly through allergy problems, recommending the best shampoos to use, and handling problems, as Melly sometimes doesn't like her paws to be touched. I can tell that Veronica really cares about Melly and enjoys seeing her every month, which makes the trip to the grooming salon something to look forward to. Thank you, Veronica!!!

Went there to get something for doggy upset stomach/gas and they carried nothing. You’d think they carried at least one product for gas, but not a single thing. Pointless and overpriced on everything else!

Don't believe the lies. Petsmart is not open till 10 pm. on Saturdays. I am unable to submit an edit for the hours of operation as the correct hours are displayed, but only when I try to edit them. While I was sitting out front writing this review, 5 groups of people walked up only to meet a similar fate. Save us

I am a happy with Veronica T. at this PetSMart location in Tempe marketplace for the last 3 years. She is always happy to see my pups and always goes above and beyond to make them look adorable. She even sends me pictures of them which makes the experience 1000x better. I live in Mesa but make the drive just for her to groom my spoiled pups. She is absolutely the best.

Don't go here for your dogs health needs. They are unethical and error at the cost of your fur babies. Banfield staff is irresponsible and this office should be shut down

My 5 start scoring review is for the groomer named Sydney at this location!I don’t know her personally, so this is not a bias review. She is truly one of the best groomers I’ve come across. If not the best one! My dog Louie is a 13 year old cocker spaniel, who has been getting groomed pretty much every month for the last 12 years. I’ve had more than enough experiences with groomers all around Phoenix area (and also out of state) to know a REALLY GOOD one when I see they work. Sidney also seems that she honestly cares about her pet clients.I live right next door to the PetSmart location at old town Scottsdale, but after my bellow average experience with the groomers at the SCD location. I don’t mind driving 20min to get my dog a really good groom.

I have a Yorkie who is almost 14 years old and has anxiety and two bad hips. I was referred to Henna for grooming. She did an amazing job (even though my dog was barking the entire time) Henna took such good care of her and her haircut was fabulous which I know was not easy to accomplish. I also had missed a previously scheduled appointment and Henna and the staff were so sweet about rescheduling her without any problems. Definitely 5 stars from me because I can't give more!!

I wish I would of got names of the wonderful employees that helped me. Straight from adopting my new baby girl Kalani Marie, we had to stop at Petsmart. A gentleman noticed her adoption collar and immediately gave me this coupon book. It saved me so much money I was so thankful. Checkout lady was amazing as well and had some encouraging words. My new go to store for EVERYTHING MY BABY NEEDS!!
