We had never shopped at this Petco before, however I found the employees (2 of them) to be EXTREMELY helpful & knowledgeable. The checkout was quick & the employee there was also friendly. You had a good stock of whatever I needed. This store is one of the nicest Petco's I've been in. We actually came back the next day & shopped again & had the same great service. And prices were good. Thanks

So it wasn’t enough that all the prices went up in your store by over 20%. And you reduced the variety, increase the price on all services, and now your charging for bags. It’s not the cost of the bag. It’s the fact that you’re making huge revenue, and yet are still passing on the cost to the consumer. You realize there’s a Petsmart across the street. And you’re not special enough to continue to nickel and dime and keep customers.

I went in was told I have a $5 off coupon but the representative told me to log into my Petco app. I tried to log in the password I forgot since I have not used it in a long time. I tried to click on forgot password to change it. Well that was not an easy task since I kept getting advertisements and it never slowed me to changey password. The rep said she saw the $5.00 of available till end of next month but she would need to see it on my phone to process the coupon. I just bought the pet food I needed and left. I won't be going back to that location due to the unprofessional help I received.

I went to this location about a week ago to purchase some of their fresh pet vital dog food and the flavor I wanted was not available so I grabbed a different flavor and the two that I grabbed were expired, so I gave them to an employee. I then went back to the case to grab another one and found that all of the packages were expired items. I went to the cashier to let her know that all of their sirloin, fresh pet vital was expired and she said she would tell a manager. I just went back today and those same tubes of food that are expired are still sitting in the refrigerated case. You have lost me for life as a customer because I don’t think it’s OK to be selling expired food that some people may not know that they need to check. Shame on you Petco.

I like Petco. I really like their stores. I don't love their prices. They have wonderful employees. Unfortunately product assortment is somewhat limited.

Good place to find dog food that is Better for your dogs such as orijin bit pricey but My dogs are worth it. they just renovated But it looks good inside Staff is friendly. And dogs are always welcome. Even got a giant bed I would never be able to afford but it was half off. "So doug i think ur giving me ur bed u can have mine"

I am unbelievably angry. I’ve been a vital care member for almost two years now and things have been good. I loved everyone working there. Today I brought Penny in for a nail trim, and when Emily B took the leash she pulled her by her NECK. I said “please don’t pull her by her neck!” And she rolled her eyes and continued to pull her. This is absolutelynot how an animal should be treated; and you would think once I said something, she would’ve apologized and picked her up… but no. I’ve cancelled my subscription and will be going to a groomer. It’s one thing to be administratively bad (there were some issues with the viral care program, but that’s okay) but treating animals like this is unacceptable. Corporate said they’d look into this, and I sure hope Emily no longer gets to treat animals like this.

We have never used Petco grooming services. Always used their competitor. While it's a little confusing if you haven't been in their store before, the Cashier was happy to help. Emily was the groomer, for our 2 older dogs. She did a great job!! We're very pleased with the experience!! ☺️

Incredibly helpful store associate-I had left another pet store by a different company just before arriving at Petco-the other store (Petsmart) had an employee which was very pushy and came off as condescending; they tried to upsell us on a $200 enclosure which I could not afford at the time. I felt uncomfortable and left the other store without buying an enclosure for my new baby crested gecko. Upon arriving at Petco, my son and I were browsing the reptile section and trying to decide on which plants to buy. We were approached by a store associate who was so kind and helpful, that we ended up buying not only a terrarium, but also some plants, and a heater. I am so thankful for the help and grace he showed us which made me feel comfortable enough to invest in a larger enclosure for my new pet. We will definitely be back!

I have going to this Petco for about a year and a half and in that time got another pup and kitty. Being a first time cat owner I was worried I didn't know what what do but the staff is so helpful and not just one but multiple have helped give my cat the best resources and nutrition. Also,, my maltipoo has had the best grooming and I wish I knew who they were I am very happy with this location! I over their curbpickip, grooming, nutrition options, and who they are overall. Thank you!

I spend an absurd amount of money here (because the dogs are spoiled, obviously). All of their prices are reasonable when compared to other pet stores and even online. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. I rarely see a new face- I don't think they have a high employee turn over rate. Everyone is so helpful! We have used their free puppy socialization class for both dogs that I believe really helped make them more confident and social. We never saw any improper handling of the dogs (you stay and watch the whole class). The trainer educates you along the way about a variety of things. They do offer training packages at a good price also. They have a app too that offers discounts for ordering online and either shipping or pick up in store. I find myself using that frequently- so easy to navigate! Overall great place and always preferred over other stores.

Great staff, very helpful. I love their clinics that they have in which you can get shots for your pets. I even got my dog a microchip for $20. The clinics they do for shots are very affordable. This location has everything. They're in the middle of a remodel so it's a little hectic right now but usually it is immaculate and they have a very nice selection. I also used to buy all my reptile food here back when I raised reptiles.

Took my sweet babies to the Petco Groomers. First time taking them there. One's a Yorkie, the other a Miki. They did a good job with the haircuts, and the dogs weren't freaked out afterwards. The prices are competitive with others in the area. I'm satisfied with the experience and will take them there again.

Overcharging for grooming! They keep adding upcharges on top of a full groom price and saying management requires them too. Absolutely ridiculous and I'm finding a new groomer
