Perfect place for pet parents! 🐶Stopped by the use the self service dog wash on a Monday afternoon. No wait. The employee showed me how to use the dog wash and we were ready to go.The dog wash is $10 and took about 30 minutes total to wash a large dog from entry to exit. They supply shampoo, conditioner and two towels. My golden retriever was so clean and fresh after his bath, everyone at the dog park commented how soft he felt and how good he smelled.Highly recommend stopping by here to use the self wash and pick up some dog food or treats. In the day I went the whim we dog dental treats were on sale so I got a bunch. I spent $12 on a bunch of large dental chews for my pup, great value.Protip: bring some extra towels if you can. My dog was super wet and two towels wasn’t enough to get him dry.

I am so happy I found this place. Gave my Maggie a great bath and got some fun,new treats. The gentleman who initially spoke with me on phone and then inside the store was an absolute pleasure to speak with. His name is Raj(sp). This place was legit and chill. Took my Chihuahua Ripley to look for treats and some CBD for her more anxious siblings and the guy there was very helpful. He explained a lot and told me about their self use dog bath that can be reserved and they provide everything.

We love this store! We come here all the time with our 100+ lb dog. She loves it which is great bc she hates water. It helps to have us bathe her since she has separation anxiety. Bath is also super affordable. Love getting healthy and natural treatos for the way home too after :) Staff is always very helpful and super friendly!

We visit Pet Planet every few weeks to use their self service wash. I was previously giving baths at home and can’t see myself going back after experiencing the ease and convenience of using Pet Planet’s equipment. They provide shampoo, conditioner, scrubs, a brush, a grooming table, towels, and a high velocity dryer. The height of the tub with the accompanying ramp and spray nozzle make bath time a breeze.I let my dog choose a toy or a treat after each bath and they have a great selection of both. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Definitely give them a visit!

This place is amazing . I have been bringing my pit bull here for the 2 years mainly to use the dog wash , she loves it and my dog is not usually cooperative when it comes to bath time , she gets soooo excited when we pull up and walks right into the tub they have a ramp which is awesome since she is almost 100 pounds . They have high quality products and the staff is always helpful . They let u do ur thing and never act annoyed that your there .Another awesome thing is whenever I have had an issue with my pets well-being they have been able to help . I thought my dog was dying after her vaccines I told them what was going on and they recommended a product that gave her immediate relief of they bad reaction she was experiencing . It saved me a visit back to the vet on a weekend and my pup is back to fun energetic happy playful self :)That’s just one example they have helped us with other concerns as well . Never once have to let me down . Very knowledgeable and willing to share helpful suggestions and answer questions responsibly with pet parents at any time . I highly recommend this place they are not ur average pet store . Genuine people/ pet lovers for real !!! Thanks pet planet .

This place is amazing and the staff is beyond friendly and accommodating. Took my puggo to do the self wash for the first time. The facilities were clean, they had everything you need for a good bath, and top of that it was only 10 dollars. Amazing sort of treats at a cheap price. And on top of that they hooked me up with a welcome package with free goodies. I am now a returning client of this amazing shop!

Pet planet, is by far the best place for dog food and dog treats are actually any kind of animal they have a lot of stuff there. Jennifer is the owner she's very knowledgeable and always eager to help and Julia is her assistant and she's the same way. Everyone he is always friendly and happy and I'm able to get really good healthy treats for my dogs and they have an alternative to rahhide that my dogs love also. Highly highly recommend taking a trip to pet planet. They also have a dog bath wash area where you can bring your dog and give him a bath there and it's your 1st time it's free and then it's only $10 after that and they do nail clippings for $15 your 6th one is free. I love it there.

Love love love this place! Come here about once a week to use the do-it-yourself dog wash. So affordable, in a private room that looks out directly where I can see my car parked in the lot, and stocked complete with shampoo, conditioner, apron, dog brushes and a high powered dryer.I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes and the guy that works at night time is always super helpful and friendly. Even had some treats that my picky pup actually likes and helped us find a better food brand to help with his dry coat.I just wish it was closer to my house, but the 15 miles drive is absolutely worth it.Oh, and the best part, they are open until 9pm, so helpful for my weird work schedule!!

I love this place! They sell only high-quality all-natural pet foods and treats. The staff are always highly enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable. They will explain the pros and cons of every item in the store, and will describe exactly why they have (or don't have) a particular brand. There are a lot of interesting toys and items for pets. They've provided numerous recommendations for improving my pets' quality of life. They may have actually saved my cat's life when I was describing a problem she was having and they provided advice that completely changed things for the better. I highly recommend Pet Planet if you have a pet whom you love and care about.

This is my favorite store to buy our pet products. They are so knowledgeable here about healthy pet food. I got my neighbor to finally try this place too and anytime I walk in, they ask if I'm buying for my pets or for my neighbor. Most employees know me by name. Great small business to support. Great owners and they have employees who are friendly and knowledgeable.

Just moved to the area and decided to see what this was about. But I absolutely LOVED it! Great place for all your pets needs, and I am blown away that I finally found a place that doesn't make me question if it's natural and good for my pup. And the kicker is....it's reasonably priced!! I just realized they have a pet washing station, so I'll definitely have to try that out! Staff was super friendly, I will definitely make this my regular dog supply store.

Watched my brother's dog today, never been to a pet store in Tempe so swung by with her. Was greeted upon entry, treats were offered to the pup and on the way out I got a goodie bag and more treats for the dog were offered. Very friendly lady made it a pleasant experience, this is how it's supposed to be done with the small business, excellent all around.

Staff, owners and everyone who walks in and out of those doors is just the greatest people. Always willing to help, answer questions, give advice, just the best group of people hands down. We moved out here about 7 years ago and they've been there every step of the way through new adoptions, puppies, and having lost another dog. They're just the greatest with the greatest selection of food and treats and toys for our boys.
