Lavandis, Joseph and Mike with Katchakid installed our safety net. They texted their ETA, showed up during their arrival window and finished the job in the estimated time. They did a beautiful job, were enjoyable to work with, and very knowledgeable about the product. The reason for four stars is not their fault. it is actually because of the owner. When he came out to our house to talk about the different products and how they would work, I specifically asked if the net would shrink in the Phoenix heat. He said that that their net does not shrink but some competitors’ nets do. The three installers completely disagreed with that statement. They said that Arizona is the only state in which their net can shrink. They said it has to be stored in the air conditioning if it’s not going to be used for more than a week during the heat. That was not a fun surprise!!

I had a great experience from start to finish with Katchakid. My initial consultation was with Bob the AZ Katchakid Rep; he brought samples of the mesh gate, net, and cover, and went over all the different options, and answered all my questions I had. With 2 kids (6 & 10yo) I wanted to add extra security to my pool when we're home and when we're not, and felt the Katchakid net was the best choice to keep my kids and guests safe when the pool is not in use. The net holds weight of 485 lbs, and complies with ASTM F1346, which meets the City of Tempe barrier codes for pool/spa cover. Two weeks after my first consultation, Lavandis, Joseph, and Mike arrived promptly to install the net on my new pool. They also contacted me 15 minutes prior to arriving, which I thought was very courteous. They did an incredible job installing the net, and took the time to do a demonstration and walk me through the installation process. It's amazing how taut the net gets following proper install. I also had a pleasant experience with Ana who processed payment and answered questions. All these individuals were pleasant to work with, and I highly recommend this company to secure your pool and help prevent drowning. Thank you!

Though I don't have any trees, I was getting a ton of leaves in my pool on windy days. The birds, particularly duck wete starting to get really interested in my pool also. While looking into a leaf guard I happened on to Katchakid and was impressed by the reviews.Lavandis, Joseph and Mike came out on the first visit and mapped out the shape needed and also installed the anchors in our travertine. I was completely surprised by how the anchors blended in...not noticable at all!4The cover took under two weeks to customize. Lavandis, Joseph and Mike returned to put it on for the first time and to show me the ropes. The cover fits great and looks great! This will be a great enhancement for our pool and backyard! Thanks!

We just installed the Katch-a-Kid net over our pool. We love that it's not obstructive like our old fencing was, and so much less than removable fencing. It's still a very safe feature for when kids come over. It gives us a peace of mind knowing no one will fall in the pool.
