Absolute excellence every step of the way; from ordering, scheduling, office response & service and professional installation. Installer, Zack encountered some issues while retrofitting a new Hale door into an old opening from an old generic door. He recommended building a custom door, at a very nominal upcharge, that would securely fit and provide a better seal. He re-installed the old door so the custom door could be manufactured...no charge for this initial visit and just the standard installation charge upon completion. The completed installation is perfect. The door is very high quality and comes with a 10 year pro-rated warranty. Pricing is competitive with other high end pet doors. I went with Hale because of all the great reviews and I am very pleased.

The tech was very knowledgeable and nice. Quick install and didn't leave any mess. It's the best dog door! I have 2 GSP mixes, got the Tall Large Plus and it's perfect! No issues using it at all.

Whole process was painless! Called to schedule a quote, they came out and advised where to place and what size door to install. I called a couple of weeks later to get on their install calendar, they were able to come out 3 days later.Connor did a fantastic job on the install of our new dog door! Answered all of my questions, explained all about the warranty and replacement parts. Cleaned up expertly when he was finished!Pricing is fair and consistent for the best product on the market. Very very happy!

I contacted Hale Pet Doors about a quote and received a very quick response. They were able to schedule the install within a week. Connor was the installer and did a great job! He was informative throughout the process, finished the job within a couple hours, and everything looks great. All pricing was communicated upfront, and it was all reasonable based on other quotes I received. I highly recommend to anyone needing a pet door!

They did such a fabulous job! They came to the house and were able to very quickly figure out what was needed to put in the pet door, including moving electrical. Incredibly professional, quick, and cleaned up when they were done. They also showed me how to use everything and told me all of the warranty information. The install is done exceptionally well and the door is obviously high-quality, and I feel confident that it will last for many years to come. My dog is absolutely loving it!

Tobias loves his new door he spent last night practicing his in and out skills without being hunched over since Grammy & Grampy bought him the biggest one for his 1st birthday. Of course it was the costliest one cause he is 31" at the whithers and still growing but worth every cent. These doors are USA made and very well constructed.Tobias especially liked conversing with Connor the entire time of install. Tobi loved that Connor actually measured him to make sure he would have accurate placement. He & his brother Miles loved the pats and conversations they had they can spot an animal lover miles away. Thank you Connor.William was a very nice person to deal with at the store, not pushy, knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us make the right choices for Tobias. Thank you William.My children and I have purchased Hale Doors since the mid 80's in the 4 houses we've owned in almost 40 years. I believe the owner and founder (Bill RIP) even installed the first door we purchased. He had high standards then and his daughters expect and give no less. Any time ive had minor issues or questions I was immediately assisted and happy with the results. They have an upgraded Warranty now a days but honestly i've never had to use it. My current door is 29 years old and onlt had to replace the flaps twice due to Sun exposure. I try to keep them dry and clean and dont allow oversized dogs thru them to keep from ripping the flaps it all really helps.I highly recommend Hale and their install team. It took about 2 hours something that would have been an all day for me a DIYer. You won't go wrong!

I highly recommend Hale Pet Door for installation, etc.Hale Pet Door installed a pet door in 2008. In 2016 replaced flaps. Today, Apr 4, 2024 flaps replaced. (normal wear for 3 dogs in and out) Zack from Hale Pet Doors of AZ, Tempe, AZ completed the job. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and neatly dressed. Great job. Connor did a great job installing my pet door recently. This is the third time Connor has assisted with pet door services at my residences (twice at my former residence and once in my new one.) He is always polite, on time, and does superior work. A little extra work had to go into this last project as it was a bit of a challenge but he handled it superbly! Everything was professional and thorough, from the initial phone call with Ken inquiring about the pet door to installation. The technician, Zach, was right on time and completed the large door install in about 90 minutes. The cleanup was exceptional. He explained in detail how to keep the panels clean and even described how to train the pup to use them, suggesting letting the panels fall on her back so she could experience the feeling. Our 10-week-old puppy started using the door a few hours later! Impressive, to say the least.Zach also suggested steps for the puppy to climb on when entering or out the door. I purchased pavers from Lowe's and a piece of carpet and glued the carpet to the pavers to minimize the heat and possible burn on her paws when our Phoenix temperatures reach triple digits. A great company and team!

What an awesome experience! From start to finish this was the best customer service ever. My house is special and has lots of stuff in the way of where the pet door could be installed. Ken was wonderful and patient with me. He explained my options for each location, some required outlets to be moved. I finally landed on the perfect location which did not need an electrician. I appreciated Ken's grace and kindness as I made up my mind and asked a ton of questions. He even answered a few non-pet door related questions about my sliding glass door.i will defiantly ALWAYS refer Hale Pet Doors! Best experience ever.
