Fancy Pets was recommended to us by a friend. And they weren't wrong. This groomer is amazing! We brought both our dog and a cat here for the first time. Our dog is a friendly rescue Catahoula Leaopard type dog but he's a talker and ticklish. Another groomer couldn't cut his nails. But no problem for them. His coat is sift and shiny and he's happy & relaxed.Our cat, is elderly and had stopped grooming. She'd never been to a professional. Also, she was a feral kitten and has never been super tolerant of much contact. They did an excellent job with her Lion cut. And she is feeling so much better. She came home hungry & began eating right away. She started grooming herself again and she emerged from hiding to sit on the cat tree for the first time in months. If you have a cat you're unsure about trusting with a groomer, no need. They are really good.Thank you so much. We will definitely be taking both Rocco (dog) and Ophie back for regular grooming!

I just picked up my two dogs, Lulu and Zoey, from getting groomed at Fancy Pets for the first time, and they both look beautiful! I can honestly say this is the best haircut/grooming either one of them have gotten. They also looked happy when I picked them up and not stressed or scared, another great sign. The business was clean, everybody was friendly, and it was overall a great experience. We will definitely be back!

We've been twice so far, staff is very friendly. Office is very clean. My old gal has come out looking like a puppy again! They are pretty fast as well.The only inconvenience is they only accept personal check or cash, so I had to get cash from the ATM, but honestly that's really not a big deal for me

Absolutely loved these people. Had to cancel 1st appt. because Buggs ran off. But they were patient with us and did a phenomenal job once we got him back. Would Absolutely recommend and will be returning.

I've been coming here with my dog for a few years now. I used to live just up the street but now I'm ~40 minutes away but I don't mind the drive because they always do such a good job. I had a really hard time for awhile finding someone that didn't constantly knick his ears as I get him cut pretty short regularly and I'm happy to say that's never been an issue here.My dog also has back and nerve issues and they're one of the only groomers I trust that take that seriously.

We went there consistently for 6 months in a row. They never remembered my dog’s name and wrote it wrong every single time even when I would spell it for them. His name is Finn. They would write Ben or Ten. The last two times we went, my dog was terrified to go back with them and escaped his harness both times trying to get away from them. He is the sweetest baby who gets excited to even go to the vet. That was very concerning to me. The very last time I went, he got a cut on his nose while there and nothing was said to me at all about it. I also watched them muzzle and restrain countless dogs who were doing nothing wrong except for being scared. I am appalled at the way that they treated dogs. I will never take my dog there again even though it’s super close to my house.

Last minute called to get my Dog's nails cut because he wasn't letting me do it. They took me right away, kept him calm and cut his nails without any issues. The employees were kind and asked if my Reggie needed anything else to bring him back anytime. I'm very protective of my Dog/Son but I felt I could trust them with him. Thank you!

Fancy Pets has always done a wonderful job with my dogs. I had been taking my 16 year old pup (they always gave her a bow on her bday ❤️) there until she unfortunately passed a few years ago. She was the type of dog who didn’t really like anyone but me, however every time I’d pick her up the guy grooming her would rave about her cuddling up to him. After 3 years I finally got a new puppy and once it was time for his first haircut, I made a huge mistake by going somewhere else. He came home hideous and terrified. So once his hair grew back again, I made sure to make the trip to Fancy Pets and it was worth it. He came out not only beautiful but was so HAPPY. The staff were incredibly kind to him and I think he felt very welcomed. Fancy Pets is basically a doggy spa day and I’m so glad my puppy can enjoy being groomed. We won’t be going anywhere else!

Okay experience overall. Prices went up since my last visit (from $50 to $75). No one bothered to inform me and the prices were not listed anywhere, so that was not a fun surprise!!The front desk staff was relatively rude and did not take careful care of my cat either. He had an accident in his carrier that should have been avoided.Otherwise the cut was good.

They are the kindest animal lovers. One of my chihuahua hate strangers. She has no problem coming here. She let's them clip her nails too. My 17 y/o chihuahua adores them. When I get her back she is wagging her tail and not stressed at all. Their prices are inexpensive too. I drive from Gilbert area bec i only trust them with my baby. Thank you Fancy Pet team!

My little Min Pin Charlotte is afraid to get her nails done. But the first time that we stepped into this groomers and they took her back to get her nails done she didn't even flinch. I don't like to leave bad reviews but i felt like my dog was groomed poorly. His ears were uneven, feet and torso had lots of long hairs sticking out. The staff were nice but the groomer i will not say her name didnt do a good job unfortunately i didn't notice until i got home. I will never bring him back and this was his first time.

I’ve gotten my cats nails trimmed twice here and have been very impressed both times! The staff is very sweet and obviously care about their job. It usually takes no more than 10 minutes and I like that I can see from the waiting room to make sure my cat is being taken care of. Very affordable pricing as well!

I took my golden retriever to this location this morning to get a light grooming, and they did exactly what I had asked for. My puppy came home smelling amazing, and his nails were trimmed. He looked incredible. My husband and I cannot get over how nice the staff was and how affordable it was for our dog to get a refreshing cut. We will gladly be back when needing services! Got both of my baby’s nails done today. They met me outside and took both in at the same time. No wait, and no appointment needed! Was quick and easy! They were super friendly and professional. Support local businesses! Make sure you bring cash or check since they do not accept credit cards. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great groomer!

I brought my cats in to get shaved and Stacey did an awesome job. The cats Love it as they now think they are kittens and I LOVE it as I don't have the tumbleweed cat hair floating all over the house. This is my new grooming place. She reported that all the cats behaved and cooperated so it's a win win situation. I will definitely recommend Fancy Pets to anyone inquiring about grooming services.

I have been going to Fancy Pets for over 20 years, they are the best!! They love my dog's and my dogs love them!! They get you in and out,call you when there done and you pick them up!!
