This is a great shop, I've been a customer here for about 3 years now. They have a great selection of new and used aquariums and other gear. The staff is always so friendly and willing to answer any questions. Anyone looking to get into the aquarium hobby should check them out!

I’ve always had a great experience in this store. I’ve enjoyed talking to the guys who work there, who clearly enjoy the hobby and are full of useful information.I came in, most recently, to purchase some new driftwood to rescape my largest tank. I was given some invaluable information on how to improve my freshwater sump, and even given some egg crate to make a baffle.Sure, egg crate might be fairly inexpensive, but as one hobbyist helping another, it was a genuine gift in good faith…and that speaks volumes about their store. Thank you so much!

I’ve visited multiple times and made a few purchases. It’s a pretty cool store because every time you go, there’s something new and different. The people that work there are friendly and don’t mind chatting through questions.My only complaint is that prices have gone up quite a bit. I was told $18 for a large sponge filter the last time I was there. Last year they had sponge filters and I got the same size for $10.I’ve noticed some of the smaller tanks are way overpriced. You can get the same tanks brand new at Petsmart for cheaper. I asked about price matching for some substrate that was around $10 cheaper online. They said no, which I can understand. But such significant price increases make it hard to shop local instead of online or through a big pet store.

I love this place! I have been to many aquarium stores around The Valley as my daughter and i were learning and trying to set up a sea salt aquarium. This location is our favorite everyone there is helpful and very nice. Vina took the time to show me everything i would need, he even set up the filters for me so I wouldn’t struggle once i got home! He gave me his contact info in case i had any further questions. Definitely recommend this place to everyone thats wondering . 10/10. ❤️

NEVER go to this place. Terrible, dirty, unkept looking, completely unprofessional store and unbelievably rude staff who have no idea what they’re talking about. Every time I’ve been in, there’s always dead fish in every display and for every other fish in the store if they’re not dead, they’re dying. The place is filled with animal neglect. They also knowingly sell broken equipment to people. The store is filled with trash, used equipment that is often completely broken and then they won’t let you return it and then they blame the customer for buying the broken items that they’re selling to people. It’s a completely unprofessional business that I believe should be shut down, the only reason they are still open is because they scam their customers. DO NOT waste your money at this place. This place is a disgrace to the industry.

Customer service was good. Friendly and professional: prices and selection not so good. African cichlids are $25-$40 a peice. Got same fish for $7.99- $11.99 at petCo.Cleanliness needs to be addressed as well.

all I’m saying is I saw 11 perfectly fine empty tanks right next to 10 Betta fish sitting in the same cups you see at Petsmart and Petco AND a *free betta w/ purchase* sign next to the plastic half gallon tanks that are hardly suitable for shrimp. Good place to find parts though.

Awesome store for used aquariums and equipment needed to startup a fish tank. They have stands skimmers used substrate, live rock, ect. Very small selection for fresh/salt water fish. A little disappointment with a purchase of a fire eel with ick, however employee was understanding and gave reassurance of return policy if needed. The main attraction personally was their stingrays.

Vina was extremely helpful…came down to get dechlorinating solution and information on turning a pond feature into a koi pond. Because of my location, he suggested some other shops that would work better for me.I highly recommend this store for your aquarium needs!

Going to start by saying there are not many stores that are as kind as this one. Ian and Vena are both very nice gentleman and are there truly because they love the hobby. I learned a lot on my visit, I’ve tried multiple stores across Arizona and this one it’s definitely at the top of my list, I live in Tucson and it’s definitely worth the drive. Their store is clean and has a great layout I would suggest this to anyone new to the hobby, they have fish tanks to chose from and can truly get you going without breaking the bank, if you have no clue how to start please go here and give them your business and get started in the hobby!(Ps) look at this awesome piece of drift wood I got! Definitely a unique piece.

Awesome place easy on the budget great ppl vertical helpful and caring ok been back many times now never had any problem getting help ask for Scott he will go all out to get you what you need and the savings I got and info made me get another smaller tank Scott and all helped me even get a tank set up for a friend that is very sick and now in a wheel chair sshhhh she hasn't got it yet she went to the hospital again but they helped me set her up sweet 10 gallon tank and plants etc they care not only about fish but ppl will add the pic of the tank when I go set it up for her so keep checking back o remember ask for Scott he will never talk at you 😉 and cares to help everyone he can or ask for guppy guy if you want any kind of fish or answer about fish etc learning a lot from them all are tank looks great and the fish are happy

Started my aquarium with this place! Really laid back staff and owner is honest and upfront with what you need. They have a decent fresh and saltwater fish selection, also Coral frags and plenty of live rock. They have a small selection of aquatic plants but they usually get new ones fairly often. But they do have plenty of is used fish tanks and equipment at reasonable prices!

Excellent if you're looking for used aquariums and equipment, but selection of freshwater fish is limited and hit or miss. Customer service is also just ok, you'll need to track employees down if you need help.
