I went in a month or so ago to get a new rug that I had already picked out online, the topic came up about my old rug and he had me bring it in and the gentleman stated he could clean it and I did not need to buy a new one. I got my rug home and unrolled it and ALL 4 corners were lifting and the rug is shedding real bad now. i called multiple times and there were 2 people working when I left however no answered the phone. I left a message a no one called me back. I didn’t have the energy so I just cut my losses as I look for a new rug but I wouldn’t recommend their cleaning service.

Visited the shop on 3/27/23 to pick out a rug for our bedroom. We knew nothing about rugs and we had a tight deadline (new bedroom set being delivered). We were helped by Dennis, who took his time and walked us through the store. He was happy to help us understand our options and I appreciate his patience as he asked questions about what we liked as we toured the store. We ended up keeping Dennis late but he never rushed us once. At the end of the day we were really happy with our purchase and the service provided at Arizona Rug Company. Also want to mention that after we purchased we came home and were slightly fuzzy on all the details of the rug we purchased, so I called the shop the next day and chatted with Ed, the owner who provided me with all of the details on the rug. I'm a happy customer and would recommend Arizona Rug Company to others.

Can't recommend them enough!I had a flood that damaged and discolored several high value Persian rugs. The fringes turned red, blue colors in the rugs ran (see closeup pic).Dennis and Ed were super helpful throughout the process and the carpets turned out great! (see 2nd pic) The fringes are the whitest they have been in a decade and the color run was completely restored!

Hung a 10'x14' 80lb fine persian qum rug. Ed was extremely helpful in consulting on the options and picking the right rod, sleeves and brackets. Dennis was immensely passionate about fabricating and installing the rug in a precise manner. Both were flexible in addressing all the items to ensure a great quality tapestry in the home. The pricing for stitch and install was affordable. Highly recommend.

Great service, friendly people, and good prices. We first went to Arizona Rug Company when looking for a new rug this summer. There was no pressure, no one following us around, but Adam was easily available if we had questions (exactly how I like to shop). We returned a month and a half later and Jay helped us locate the rug we had liked from our earlier trip. The price was reasonable and we were very happy with our beautiful rug. We were so happy with the service that they were the first people I thought of when I needed a new pad for two rugs I already had. They were very helpful and gave me a discounted price, even giving us some remnants for our runner. I will definitely return here in the future when I need another rug.

I had such an enjoyable and educational rug buying experience with Ed and his staff at Arizona Rug Company. He and Dennis spent time teaching me about the rich and wonderful history behind these special works of art. Ed even came to my house and provided a consultation, which was very helpful. (I bought several rugs). The delivery and installation assistance was very much appreciated as well. It is clear that Ed has an incredible knowledge and is also very focused on making sure the customer is satisfied and comfortable with their new investment. After several frustrating months of shopping online for (and returning several) area rugs, I finally decided to check out a few rug stores in person. Since Arizona Rug Company had the best reviews, the Scottsdale location was my first stop. I was promptly greeted by Adam, who was super helpful and knowledgeable without being overbearing while I shopped. His associate (so sorry I didn't catch her name!) was such a sweet lady, patiently helping me navigate rows and rows of rugs while I narrowed down my preferences. I finally found the perfect rug for my space, and at a great price! I have never had such a pleasant shopping experience anywhere, so much so that I will only shop at AZ Rug Co for my rugs from now on. I also brought in a rug that my husband bought while in Afghanistan, which was in need of some serious cleaning. Adam was kind enough to unload the rug from my car, explain the cleaning process and suggest a few ideas for updating/repairs. I wish I would have found AZ Rug Co before the months of headache and hassle I wasted with online sites!

As a family of nine, we are heading on a cruise to Turkey. We were interested in learning about the construction of Turkish Rugs as we are thinking of purchasing a rug while in Turkey. Ed the owner told me to come in and he would educate me on what to look for and how to negotiate. He even offered to consult with me about the purchase before I make it. The rugs in the showroom are truly beautiful. This place has earned my business for life. They are friendly, honest, and clearly believe in the trade.

My wife and I enjoyed our visit to Arizona Rug Company in Tempe. Dennis was the initial salesman we met at our first visit. He was very knowledgeable about the types of area rugs (11 x 8 foot size) and really knew his inventory well. The owner, Ed, helped us on our repeat visit to finalize our choice. Arizona Rug Company cleaned and repaired the fringe on one Chinese silk rug and one Turkish silk rug. Both Ed and Jay were friendly and knowledgeable and the price was reasonable, especially considering the special nature of both jobs. We purchased a rug from Ed on the sales floor. Very good to work with, excellent advice, and great prices. He was a pleasure to work with! Jacob delivered the rug, helped me move a heavy couch off the old rug, laid out the mat underneath, rolled out the rug, made sure it was even, trimmed the mat so it wouldn't show, and helped me carry out the old rug.
