I love a store that will have 8 people stocking the dairy section. Then try to get help in the electronic department and not a soul. I asked for assistance and waited 10 minutes still no one. I ran multiple facilities and never had one of my departments not staffed, and if I was short staffed I would handle it myself.

Why is management allowing everyone to bring in their dogs!!??!! It says right on the door service animals only... these dogs do not have service vest on!! The other day I witnessed 2 dogs barking at a girl in a wheelchair!! I've seen a dog put his nose on the meat counter! Tonight I saw a dog pee in the middle of an isle and the owner just kept walking! Come on walmart. Have a back bone and stop letting these people bring in their not service dogs!!

Very embarrassed about the treatment I received. I rolled in and spent 400 dollars and was treated like a criminal. I arrived around 830 and the associate I greeted, on her way into work, was polite. On the way out she treated me rudely, but with a smile. She told her young partner in the self check out my order as she watched me scan every item. When I got my receipt for the first half she asked me why the receipt was cut off. I told her I didn't know. When I finished my second order she again questioned me as to my receipt that didn't come out. To question me on the scanning, while she watched standing next to me, then question me about the receipts that didn't come out, which another associate came over to fix because it was jammed, was embarrassing and insulting, and not even an apology. I am very saddened by the behavior of this associate. To spend 400 dollars, be watched every second, questioned about the machine that was broken was very poor people skills. If you are going to treat like a criminal when I go through self check out then hire trained cashiers. Very, very disappointed!😔

I feel uncomfortable going here every single time. The coach Renita is very unprofessional and is very nosey and will ask you personal questions while she is on the clock. And if you have family that works there, she will say negative things about them to you.She threw a personal jab at me about an ex I had that was in another state. I never told her about this, and she somehow found out. Very disgusting behavior.

So today around 3 I finished grocery shopping and I bought a scratch lottery ticket I sent my kids to go change it I was next to them , a lady named JUANITA, very angry told me she had the right to refused to give me the money because kids can't buy lottery tickets , I told her ok... well I bought it .. and she constantly kept repeating this is the last time , next time we will refused , I told her I bought the ticket and what I'm I suppose to do next time , take my kids to the car and leave them alone so I can come purchase a lottery ticket?This lady was rude , gave me dirty looks and idk if she is the manager because she sure acted it like it! I will be sure to tell everyone about her! She should not be working customers service!!!

Really Nice Walmart. Clean and organized which is rare. All checkouts were open and checkout was fast. For a Sunday it was an easy shopping trip.

The Taylor Walmart is small but OK. The employees I've spoken to are helpful and friendly. Prices are somewhat higher than found at Walmart's in the Phoenix area but this is expected.

Has a child and substance abuser as AP. Had me kicked out because I told a group of catcallers to shut-up and never talk to me again. Can't shop here for two years and they lost over $1,000/month from dad and I who were kicked out.

Has to be one of the best Walmart’s around. Super clean and never that busy. They have a tower where you can get your online orders. Great Walmart.

Very nice service here, everyone is willing to help and seems educated on their surroundings. It's a smaller store but from what I hear people prefer it over the show low location. I know I do, The show low is store is quite rude and dirty at that. No, not as much variety as the bigger stores but has everything you need ☺

The selection of clothes was very good , I stopped there to buy some Xtra small sweat suits for my husband's auntie Bessie, and we were able to find everything very easily. Really surprised me I will shop there again if I'm ever up that way. I'm from phoenix

Customer service has gone to the birds with Wally world 🌍. I wanted to buy a full over full bunk bed. Since I don't yet have an address on my new property, I needed my item shipped to store.Well guess what? They no longer offer this service!

Always busy here. But I love it here because the customers are always so helpful and friendly. You might not be able to find an associate but just stop someone and they are ready to help. Clean store , well stocked too!

Was here at the Taylor Wal-Mart 2 days ago to pick up some hamburgers and hotdogs for a family BBQ. They had a few packages of meat but not what I wanted, what kind of store runs out of hamburgers and hotdogs ? The picture shows the entire meat selection for this store.

In all fairness I have to say I do like the store. It's always well stocked and their staff is great with customer service. The reason for the 3 star rating is the self checkouts their turning to take away someone's job but your doing the work your scanning, bagging even to the fact the cashiers load your cart. Your doing the cashiers job but not getting paid

Small town Walmart with lots of friendly faces and the shelves well stocked. We always find what we need here, and most of the time things we don't need but can't resist. Since being built this Walmart has made a good addition to our town. So long as we can keep it limited to this, I think we'll be fine. I just don't want to see it get out of control with development. There's something comforting about a tight knit community and Walmart embodies that feeling within its walls with it's family like atmosphere.
