bigger red head girl has the wrose attitude ever, walked out pissed because all she does is confuse me because of her unprofessional explaining, she kept rolling her eyes when I asked a question and was just the rudest person for no reason, not the only time. about 4 months ago when i came in she was on her phone the whole time and didnt make any sense, also super rude.

Forget trying to call the number. You'll get someone from overseas. I wanted to ask this store if they had a particular charger in stock before we drove 30 miles. I had to answer a bunch of irrelevant questions before the overseas CSR finally transferred me to the store where I had to give them all the information again. Really stupid. Answer your own phone.

Told us we would get 5G connection and Unlimited Data. First month was fine. Second month ridiculous bill for using Data. We go to the Verizon Portal and it SAYS we have 5G and Unlimited Data but we didn't. Called support and they straight up refused to get us a supervisor to talk to. Lied to us to get a commision.

There were two employees on duty when I stopped in, and neither one could take a quick second to even acknowledge my existence. I realize they were both with customers at the time, but there were plenty of opportunities over the 5 - 10 minutes I was wandering around the store to do so. How hard is it to simply look up and say "Hello, be with you in a few minutes?" I don't know how they are with the gadgets, but their customer service skills leave much to be desired.

Super unhappy with this GoWireless location. Bought a $43 glass screen protector here two weeks ago to the day. It’s been through normal everyday use, no falls or impacts, just from my nightstand to my pocket and back each night. Yet the screen is chipping all along the edges. GoWireless’ receipt states all screen protector sales are final unless defective; to me, falling apart two weeks in from normal use is a defect. Albert told me that because I didn’t pay an extra $20 for their replacement plan there was nothing they could do to help me. Save yourself the heartache and walk 100 feet to Walmart to buy your phone’s accessories, where they’ll refund or exchange defective products hassle free.

This location was very nice! The staff greeted me as I walked in and asked what I was needing help with that day. Owen, the manager there, was very helpful! I was there to get an upgrade and he helped me find a new phone that would work for me. He was very knowledgeable on the products, and explained which phones might be best to upgrade to from the phone I currently had. Owen also worked to help get me the best deal for my trade in. I love my new phone and would highly recommend going to this location when you need to upgrade or need something fixed.

I had some issues with my previous device and went in a few days ago and ended up working with Alexandra she was very, very helpful letting me know details on multiple different devices because I was upgrading and she gave me details on any phone that peaked my interest. She was also able to recommend the quality of multiple brands for accessories and made sure I had everything I needed for my new phone making my visit very easy and informational while being polite the whole time it was a phenomenal visit!

I have come here several times over the last few years and each time I have been helped and all of my issues have been resolved. The last visit was particularly complicated. We needed to move phone numbers from different companies back to Verizon and we had older phones that needed new SIM cards. It was a lot to do. Not only was everything resolved, but we were treated well and everything was explained perfectly to help us going forward. Even if there is a large group, they always communicate timing and want to be fair to everyone who comes in. They have my strongest recommendation and I will continue to go to them with all my future needs.
