Talk about a blessing in disguise. We stumbled upon Malapai Meat Packing not because we were on the hunt for some good meat, but because we found/saved their lost dog!! We had Mr.Ronnie for a few weeks before we were finally able to get him home to his owners who just so happen to own Malapai. While returning him, we were able to grab some green chili brats and ohhhhhhh my, they were an absolute life changer. Turns out we also had some of their steaks in our freezer that we were gifted from a friend a few weeks prior. Best. Meat. EVER. I won’t buy meat anywhere else ever again. Our next purchase is going to be bacon (and more brats of course because those were absolutely amazing).

Meat quality excellent! Friendly and caring staff. They offered right away to carry my 2 large boxes of meat out to my car when they heard me mention I have back problems. Reasonable prices. They do close an hour for lunch, so check their time for this.

BEWARE! Rib eye steaks 1/3 fat! We purchased a package of two 10oz rib eyes. In reality we received two 9oz rib eyes which were 3 3/4oz pure fat. We paid top dollar for 20oz yet only received 10.5oz.
