In our quest for the perfect pet groomer since moving back to Phoenix, we've tried five options, but Diamond @ Well Groomed is truly exceptional and Patty the owner is a great person. Our puppies receive the best haircuts and exceptional customer service here. Diamond's skill surpasses any groomer we've encountered in the past five years across three different cities. What's even better is that our dogs stay calm during drop-off, and we get photo updates throughout. Plus, the process usually takes just over an hour from start to finish. We highly recommend Well Groomed.

This was my first time taking our pup there. Great experience. I love how they send photos throughout the process . It’s helpful because I wanted a slight change on her grooming of the feet and was able to relay that to them through the communication they had kept with me . They took great care of her . I highly recommend them ❤️❤️

I love this place above all other places because they took their time with my sweet Saturn and texted me updates about every step of the process they took. No one else would trim her because they told me she was too scared. I brought her here and she came out a whole brand new dog. She’s been the happiest dog ever since and she looks amazing. Thank you “Well Groomed Pets” for taking your time with my baby. I reccomend this place to anyone and everyone who has pets. Guaranteed you won’t regret it!! Pics are before and after!!!

I highly recommend WGP! They have an awesome customer service feature that allows the groomer to send updates and photos of how things are going. The groomer understood exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job on my Wheaten Terrier. She had some matting and the groomer took the time to take them out instead of shaving her completely. Regretfully, I had taken my other dog (a whoodle) to a different groomer and he had less matting than our Wheaten and was still shaved down completely.I will definitely be taking both my dogs here moving forward.

They are very well organized and the shop is very clean. Such a nice group off people and I didn't have to wait weeks to get an appointment. My dog looks great and his grooming was fairly quick. Thanks Well Groomed and Diamond (our groomer)

Well Groomed Pets did an excellent job washing and deshedding my German Shepherd! Everyone working there is very friendly and they even sent me update pics throughout the process and the pics showed that my dog was just chilling as they took care of him. Will definitely be taking my Milo to visit again.

We have been unsatisfied with several groomers in the past, just not getting the cut we requested and just overall not a polished groom. Diamond worked on my dog Rosie, and she did an amazing job! 100% satisfaction. And highly recommend.

Amazing experience for all 3 of my dogs with great groomers. All 3 came back beautiful, smelling great, and most importantly…happy! I love how they text you pictures of your dog along the process. My daughter and I would look forward to those texts and couldn’t wait to see how they all looked when they were done. Very pleased with our experience and will be returning for future grooming!

Took our mini Aussie in for her first grooming. Our bad that it wasn’t done earlier as she had some matting behind her ears. Made appt for Saturday that didn’t go well. Maddie was way too anxious. The staff tried thier best to no avail. They recommended asking about mild sedative from our vet. Long story short we did that and tried to have her groomed again today. All went perfect. The little knuckle head looks great now. Great communication on Maddie’s status. The staff is simply awesome! Already made next appointment for 8 weeks out. Thanks
