You’re lucky if you get an employee to greet you. The self scan employees are the worst. I filed a complaint with my experience before back in February ‘24 for the employees depraved behavior. (See email below). I tried one last time yesterday and reluctantly used self scan because I had 3 items. The employee Sherry with the red lipstick and glasses stood right next to me, watched me and never spoke as I watched her greet others. I forgot to grab my $2 in change from the dispenser and came back 30 seconds later to inquire about. She claimed she didn’t see it. You were right there, Sherry. I am done shopping here merely because of convenience. l’ll go out out my way to shop elsewhere.

Love their selection of food and great low prices. Although, I don't understand why they have 20 cashier stations, and only 2-4 are open, any day of the week. Although I do have to say, 95% of the associates working on the floor are very knowledgeable about where to find items.

I Came In To Get A Blanket For The Cold Winter Nights In Surprise, AZ. I Wasn't Disappointed In All The Awesome Products. I Bought Clothes For My Nephew That Look Great On Him. I Liked The Cool Scooter They Lent Me To Shop With & So Did My Other Nephew. I Liked All The Nice Hard Working Employees Who Helped Make My Shopping Experience Fun And Easy. Thank You For All That You Do. I Definitely Appreciate & Recommend This Awesome Location 💯.

We travel full time so we have been to a lot of walmarts. This was the best one I have been too. It was quiet and not crowded and the staff was super helpful.

I've had consistently positive experiences at Walmart on Watson Rd in Buckeye. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is well-organized. I appreciate the wide selection of products, and the prices are competitive. Overall, it's a convenient and reliable place for my shopping needs.

Let's me Clear! This is not a 24 hour Walmart.. It shows Supercenter and automatically a person would think its open 24 hours. Usually this Store is very Crowded and you start to feel yourself in a rush just finish your shopping and leave, it's tough to get parking... If your in the need for a quick Shopping trip in the middle of the night this is not your place to go...

Lines are long and as always self checkout and being watched from behind as I do their job.And when I go to leave, they want to hold me up at the door to see if I stole anything. So I told her no they can't see my receipt, I was already watched while doing your job have a nice day

This place can go either way I feel like their customer service is definitely lacking but the oversees prices can hardly be beat. They have a weir set up to get to the tire dept. You have to pull out opposite garden side and follow street around building. That being said found the best price on tires I will let you know how they hold up. Update 7.28.22 this stores auto department is trash. Stay away. If something is wrong there is no one to take responsibility for the situation..... Avoid

Had an appointment for tire installation. Their equipment wasn't going to work for these low profile tires. Jason got me in at another Walmart in an hour. Awesome!!!

I arrived at a vacant lifeless lot. Obviously can't do a return today. Apparently today's thanksgiving, I don't engage in these frivolous events nor my birthday. Now I know there's plenty of other people that do, not the issue, however the holiday is the topic a lot of people are probably driving around like me pulling into the parking lot and realizing that Walmart is already closed now I know I should have called before I left the house but the map said that it was open and the hours would differ as a matter of fact all the Walmarts right now say they're open it's about 1:45 p.m. Thursday November 23rd , 2023. Happy Thanksgiving. I'll be sure to ask tomorrow if they're open, what time they decided to close.

The Pottery Place is popular for good reason. You can meander through good quality art pieces in great variety just as you might take a leisurely stroll at a yard sale looking for treasure. But this yard is massive in comparison. Staff has been consistently excellent in service every time we have visited. It is not a discount shopping experience, but the price are not unreasonable. Sorry I didn't take more photos, but you can find plenty online.

This Walmart is actually pretty good. Because it is in a centralized area, this Walmart is very busy from surrounding neighborhoods. Employees are generally nice, with the exception of a couple of cashiers. 1 was in a very, very bad mood, another would not focus on checking this woman out, and they kept gabbing while the line increased. The self check outs move at a decent pace. Aside from that, the salon has talented hairstylists (I got a decent haircut, ask for Eva), the store is clean, and their produce section is very good! During the holidays, food stock is very low in some areas = typical. WIC products tend to disappear quickly, especially Fairlife milk. Overall, VERY busy during peak hours, clean store, typical employee responses, but there are more nice ones than discontented ones. Women's bathroom is kept clean. Good store.

The store is always clean and well stocked I'm glad they got the electric carts fixed which makes it easier to get around to shop. 6-13-23 was in the store around 7 pm it was like a Ghost Town Maybe the whole store had 100 people including employees. And it is still very clean

Just not helpful. It's like the employees purposely make sure they don't know where anything is or they don't speak English.Either way you have to walk around aimlessly trying to find stuff. Or someone will say oh yeah, that's over in pharmacy. You walk all the way to pharmacy. It's not in pharmacy and then pharmacy says oh no, it's over. In this department. this location has always been a cluster. I tried to avoid it.🙄

WAS the best Walmart in the West Valley. Update - Undergoing changes - Hopefully, stock will improve. Right now, things are a mess, lack of products and very disorganized. Will be a few months before we return.

On Monday, December 11, 2023, I visited the WallMart Autocenter #2777 in Surprise, Arizona around 6:20 pm. My car battery, which was still under warranty, had died, so I asked the employees at the auto center for assistance. However, despite there being more than five employees present, they refused to help me and claimed that they had closed early due to a lack of staff. I pointed out that they close at 7 pm and there were still 40 minutes left, but they still refused to assist me.Feeling disappointed, I requested to speak to the Walmart manager in hopes that someone could help me with my problem. A woman named Glenna identified herself as the store manager and informed me that she could sell me the battery, but I would have to change it myself and bring the used one back for a warranty refund. I explained that I didn't have the tools or knowledge to change the battery myself, but she still refused to help me.I had purchased the battery from Walmart in June of the previous year, and it came with a four-year warranty. However, my problem was not resolved, and I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed, despite having a warranty with Walmart that was not honored, and the service was not provided. This left me feeling very disappointed.

Nice and quiet when you shop at 10pm. I was able to take my time and make informed decisions about the products I was purchasing. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I recommend doing your shopping after 9pm at this location. It's extra busy during the morning and afternoon.

I shop at this Walmart. Usually without problems..this is 5 stars for a gal named Cheryl in clothing area!!!!!Today. Went to customer service to return a few things..one item had no receipt. Csr person could not pull up the item in the storeDefinitely purchased at a Walmart but no receiptShe sent me back to clothing to find one that matches mineCould not find exact match..talked with person in the clothing area..her name was Cheryl..she had been trying manager to no avail. But she took time to help me find the pants that matched mine... and putting an amt. So I could go back to csr for refundCheryl is a true CSR person. Willing to go extra mile to helpI hope Walmart realizes what a gem they have in Cheryl!!!!!

Went fishing today, needed worms for my granddaughters. I was pleasantly surprised that Wal-Mart was not packed with Black Friday shoppers. We were in and out of there quite fast.
