Today was my first time at this location, I went to the drive through to pick up and I was greeted by the most angelic smile by Krista the pharmacy manager! I’ve never had anyone ever greet me like that. She was so sweet and happy she left an impression on me. Walgreens you have a winner here! Krista thank you for ordering my meds & the great customer service.

We've been using this location for our Pharmacy since 2013. There have been ups and downs depending on who's running it. Right now we have been having massive issues with Phoenix Children's Hospital calling in prescriptions for our son who has brain cancer, and the pharmacy not filling them. PCH will leave provider voicemails, and even speak directly to someone and we never get our meds. I am livid. We need this medication, it isn't an issue with insurance or anything like that. It is ALL to do with the incompetence of the pharmacy.

I would give no stars if that was an option. We've been going to this pharmacy for years and were very happy with them. Since they changed their staff, it's been horrible. It doesn't look like they know what they are doing. They never answer the phones. If they say something is going to be ready in 10 minutes and you go the next day, you still get the same answer.I am definitely going to switch to another pharmacy.

The pharmacy seems to be randomly closed all the time. I've lost count of the number of times I've driven there to get my very needed prescriptions only to find out the pharmacy is closed and I better hope it's only closed for the day instead of multiple days (which has happened). Transferring my prescriptions to a different Walgreens just for one day is impractical and not possible in some cases as some of my prescriptions are a controlled substance. I am so frustrated with this place as they were closed yet again today. This time they said the pharmacist was out sick. Which to be clear I don't blame the pharmacist for, people get sick, it happens. But I do blame Walgreens for not having better contingency plans instead of just shutting the pharmacy down and risk my and others health and safety.Also as many have pointed out it's not uncommon to spend 30+ minutes on hold only to get hung up on. As well as several members of the pharmacy staff a are pretty rude. They treat you like they hate you just for being there.Lastly I will give credit where credit is do. One of the actual pharmacists is super nice and friendly. I'm always happy when she's helping me.

Pharmacy is the worst one I have ever been two.They never fill prescription that are sent in until the next day.And have Covid and my husband went there twice to get my prescriptions and they kept saying they didn’t have it. I went and they found it in their computer system.The girl behind the counter would not give me my prescription and asked someone else to do it like she was afraid. Well after 56 minutes on hold and walked in while still on hold and you tell me “we just are too busy to answer our phones”. Well you get me all sick in your place.Change and move it to CVs or Costco. I Walgreens is not good anymore.

If i could give zero stars i would. This pharmacy is horrible! They get prescriptions wrong or they dont even send in the right prescription to be approved by your insurance. My daughter’s doctor sent in a prescription for an inhaler that she needed asap when i went to go pick it up they said the doctor didn't send in the prescription right and they cant give it to us and unfortunately it was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and the doctors office closed early so we had to wait until Monday to talk with her doctor, come to find out that they never even sent in the right prescription the doctor had given they took it upon themselves to put in a different inhaler and thats why my insurance didn’t approve it. But if they would have just put in the exact prescription that was given to them my daughter wouldn’t of went 5 days without it. I called them that following Monday to tell them they need to fill the right inhaler and of course they didn’t have it and said we would have to wait a few more days! At that point we just switched pharmacy's and was able to get it filled within 20 minutes that day. I will never go back to this pharmacy again.

Pharmacy Randomly Closes, requiring you to transfer your prescriptions to a different location, which takes more time to be filled. The last time me and my wife picked up a prescription the employee that helped with our order was extremely sick and miserable. Not ideal when people are already sick and are there to get medication. Kind of makes no sense to go get meds for one thing then get sick with the common cold or flu because they allow sick workers. Will not be giving this location our business any longer.

Every time I call the pharmacy and get “Krista” (sorry, if I spelt your name wrong) on the phone, it’s always such a pleasant, quick exchange. She always has a positive attitude on the phone and it really is a nice experience calling and having someone sweet help you. (Thank you, 5 stars is solely for Krista in pharmacy) -Also the other pharmacy staff I have encountered while picking up my medication has been kind too and I honestly haven’t had any issue with this pharmacy since using them the past year and a half-

This pharmacy is a joke. I called ahead to see if they’d take my insurance before setting up an appointment for a flu shot and COVID booster. They told me they have no way of knowing that even when I provided my insurance information. I called my insurance provider and they said Walgreens and this specific Walgreens will take my insurance. Get there 10 minutes ahead of my appointment time. Lady says there’s another person ahead of me so it’ll be “awhile” before I get seen. 40 minutes go by and the nurse who has been repeatedly muttering “more shots… I don’t wanna…” over and over comes out and says “Gary! We’ll take you now, we’re having problems with someone else’s insurance.” I tell them that it’s now 30 minutes beyond my appointment time and I have to go to work. I needed both my insurance card and my COVID card back and as I’m asking why they won’t take my insurance nobody had an answer. I’ve been to plenty of other pharmacies where they run it and give you a yes or no answer in 4 seconds. I will never be back to this or any Walgreens location. Wholly unprofessional behavior coupled with a nurse vocally complaining about having to give out vaccinations. That’s, 1. Your job, 2. Helping people. I’m honestly embarrassed the staff is this incompetent.

Is there a zero stars option? This Pharmacy never answers the phone. Never. They pick up the phone and hang up. Then when you call back you're put on hold. The automated system tells you you have x number of people ahead of you. When that goes to zero, the phone rings eternally and they never pick up. This is unacceptable. Nobody should go here. Just skip it and move on. Worst.

Does anyone work in the pharmacy? No one ever answers the phone. Well actually, they do answer and hang up right away, having you call back to again be placed on an eternal hold. Lots of other pharmacy options in the area with much better service.Walgreens also doesn’t have a very good selection inside. Again, much better options to get what you need elsewhere

Worst pharmacy ever. They get your medications wrong. Tell you you don’t have any prescriptions available when you really do. They are extremely slow. Takes 4 days to fill a prescription! That’s crazy

It is impossible to reach anyone on the phone at this pharmacy. I run into an issue/delay with just about every prescription they fill whether it be a new one or auto-refill. This has been going on ever since Covid and I'm out of patience. I've had to go days without my medication on multiple occasions. Do they not realize they are affecting peoples' well being? Time to switch pharmacies.

We were having issues finding a pharmacy that had Tamiflu for our sick kid. We called this location and they told us that they had it in stock and they could fill it tonight. We had the prescription sent over and expected to be notified when it was filled. At 7 pm we called to verify it was received and would be filled. They told us it would be. After 830 pm we called to check and they didn't answer. We called multiple times and they either didn't answer or put us on hold then hung up on us. I realized they closed at 9pm so I got there as quickly as possible arrived at 9:01 and could see them in the window. As soon as they saw me they ducked behind the counter and hid from me. They wouldn't respond to a knock on the window. I picked up some over the counter meds and went to check out. I was making a complaint to the manager when the pharmacy Technician came up to the counter. I told the manager that he was one that ducked and ignored to which he laughed at me. Told me that I arrived late. Even though we had been trying to confirm with them for 2 hours that it would be done. He then yelled at me telling me they wouldn't ignore our calls and I was late. Incredibly frustrating. Manager just walked away and didn't even finish talking to me.

Great a staff. To many customers not enough employees. Takes forever to get things especially in pharmacy. Plan on a 30 min trip.....update plan on a 45 min wait guaranteed

I love the older gentleman who always works. I think he has gray hair. He is super sweet and extremely patient with a lot of people I genuinely appreciate kindness. Please recognize this man for his hard effort, iam the coupon lady who always find items on sale and the employees always have extreme patience with me they are very nice and very courteous even though I always make them price check so many items thank you guys keep up the good work

This pharmacy is awful they leave you on hold for 45mins letting it ring then picks up and hangs up. Pharmacy workers are all rude and very slow working. I will be switching pharmacysFront store employees are awesome it's just the pharmacy that sucks

The service at the store checkout counter is friendly and quick. But it’s a pharmacy, and the pharmacy is a mismanaged mess. Once at the counter the interactions I’ve had with staff are always pleasant, so my blame lands solely on the management or pharmacist. This is the only location that I’ve ever encountered 45 minute wait times at the drive through or hour plus telephone hold times. Prescriptions are typically not filled in a timely manner or billed through insurance correctly. On the rare occasion in which I don’t get a mail order prescription, I’ll make the drive to a less convenient but more well run location.

Why doesn't anybody have customer service skills anymore. I went to pick my description up and the woman at the drive-thru counter was extremely rude. She didn't say hello how are you just are you picking up( with an attitdue) didn't say thank you have a nice day or anything nice. She just had a major attitude problem. There are many job openings now and if your job is so bad go find a new job.

Hold times when calling the pharmacy are excessive. As well as long wait times in the drive thru. The pharmacy is not good at processing coupons. I have to have my insurance company constantly call them to tell them how to do their job. Its very time consuming and frustrating. Pharmacy has answered and hung up the phone three times in a row today.

I ordered some pictures from this location and paid extra to have my address printed on the envelopes. They messed up and printed the envelopes wrong. I called for them to fix them, they said they would. After several days of not hearing from them I went in. They said they tried calling me but I never got a call, I showed them my phone and they said maybe they got the number wrong. They couldn’t reprint my envelopes because they were out of ink apparently. They refused to refund my money and offered to give me points. Terrible service and it’s no wonder that Walgreens is losing stores all over. I will never shop here again.

I had a good experience at this Walgreens. I recently had a COVID vaccine appointment and the staff checked me in right away. The nurse was also kind and let me know the procedure and if I had any reactions to the vaccine.

Photo Department does not have sizes listed on order: when picking up (very expensive) order and you point out this isn’t what you ordered the response included while I stood there in shock…“I don’t personally care”“You can just cut them”“It’s not my fault we don’t have that equipment”“You can complain to corporate”“My managers on hold with corporate cause our system is down anyway”“Be lucky other stores have had to just close”In short just order through a print shop!

I don't appreciate being discriminated against for the way I look. I have colored hair and tattoos, and your new pharmacist tech refused to sell me Sudefed yesterday afternoon. I watched multiple people both before AND AFTER ME get rung up and sent on their way. Yet when I happen to get to the counter, all of a sudden the systems are down and she can't sell to me. But the pharmacy tech next to her was having NO issue ringing up other controlled substances for prescriptions. I will now be taking my business elsewhere

I was super frustrated with my prescription refills and cost. Dylan was tremendously helpful, patient, and calm. His customer service skills are very much appreciated. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Stood in line for 5 minutes, customer ahead told the cashier (Shyane i think was her name) to go ahead and help the next person in line while she went to get something else. Cashier told me i can wait and that i need too. Then proceeded to hold a disgusting attitude while helping me. Will not be going back to this walgreens. I'd rather spend more at a gas station than deal with such terrible customer service.

Worst pharmacy ever. Can't even tell you how many times I had to submit my script transfer before they actually bothered to call my old pharmacy. They will tell you your script is ready just to only have half of it ready. Terrible wait times and terrible pharmacy.
