I was dealing with insurance issues, another pharmacy, and my childs provider, who werent coming through/communicating correctly. Courtney (pharmacy tech) was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in an almost emergent situation. She got my son what he needed. Hopefully this kudos gets passed on to her supervisor. Lisa who works with the pharmacy dept is horrible. I called in to change my prescription From a 90day to 30day since it was too expensive and she gave attitude from beginning to the end of the call. I can’t wait to change pharmacy next full date. I will never return after this fill.

Rude employee named Angel, she gives her coworkers attitude in front of customers. Disgusted to say the least. I felt so bad for the young worker she talked horribly too and honestly she is not good for the walgreens image you guys are trying to uphold. However the other staff was very polite and did their jobs very well thankyou walgreens staff! (Not including angel).

Made an appointment for my Flu Shot and went in and was told my BCBS PPO insurance needed to come with a pharmacy card separately. I have never had one and I always get my vaccines and medications from Fry's and Costco with that insurance without an issue. Left and went to Walmart and the pharmacy tech looked up my insurance and was able to say it was fine and I had all the coverage I needed. If the Walgreens worker would have just looked more closely at my insurance like Walmart did, I would have been able to have it done but nope. Super disappointed.

I was having problems with my passport photo taken from a different location (approx. 25 miles away from where I live). I explained my situation to Joe and Ariel, and they were kind enough to solve my problem. They made sure that I am well taken care and satisfied with the product this time. I just want to thank them for their friendliness, great customer service, and their knowledge about their products. I will definitely recommend and return to this location.

This message is to detail my, and my wife's, poor experience with two of the drive through Pharmacies operated by the Walgreens Corporation. Both were located in Surprise, Arizona.The first one is located at:15490 W BELL RDSURPRISE, AZ 85374From now on, I will refer to this Walgreens Pharmacy as: "Pharmacy #1".The second one is located at:17088 W BELL RDSURPRISE, AZ 85374From now on, I will refer to this Walgreens Pharmacy as:: "Pharmacy #2".This morning (8/28/17), my wife went in to Del Webb hospital for knee surgery. She had the surgery and was discharged around 7:00 pm feeling woozy and in pain. She was given a prescription for Oxycodone 5 mg tablets for the pain.We drove to Pharmacy #1 because she has had prescriptions filled there before and it was close. The lady working the Pharmacy window at that time appeared to be in her early twenties, thin, Hispanic, with long, somewhat frizzy, hair. She was not friendly and didn't smile.My wife was in the passenger seat uncomfortable and sick from the anesthesia wearing off and in pain from her knee being operated on just hours ago. The Pharmacy lady asked me a question and I began to answer. This twenty-something Pharmacy Tech cut me off and said: "I NEED TO HAVE HER ANSWER!" referring to my wife.I informed the Pharmacy Tech that my wife just had surgery that day we needed the pain medication as soon as possible. Her reply back to me was "EXCUSE ME FOR ASKING!" She then left and came back and said that the pharmacy was "out" of the medication and suggested that we drive up to the Walgreens at Cotton Lane and Bell Road.My impression of this Pharmacy Tech was of a really bold and rude woman. She was a woman who didn't seem to care that my wife had just had surgery that day. I couldn't believe her attitude or how she spoke to me.

Renee treated me so rudely when she “helped” me. I think she is some sort of Assistant Manager at this Walgreens. She actually snapped at me and made it obvious that she was annoyed that she had to help me get my order. By the end of my interaction with her, I told her that she was rude. She looked at me and said “okay”.It’s a shame because the rest of the staff have always been kind and helpful.

a woman working there named angel was very rude. To me and to her other coworkers… I heard her talking smack about a manager and her other coworkers. I asked her if she could help me find something, she said “wait I’m talking to someone plus I’m about to go on break” .Wow, extremely rude. Not to mention a cockroach family in the bathroom. Please make her clean the dirty bathrooms and then fire this lady

The manager Rene's lacking professionalism and got an attitude. Came back from my vacation and needed to have some photos made, she was was not helpful, but raised her voice at me like I'm being pest. I spoke to one of the employee who happened to be outside and said same thing. I also asked if anyone's address this issue and said several times already from several customers. So why is she still holds the title on management role?

I have a baby that has a double eye infection and when I asked to fill her prescription they just laughed and said that the medication is on back order. Employees show and literally do the bare minimum. Joke of a business

My husband and I had a problem with a prescription that was NOT initially filled by Walgreens. We spoke to Donna, Amber and Vivian about the problem we were having. They were very kind and extremely helpful in resolving the issue. We appreciate the above and beyond service we received!

Don't listen to all these bad reviews. I go to bell and reems all the time. The pharmacy people are kind and loving and very professional. I would recommend them highly. People complain about the smallest stuff. It's a busy pharmacy because it's a good one. I usually get my scripts earlier than they tell me. I know everyone there and they remember me. One of the best Walgreen's in surprise.

I had the worst experience ever in this walgreens. I went to this walgreens simply for the dial deal they advertised this week. Buy 1 get 1 free. So I picked up 2 body washes 2 hand soaps right, that automatically gives me 1 body wash free, 1 hand soap free through the store promotion. I then had a manufacture coupon for buy 1 hand soap get the hand soap free. So I would only have 2 pay for the body wash and the rest would be free. Very simple if the manager can be called Mark walk over. The MANAGER MARK that should know the couponing policy at least, says oh no ur getting 2 much 4 free. Only 1 can be for free. I said no through ur promotion alone any dial I buy I get the sec one for free. Since i have 4 items 2 are free already. He stands their 4 about 5 min I explain it again so he say oh ur right. Then I said with my coupon I get the hand soap free from the one I would pay for had it been I didn't have a coupon. This man gave me the most nastiest look and he said well we been having problem with coupons, I said oh what has been the problem in a nice tone. He said it don't matter. I was like oh this man don't like that I have a coupon or that I'm getting free items or is it my race that's disturbing him. But I just smiled and I said well if your still not getting it could you call another manager he said I'm the only one. I laughed because one of the other employees had already she could get Liz so I knew that was a lie. Thing is Walgreens is giving the promotion and dial gives the stores that we use their coupons their money. So it not that Walgreens is losing any money. This man acted as if he was pulling money from his wallet to pay for my items. Ridiculous I have never been treated so poorly. I normally go to CVS now I know why. Soon as you walk into a CVS their very helpful and they know their ads as well as their policies. I will never walk through the doors of the is Walgreens again. Very poor customer service, not on the cashier part because 1 of them even told him i was right an how it goes and he still stood their 10 min saying no. What a joke....

I went there today to visit the clinic inside. I walked down an isle and there was a woman there working. She was on her knees doing shelf tags on the bottom shelf and she had her cart behind her. I stood there and said excuse me. I waited, she didn't even acknowledge me. I said im sorry, excuse me. I guess I could have turned back around and went another way but I don't feel well. Then she grunted and stood up and huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes at me. I walked passed her and apologised for bothering her.I work at Walmart and they say we are rude. I will never visit this location again. I will drive to the Frys clinic.

This is the worst care clinic I've been to. I waited an hour just to be told "don't get too comfortable you can't be seen today" this was at 10am! She told me to make an appointment for another day because of all the walk-ins that were coming in and they still had to go to lunch. Very rude and unprofessional. DON'T GO HERE!

Worst costumer service ever, if the store is having a sale obviously people will be buying and if I go back and get some more later on of same special. Is non of your business if I was there earlier in the morning and why I'm buying them and why I'm buying more. I'm spending my money not you(cashier). Why do they make faces to people buying sale items so rude I would recommend the store to no put things on sale if cashiers are really worried like if theyy are paying for my items.

I made an appointment for the flu shot, when I got there the Kiosk wouldn't let Me sign in and no one ever came out to see if they had any patients, than when I went to try again on the Kiosk, My appointment was erased! Horrible service I'm so upset for missing a day off work for nothing!

The pharmacy here is awful. When they tell you 20 min expect it to be over 40. And this didn't just happen once, this was several different occasions.. I've also had problems with the care clinic here, I made an appointment and waited over an hour after my appointment because their computers were broken and they didn't realize I was there.
