First your system changed location for my vaccination without indicating that at the time of scheduling the appointment based on what vaccine they have. Second the technicians at the correct location are rude and incompetent. I filled out the forms online and had to fill them out again on-site. Waited with 6 other customers to get the vaccine for 50min after the scheduled appointment.

Terriable if you go thru the drive through.3 times and after 20 minutes of waiting or more each time being #3 and#5 car the first car never moved this is ridiculous. If their prescription isn't ready they need to pull o er.End to find a other pharmacy

Allison is absolutely great! She was helping a gentleman ahead of me in line get a deal on an item, answered the phone while still checking out customers and had the most upbeat attitude! Made it a very positive experience even with a long line of customers!

I stopped shopping at this Walgreens after an associate named Allison tried to take my diaper bag while I shopped. You can wear the bag as a crossbody, handbag, or backpack and since I was using it as the backpack when I walked in she tried to take it saying it was store policy. I wasn't comfortable giving her my bag with baby food, medication, and my wallet etc. in it so I left and shop at the Walgreens on Reems and Bell and have no issues there.

There is an issue and complete rudeness by staff every time I try to fill something here. I could give a long list of the ridiculous issues I have had here but it won't help, they will never care or change anything so I give up and will go back to the Goodyear location 30 mins away where I had zero issues in 10 years. Sad I have to drive that far to get competent and kind service but I have waited a year for them to get their act together and it's getting worse.

I arrived to fill a prescription for my cat today (inhaler) and the girl in the pony tail and grey scrubs was too busy trying to talk over me rather than listen to what I was saying. I have never had an issue being treated so poorly at this location. Then I heard her making remarks to other employees as I was walking away. Absolutely unacceptable.

Absolutely messed up my prescription, then some aggressive unprofessional woman tells me about 4 different reasons why things aren't working. My Doctor will no longer work with Walgreens. Oh and 4 days prior I was given someone else's prescriptions, when I attempted to bring them back, I was scolded for not checking before I left the store..they finally took them back and refunded my money.Just finally got my prescription after my doctor called the store.

I absolutely love this pharmacy and the staff. They fill prescriptions in a timely manner and are always pleasant. I had a terrible experience with the pharmacy at Fry's off Bell and Reems. I am so happy I found a reliable and caring pharmacy that are understanding and non-judgemental.
