Wes decided the dog wash had to be closed at 7 and the store closes at 9. Nothing posted online or in store. I explained we were sent from another store 45 min away because their wash was broken. Wes also told me to not comeback as I walked away. I walked to my truck and he came out to continue hollering at me not to come back. My wife was doing her best at explaining things in English and he was correcting her English instead of apologizing for the inconvenience. He thought I didn't speak good English and when I spoke clear and firm to him about the situation he all of a sudden fealt threatened not expecting me to convey our reason for discomfort so clearly. I'm sure someone of different ethnicity would not have been treated like this. I'll never be back for sure.

The pet wash option is a convenient service they offer so I went to try it for the first time today. I was extremely disappointed it looked like it had not been cleaned or swept up in several days.

I was so pleased when they built this location so we didn't have to drive as far as before. Awesome store with some home decor, animal products (from food to care), baby chicks and ducks for purchase, clothes, snacks, toys.......Pretty awesome place!

Called for a specific product and Kyle answered the phone. He verified that the store had the item, measured it for me, put on hold at the checkout for me, and price matched the item!! Couldn't have asked for better customer service, especially today!! Thank you Kyle and TSC!!

I came here for a specific horse forage, Unbeetable - Forage Only. I came to this location because it was the only location in the state that said they had 2 in stock. Two male employees, one a manager, went on a wild goose chase looking for these two bags. They were very helpful, but could not find the two bags that were showing in stock. I got to the front of the store and saw the two bags in a cart. I asked the cashier if they were available and she rudely stated “Nope! Those are the last two bags and they’re MINE!” So, I drove over 1.5 hrs to get this product and the TSC employee had set them aside for herself and not taken them out of stock. This is terrible customer service. I could’ve just had CAL Ranch order them for me instead of wasting my time here. I will definitely be spending my money there instead from now on.

Went to use the dog wash because the app said it was open. Right when I walked in the door a cashier says if you’re here for the dog wash it’s not open. Walked over to the dog supplies to check some stuff out and I see a lady in the dog wash with 3 dogs. Went and found another worker to double check if it was really closed. Once I asked they just looked at me shook their head and walked away. Nothing but bad service every time I go here. 30 workers in vest, good luck finding a good one

Well I was at this store today and had $200 of feed for our horses and went to check out and the line was almost to the back of the building because they only had ONE cashier working. So the wife and I had to leave. Not sure if we will ever go back.

Supply and demand dictate uncomfortably high prices for some products. But if you need it, they most likely carry it. Tractor Supply, set-up similar to a small department store, carries a variety of goods for farming, outdoor activity equipment, yard decor, a variety of hard to find pet and animal supplies, as well as rugged clothing wear, and a host of interesting gift items you'll never need but most certainly find entertaining.

Went in to use the dog wash at 5:30 PM on Sunday. This location closes at 7 PM, and there are no separate hours listed for the dog wash online. We were told the dog was closed already. One of the workers said, "It's an hour and a half til closing" - in a rude/condescending tone. Shouldn't that mean we have time to use the dog wash? Seems lazy to me. My suggestion is to use Pets Supplies Plus. The woman working there was kind and said if we come a half hour before close, we could use the dog wash. Which is very reasonable.

Love this location, Manager "Scott" & the Cashier "Jen" were awesome to deal with on my visit!! Had to get some items matched and they were great. Nicely stocked and always clean, will be by again!! Thanks again Jen for being a Great TSC employee with a can do attitude:) A+++

Great, big, "little" shop. Lots of feed and farm supplies. Good prices. I'm always surprised by what I find in there. End up getting something I didn't know I needed.

They call their PetVet clinic affordable, and it’s not. Each vaccination is at least $47 which in comparison to other clinics is at least $10 more. They also try to sell you packages and service to get more money out of you. Total scam run by thieves.

As frequent customers we have always had a great experience at this location. Today we encountered Erin or Aaron whom on two occasions was far from helpful and frankly disrespectful. We asked if they had a certain grain and she held a blank stare. We said a horse feed grain. She pointed and said all we have is over there. Next we asked about a box set of parts for a barn door that had been opened and was missing a part. She said, what do you want me to do. We said do you have any in the back or can it be ordered. She said this is all we have right here, what do you want money off. We said no, we need the full box set or it won’t work. Can it be ordered. She said, well then take a picture, what do you want me to do. We finally said is there another staff member or manager and she rolled her eyes and just stared at us. Weirdest thing. She did then walk away and a manager came over whom was very helpful in describing what he could and could not support. As we checked out we were asked did we find everything and how was our experience. We said great excluding our encounter with Erin/Aaron. By her expression I said I assume you’ve encountered the same and she simple said many have and I’m sorry, can I do anything to help. She was the type of employee you would be proud of. Erin/Aaron needs customer service training and an attitude adjustment.

We went to do self serve pet wash first thing in the morning and it was so dirty. No towels, completely full trash & rusty clippers . Looked like it had never been cleaned ,very disappointing . We complained upfront they apologized. Shouldn’t this be regulated by the board of health?
